JENNIFER (4/5): - The girl at the front desk was not nice and acted like we were bothering her if you needed anything. The breakfast offered toast, cereal and pancakes and didn’t have any butter. Was told they didn’t order until they ran out🙄This is my hometown and visit often and sometimes need hotel but think I’ll be staying out of town next time!

Mike and his wife that run the place are very nice and engaging. The young lady at the front desk, Bella, was very sweet.

Paula (8/5): - It’s a cheap place to stay and the beds were comfortable. Quiet and convenient to the downtown area. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and the vinyl flooring was very sticky. But I never take my shoes off in motels anyway.

Mitchell (10/5): Great “small town” hotel - Great place to stay and really close to Main Street where there is several boutiques and restaurants. They even have their own sports bar restaurant on sight that was really fun. Meet several great people here.
Keshundra (4/5): My stay in Mississippi was awesome. The hotel was just not up to par. - I didn’t indulge in the compensatory breakfast. Family made food for me. The room had a broken light when i first came in. I asked the hotel manager to look at it and it wasn’t fixed till the next day. The tub also was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly.

The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, but the room/motel served its purpose, so I am grateful and would stay again Walls were thin, its an older place and it shows.

Glenn (4/5): Lost Hope - I have stayed multiple times because it is so close to my kids. Tv hangs off the wall. Smoke detecters in room doesnt always work. Curtains broken and will not close. Toilet seat was stained and nasty. Tub has black marks. Mattress is hard as a brick. Whoever cleans the rooms during the day only takes out what garbage is in the can. Will not remake beds or vacuum anything. Personally, i will not be coming back to this hotel. Id rather stat in Tupelo and make the drive.

Jim (10/5): - I stay at several Hotels a year. This Hotel is one of the best that I have stayed at. The hotel is right on the edge of town It is easy to get to. Has a restaurant on site and many places close by to shop or dine. The rooms and entire facility are very clean. Mike at the front desk was very helpful to me when I lost an Item. If you are traveling for work or vacation and this Hotel is even close at all, I highly recommend staying at this Hotel

Shawn (4/5): Unacceptable Stay - The room was not clean. The shower did not drain properly. The water pressure was so low that it seemed to barely cone out. The toilet looked as if it could not get clean. The ac/heater unit continued to blow, after being turned off. The pillows on the bed were so flat that I laid my head flat. Room 211 was hell.

Lexie (6/5): Simple hotel room - Staff was nice and fast. Hotel was cute. Breakfast was good and laid out in a simple and effective way in the lobby. Sink was clogged up a bit so anytime I used it I'd have to wait for it to drain but it wouldn't take too long. There also wasn't a main overnight for the bedroom area so you just had to use the lamps for lighting.

The butter was a community tub of country crock that had been sitting out for who knows how long. They did move us to another room because our room ac didn’t work. The toilet wouldn’t flush and they said,”just come to the front and get a plunger!” Really the only place to stay in town.

WHEN WE ARRIVED I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ONLY HAD ONE ROOM LEFT AND IT WAS NOT HANDICAPPED! TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!! THE CARPET IN THE HALL WAS VERY DANGEROUS WITH UPS AND DOWNS (NOT PULLED TIGHT) THE CARPET WAS TAPED DOWN IN THE DOORWAY WITH BLACK TAPE!! WE KILLED 2 SPIDERS IN THE BATHROOM! VERY LOUD NOISES IN THE PARKING LOT!!

James (2/5): Small Town - There are no words to describe the potential of this hotel, the managers and staff are completely unengaged, not concerned about the welfare of the customers. Vending machines in the lobby are "not the responsibility on the hotel." The free breakfast consisted of dry cereal, waffle mix, toast, milk and coffee. There was OJ, however there was none only a label on the dispensing machine. The condition at the breakfast were ripe for passing on colds or flu germs. The hotel is not well managed.
Robin (8/5): - Everything was very nice! The only complaint and I will write it off to it being a slow weekend for New Years Eve with family. The coffee was terrible. We couldn’t drink it at all! But would definitely give it another try when we are in town!

Chase (1/5): Terrible - The staff was great and the owners were very nice and helpful and the bathroom, sink area , and sheets were clean First off there were all kind of people standing out in the front of hotel smoking and being loud, I guess no designated area for them, secondly the room had a terrible odor not smoke or Marijuana, just a bad funk, the pull out couch mattress was stained, look like someone was murdered on it and spoiled themselves, one comforter had a huge hole in it, the place was just outdated, thirdly the breakfast was just toast cereals , juices and coffee, we didn't even eat or drink anything ..we left our room as quickly as we could get dressed would never stay there again, would rather drive further to Topelo

Mark (6/5): Play to stay with NO PERKS - Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was smaller than most walk in closets. Breakfast was a JOKE. Bowl of cereal and orange juice. There was a loaf of bread for toast and THAT WAS IT. Over all not bad. And I guess you can say it did have BREAKFAST. Weak showing though

Anita (2/5): Worst place ever! - First, the bathroom door was locked from the inside; the toilet had not been cleaned; the toilet was stopped up; I had to get a plunger; tried to shower but the tub was stopped up too. The carpet was filthy. We left as I could not stay there. I turned in the keys and didn’t ask for a refund. What a waste of money and time. I was in town to receive an award posthumously for my father.

Jan (10/5): I highly recommend Heritage Inn and Suites for the thoughtful care the guests receive! - Mike the manager was super nice. He made himself easily available to address concerns and ensured all was well with his guests. The staff members were very friendly and made me feel at home. Amory had been struck by a tornado a week before and Heritage Inn was full of displaced families whose homes were damaged or destroyed. I felt both guilty and honored that I was given a room that could have accommodated a family. Mike and his staff are kind and caring people! The room wasn't sparkling-clean, but that was just fine considering the work load the staff was already dealing with. No problem.

Quiet Recliner in room was filthy & should be thrown away or covered. pool was not open but not maintained (green). Breakfast consisted of cold cereal. Trash not emptied at door for 2 days

Freda (8/5): Very good - The staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast available was very skimpy, and the space/tables not sufficient for as many guests as were wanting to eat. A number of couples and families were staying here while attending a church conference in Tupelo. We got enough to to eat thanks to the fact that a number of us bought and brought in fruit, juice, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, etc, to share with other guests. The hotel only provided coffee, cold cereal, toast, and a very slow waffle maker.
David (9/5): Satisfactory - Very nice and quiet. I had seen a few negative reviews but there was nothing to complain about. The only down side was the skimpy breakfast, but wasn't too bad considering the price.
