• Howard (2/5): False Advertisement at its best to demonstrate how easy they can rob me of my hard earned pay.. - The milk at breakfast,,TV channels close to dairy queen. There was absolutely no recreation like description said. There was nothing on shower floor to keep from slipping. My 7 year old slipped and fell when he got in shower and hit his ear. Blind would not open. Tired of false advertinf .
• Frank (1/5): We won't stay at this hotel again. - Manger could not speak English. wanted a credit card when the bill was already paid. Did not want to return ID back when asked. One pack of coffee in room. Ask for more coffee. Manager could not understand what was being ask. Had to reiterate numerous times. Sheets were wrinkled on bed. Pillows where very small. A envelope was left by the tv for tips. Our room was next to gym. Someone decided to work out about 10 pm. Thuds against wall of our room where headboard is placed. This is no where near the standards we have come to enjoy at Choice hotel chains. We will not stay there again.
• Amy (6/5): Overall, the hotel served its purpose. It was a comfortable room! - The bed was very comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was very personable and sweet. It was easy to find and served our needs while we were there for 2 nights. We were a bit surprised that there were no outlets or lighting on one side of the bed. We made it work, but it was difficult for both of us to have light to read in bed. Also, we parked at the side entrance, that is supposed to be locked and opened with our key card. We noticed the door never latched, which was a safety concern.

• james (5/5): Its an OK place to stay. Great location but some problems need to be addressed. - Great location There was a bad smell in that room and the air conditioner leaked water in the floor.

When we asked a member of the staff for hot coffee they told us to put it in the microwave. We followed up with management via email and they just wanted the name of the employee and didn't even address the issue.

After 2 days you would like to see something different. Trying using third pans to fit potatoes, eggs,bacon and sausage. Or invest in another dish to hold hot food. Gravy will be nice. The shower door didn’t stay closed.

• Jeanine (8/5): - Breakfast was good to average, rooms were clean, easy parking. What I didn't like is no elevator and there were no dining locations near by, had to travel 20 minutes away for a restaurant.
• Debbie (7/5): Clean ....ish - Staff was really nice. Morning routine was a mess because the poor overworked woman at the desk was trying to keep up with breakfast needs... That wasn't working well. Lobby was clean. The area was convenient and easy. When we opened the door it smelled musty. It seemed like our room was trying to be a handicap room but missed severely. The hanging rack was low but over the night stand and safe so you couldn't use it. I have MS and it was very difficult to get in/out of the tub for a shower because it was so high. There was what appeared to be a pretty good size blood spatter on the tile baseboard. We also liked a couple of bugs.

• James (7/5): Good location and comfortable room - Rooms are comfortable. Coffee is good. A Dairy Queen is next door. Either someone in the room next door or below me had their TV going all night.
• George (4/5): Not a nice stay - We had 2 rooms. The doors between the rooms could not be opened. One room the AC was not working. We moved to another room. The second day of our stay the rooms smelled of mold. There was no cleaning of the rooms on day 2. The breakfast food was cold. The coffee was cold and ran out. This was the worst stay I have had in a long time. This should have been a really nice place. We will not go back there.

Staff was ok, not overly friendly. Breakfast was ok, did not keep it full, had no coffee, and very little seating. Me and my son went back to our room to eat. I probably would have preferred to stay a longer distance away from where we needed to be, paid the same amount of money and had more amenities available.

• Amanda (7/5): It’s ok for just a few days - Convenient location. Pretty clean. Having a cash deposit would have been nice to know before we got there. Never done that at any other hotel Breakfast was subpar because they were out of most hot dishes. Getting more towels was a huge ordeal.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good place to stay - If you're not wanting to deal with the traffic in Danville, this is an ideal choice.The staff is very friendly, the rooms are small for the price and could be cleaned more thoroughly ( the ceiling had cobwebs on it), but it was a really good experience.

Room and linens seemed clean. No roaches (like previous reviews mentioned) and no bed bugs. Great shower pressure and quiet overall. Parking lot and outside of hotel made me nervous to go in. No elevator so had to lug my luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Shower was discolored and floor around shower had red mildew/mold. Not enough electrical plugs available.

• Misty (10/5): - So, got a phone call 2 weeks after the stay asking if i had an accident in the room cause the toilet was stopped up. I thought it was a joke and they said they had proof. The proof they had was the plumber found a pair of underwear in the pipe???? Not sure what sort of savages they are used to having but to get a call at work accusing me of stopping up the toilet was insane.

The front stafff lady accused of us of smoking we didn’t , we spilled our Diet Pepsi and cleaned with towel and said we had very dirty towels. The manager lady was rude and unapproachable and put hand In our face. Lucky my wife didn’t knock her out

We had to leave a day early and they called that morning and offered us a partial reimbursement for the extra day which we thought was very nice of them. The room and property looked like it had been recently updated and very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
