- M (1/5): Brutal experience. - Not much. The beach is the only somewhat redeeming quality of this hotel. The entire complex is in disrepair. About 50% of the lights didnt work, the internet rarely worked - even when it worked, the signal wasnt strong enough to use it in 75% of the complex/room. They needed an additional payment up front simply to use the restaurant. Which they then stole the remaining unused balance from me. They charged an astronomical amount per night, and when I checked out a day early because of an internet and power outage issue - they wouldnt refund my last night of 6 nights booked. Completely empty hotel, which doesn't surprise me based on the greed. About 2 minutes of hot water available at any given time, so the outdoor bathtub feature is completely useless. Drain wouldnt plug to hold water. Plunge pool was also unusable. The toilet broke within the first day, but was fixed by repair guy. The mini fridge wouldnt close properly, so it barely worked. There is one small restaurant and no kitchen in the unit - so your options for food on this remote spot of beach are next to nothing. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not sure why I thought id support a small mexican independent hotel, when there was a Marriott in town for 1/4 the price. Impossible to get to and from town from the hotel, without Uber or DiDi available in the town. No cell service. So youre at the mercy of the horrible internet service. Stay ANYWHERE else. Id have far less to complain about, if they had been fair and refunded my last unused night without an issue.

- Oddet (5/5): Muy caro y no cumplió con expectativas - Los paisajes, la atención por parte del personal de restaurante y jardinería, idea y concepción del entorno. El descuido y mantenimiento del hotel, el costo de la comida en el restaurante, la atención de recepción y gerencia (no hicieron mucho por resolver lo que les pedimos en cuanto al agua caliente). El lugar quizá estuvo hermoso hace 20 años, pero hoy en día no. Tiene su encanto ir en coche por la playa para llegar al hotel, pero si ya llegas tarde, hay que cuidar que uno no atropelle cangrejitos ni perros. No dan aviso en la promoción del hotel respecto a esto. Y el estacionamiento es muy estrecho, sólo para tres coches aproximadamente. No hay posibilidad de reembolso en caso de estar insatisfecho.

No tuvimos agua caliente y no lo pudieron solucionar, la luz de la terraza donde está la tina no se pudo apagar porque no servía el apagador por lo que tuvimos que dormir con la luz prendida y aunque no es directa la luz si llegaba a iluminar la habitación. Tienen gatitos y perritos y los guardias se seguridad los apedrean!! De verdad es un hotel muy bonito pero sin atención y mantenimiento ni como regrese!!

El personal del hotel argumentaba que así aparecía en la página, pero que el monto que había pagado correspondía a la de una sola cama.
- Мария (9/5): Hope to re-visit someday! - The location is great, the beach is huge and very nice! Having a personal pool in the room was also nice. The restaurant offers good menu with local food, tasty and reasonably priced (well, comparing to Polanco in CDMX ;) ) There is a bit scary part of the road where you literally drive on the beach, aprox.3.5km. Be prepared with a 4x4 or a good driver :) Also be prepared that the hotel is in-between a lake and the Gulf, so expect a lot of mosquitoes, take some sprays with you.
- Marycarmen (8/5): - Está muy bonito y tienes mucha privacidad, eso es maravilloso, nos tocó remodelación la alberca principal, creo que a todo el hotel le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento y tal vez algo de actualización en cuanto a paneles solares para las albercas ya que la del dormitorio y la del restaurante el agua es helada, también wifi en todo el hotel ya que como está súper alejado y mera playa la señal es débil, pero la estancia fue muy linda y buena sin duda regresaremos 🏝️🌅

- M.D. Rodrigo (4/5): - Algo a tomar mucho en cuenta en estabpropiedad es que el acceso es sumamente complicado. Tiene que ingresar desde la playa y varios kilómetros. Si su auto no es adecuado puede quedarse varado en la arena como en mi caso. 2) una vez dentro por lo anterior el salir del hotel será muy complicado h no valdría la pena. 3) las porciones del restaurante son muy pequeñas en relación al precio al igual que en la calidad (mi ensalada traía un insecto seco y no quisieron hacer reembolso o cambio). 4) las albercas y habitaciones no están con adecuado mantenimiento en mi estancia muchas cosas no funcionaban. El aire acondicionado no tiene la suficiente potencia para enfriar las habitaciones grandes. De manera general aunque lo venden como hotel 4 estrellas e incluso 5 no tiene nada que tienen los hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas.

- Ivonne (6/5): - En general si es caro para los servicios que ofrecen, las instalaciones en general les falta mantenimiento y a la alberca de la habitacion que es lo que buscas estaba helada. El llegar es justo por la playa no hay una "carretera"para llegar ahi por lo que se puede atascar el coche. Y para la reserva hubieron fallas en la contactabilidad, deberia haber un telefono donde contesten. La arquitectura es wow! lastima de esos detalles
- Mile (8/5): - La verdad es que uds no enviaron esta reservacion al Hotel y cuando llegamos no tenian la habitacion disponible por las 2 noches que yo la reserve. Tuve que tomar la habitacion solo por esa noche y al Otro dia cambiarme se habitacion, algo muy molesto para nosotros y todo por que a ellos nunca les aparecio la reservacion que uds debian mandar. Conducimos desde CDMX para que al final No pudieramos diafrutar de la habitacion con vista al mar las dos noches. La verdad no les recomiendo que hagan sus reservaciones por medio de esta aplicacion.

La carretera para llegar es literal por la playa, pero es parte de la aventura!!! La playa maravillosa!!!

- KARLA MARGARITA (2/5): - el check in estuvo espantoso, reservamos pasaje para dos y solo llegó una masajista y repartió el masaje para ambos, estaba enferma, daba un rato masaje y se iba, obvio me cobraron los dos masajes, la recepcionista totalmente despistada, muchísima basura sobre la playa por lugareños que van a beber diario alrededor del hotel. Una pena totalmente.. no lo recomiendo y yo era fan del lugar. Ni modo a buscar otro lugar con mejor atención.

Excelente en tiempos de pandemia. Playa tranquila para los niños. Favor de transitar de día y sobre el área húmeda de la playa. Súper recomendable.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice for a romantic getaway - Nice for a romantic getaway. Location is isolated, but also adds something positive to the hotel. Room is well equipped. The private pool and outside bathtub are really nice. Maintenance could be a little bit better up to date, but that is kind of complicated so close by the sea.
- Clio (4/5): Es muy bonito pero desde el acceso hay problemas - Deberían informar del acceso porque llegamos por la noche y tienes que atravesar por la playa como 4 Km incluso sobre las olas y no sabes que tipo de piso hay, había carros atascados en la arena y otros con personas bebiendo ya muy mal, cuando llegas, algo asustado del camino, te reciben desagradablemente, te hacen firmar documentos y no te explican. El personal es extremo, o muy amable o nada amable!. el aire acondicionado no servía, la ropa de cama tenía manchas, las albercas tienen mucha basura y lama, el agua de las pozas en cada habitación está helada! Sé que el mantenimiento en esas condiciones es difícil, pero tener un hotel ahí implica mantenerlo! el lugar es bonito y la idea es buena, pero creo que no lo están logrando.
- Alejandro (10/5): - La habitación con vista al Mar es excelente muy recomendable para relajarte e ir en pareja mi único punto negativo sería la atención, no está a la altura de el costo, no hubo cocktail de bienvenida cómo indicaba la página y la alberca privada de la habitación se encontraba un poco sucia, pero vale la pena.
