- Brian (1/5): Not worth it - Nothing I didn't like anything. The breakfast was atrocious. They didn't even provide anything to drink with it. The waffle mix was separating so it didn't look right. The pool was absolutely disgusting with a bunch of crap shimmering on the surface. The hot tub was out of service. The pool/exercise room smelled like mold and everything in it was very questionable. The hotel was a disaster because of the construction that was taking place. There was no heads-up about construction when we reserved the room online. The only maybe good thing was that the room felt a little bigger than the average hotel room.

- G7265PAbrentr (2/5): Crap hotel. - Crap hotel. We have stayed here multiple times . Used to be a great hotel. The previous 2 times we stayed the pool and hot tub were broken. This time and the last time, they screwed up the reservation. We reserved a room with a tub, but the room was not correct. They claim we did not reserve the tub room, and stated there was not an availabile room with a tub. And said we’d into reserved it correctly. Which is pure BS. They also play a pricing game based on things at BYUI. I would recommend it to my enemies let alone family or friends. Don’t make the mistake!!!!!!!!!!

When we had an issue with the shower being too small, they were very accommodating and nice about switching our room. The shower was small for a handicapped accessible.
- Katie (3/5): Sub par - The beds were comfortable The pool was closed due to maintenance which we were not notified before, we were told that it would be fixed that day- then the next day- and then the next day, it never did get fully fixed while we were there. Our rooms were cleaned the day were got there and then besides making the beds and replacing a few towels nothing else was cleaned-the carpets and sheets were not changed or cleaned, only one bed was made on our last day. The breakfast was really sub par, it was the same thing everyday and all completely tasteless and very low quality. Refurbishing was also going on while we were there which kept everything very dirty looking even in the lobby-also not notified that they would be doing working on rooms while there.

- robmV4471VP (2/5): Did not enjoy - Older hotel but clean. Super disappointed to show up and find out pool and facilities closed as well as active nail pounding and construction in the lobby. Drop clothes, Sheetrock dust etc. we understand things need maintenance but no advertising of this and we choose this hotel over others because of pool facilities. When I told them at the counter it’s disappointing that they did not advertise that so much of the hotel is “out of order”. They had no response. Won’t be staying there again.

The breakfast was hardly edible and disappointing.

That room had no hot water, so we had to use the room of a family member to have a shower and then walk cold back to our room. We decided a cold soda pop would ease our lives, but the darn machine was also broken. Never staying here again.

You can't fix your vending machines. You can't stock anything all of your rooms have different mini fridges that don't fit anything inside of them. Not to mention your breakfast. I would stay there for fortnite, three out of the four knights.All of your bacon is burt whoever you have making breakfast doesn't know how to do anything. The coffee is cold and everything else is burnt. The hash Browns, the eggs, everything you have. Some lazy ass dude In your kitchen that doesn't care about people. And then we give you all this money to have our breakfast. That isn't even edible. So at this point I would much rather stay at Motel 6, because it is cheaper, it's cleaner. - Jonathan (4/5): Will not stay at this hotel again - Location Couldn’t check in until 4:15, the shower had little to no pressure. Food was not very good. Remote didn’t work.

Sink drain was broken and clogged. There was no hook in the bathroom to hang used towels or clothes. Borderline on cleanliness.
- Julie (5/5): - We loved the breakfast. So many choices and the food was good. The place was very busy due to an event that weekend, however the staff really stepped up and accommodated my requests. Shower curtain in our bathroom was too short and allowed alot of water to get on the bathroom floor. We soaked up 2 towels just to get it dry.

- Laurie (8/5): - Excellent breakfast! My husband loves his breakfast and he was very appreciative! The shower was a walk-in one designed for those for which a tub is difficult and/or dangerous. I prefer the typical bathroom/shower.

- Shipley (1/5): Horrible!!! We had to leave and find a new hotel. - The outside of the building looked nice. The foyer was nice but that’s where it ends. A lot!! First off I had booked the hotel because it had a hot tub and we would need it after a long day of packing and moving my kids. Only to find out the pool was out of commission and had been for quite a while. No notice on the hotel info saying as such or I would not have booked there. Then I go to have a hot shower and the water won’t turn on. My husband finally gets it turned on but it’s cold water. Then it won’t turn off! So I try the second room we had booked for our kids and that one has only a trickle of water and it’s room temperature. We find out from the overwhelmed front desk worker that the owners have known about some of these issues for a long time and refuse to fix the problems or notify customers that the pool is out of commission.
- Jason (1/5): Beautiful building. With everything broke and mismanaged. - The overall architecture was nice on the property Didn’t have hot water at night or in the morning. None of my families, including myself could take a shower. We also booked the stay there because they had a spa and a beautiful pool. Upon arrival we found out that we’re both were closed. In the morning the coffee was empty, so was the milk for the breakfast. I honestly want my money back. But there was no manager that night nor next day on staff.

- 244shaunae (2/5): Horrible stay - Very dirty carpet in hallway and rooms, no hot water, very uncomfortable bed, shower needs repair, poor management, sheets gave my wife a rash. Elevator is literally a shocking experience, pool was not open any of the three nights we were there. After deciding to stay in the area one more day we stayed in another hotel and had a much better experience. I am VERY disappointed in the hotel and will never stay there again. Please don’t waste your money on this place.

- Jeff (7/5): Ok....Pretty neutral. - The location was good. The room was comfortable and clean. The rooms were a little dated. The breakfast was good. The staff was not very outgoing. The pool and hot tub were closed the entire time we were there for "unexpected maintenance". The pool was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known.

The pool and hot tub were closed, the light switches in the room itself weren't working, vending soda machine was out of order and worst of all, the hot water was regulated so you were only allowed a "lukewarm" shower. Not the hotel we used to stay at. We will be shopping around for another hotel in Rexburg as we make the trip often.

- Rubink (5/5): - The location was convenient and close to town yet out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The wifi signal was weak and didn't reach my room on the 3rd floor. The chair at the desk was hard with no cushion and no wheels. Very uncomfortable shot to work. Fridge froze everything. Beds were very uncomfortable and flat, hard with no squish. No extra blankets in the room was disappointing.

The pool and hot tub area was dark, smelled of urine and the hot tub is out of order 80% of the time I stay here. I love a hot tub and is part of why I choose this property.

- S. Swan (8/5): Pros & Cons - Overall nice hotel, nice clean room,friendly staff and the price was right. For the price, I would likely stay there again. Just a few things need improvement. Hot tub was luke warm. Our toilet tank would not fill up intermittantly. I had to remove the rank top and manually reset the flapper valve - it needs to be replaced. On Sunday, the breakfast bar was not monitored. The food was warm, not hot. The prepackaged danish rolls were all gone and the lighting in the dinning area was poor. Overall, it was a comfortable stay but the overall hotel experience was average in terms of the room. Everything worked other than the above mentioned toilet issue and the bed was comfortable enough. Our room number was 222.

- Rachel (9/5): - Clean and comfortable room. Bed was firm, which I really like. Good variety of food for breakfast. Dining area is a bit small, but, there were not a lot of guest when I stayed.
