- Monika (10/5): - Hotel położony blisko największej stacji metra oraz bardzo dobrej restauracji. Sam obiekt również bardzo przyjemny. Miła obsługa, która sprawnie posługiwała się angielskim. Dwa dni wcześniej wysłaliśmy do hotelu walizki z Tokyo i dotarły tam bez najmniejszego problemu. Śniadania są rewelacyjne. Mnóstwo opcji do wyboru zarówno z kuchni japońskiej, jak i zachodniej. W hotelu jest także dodatkowo płatna pralnia na monety. Pokoik i łazienka malutkie, ale było tam wszystko co potrzeba, łącznie z czajnikiem i herbatą. Codziennie dostawaliśmy nowe ręczniki i szczoteczki do zębów. Dodatkowo cena była naprawdę zachęcająca.
- KANNA (8/5): - 最近の他のホテルに比べてアメニティの種類が豊富だと感じた。（クレンジング、化粧水、乳液、お風呂のボディタオルを置いてるところが他のホテルは少なくなっていると感じるため） 部屋に多機能充電ケーブルがあったのは嬉しかった！ また利用したいと思えた。 洗面台とユニットバスや、天井が少しカビっぽかったので残念に感じた。

- Natasa (4/5): - lokacija, fino osoblje Internet los, ako zelite da spavate duze od toga nema nista jer je toliko bucno, osoblje usisava svako jutro sobe koje su dva sa dva bukvalno ne moze covek kofer da otvori jer nema mesta, higijena je ok nije sad na zavidnom nivou, klima se pali sama od sebe pa onda stiskaj dugmice u pola noci koji su na japanskom ne znas ni sta stiskas dok ne stane nekim cudom.

- AnniSabarni (8/5): Very close to train stations. family mart, 7-eleven and many restaurants. - Location is a walking distance to shinosaka station for shinkansen and metro , various restaurants and minimart nearby. I booked standard double room and it was very small but that is standard for Japan. Unlike other hotel with similar room type, the room size is very small, so limited space for luggage. Room is very small. no space for luggage.

- HITOMI (8/5): また利用したいです。 - フロントスタッフさんが皆様丁寧に対応して頂きました。 言葉使いも、お若いのに教育が行き届いているなと感じました。 朝食のお料理も種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 部屋の中は綺麗でしたが ユニットバスの排水口からの匂いが気になりました。 お風呂の水が温かくなるまで温度を上げて溜めましたが時間がかかりました。

- Zhairra Luize (2/5): Not recommended - The location was quite near to station It was untidy, dusty, and even had molds! We waited for more than 2 hours to get everything sorted, wasted the time, While we asked for assistance and they just offered refund instead of trying to fix the concern. 2nd room offered was still dirty. Housekeeping was only until 4-6pm. Had to clean the room ourselves.

- Javier (3/5): Ahora sé qué sienten las sardinas en una lata de conservas - La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la central de trenes y paradas de monorail. La habitación es ridículamente pequeña. Lo venden para 2 personas, pero una ya tendría problemas. CUidado con que entre un mosquito: los 3 ya no cabéis en la habitación. Muy incómodo en todos los sentidos.
- Plass (8/5): Good location, small rooms - Very nice hotel staff and close to the Shin-Osaka Station. Rooms were simple and had everything necessary. Rooms are a bit tight for 2 adults with suitcases and backpack. No wardrobe available, so living out of the suitcase it is. Breakfast ends at 10am, but at 09:30am the staff started to clean the buffet.
