• Keith (7/5): Nice location, - The location is very good. Easy walk to the old city. A short boat ride to the ABBA museum and the Vasa which is an absolute must if you have never seen it before. Easy access to the train network. The steep climb to the top floor with our bags was difficult. We are travelling for a while so we didn’t have just a weekend pack. It looked like there were a range of rooms and one wing with an elevator so if you want to avoid this maybe request ahead of time that you are in an accessible room. There is no benefit to a higher floor as the only view is an internal courtyard. If you are young and fit no problem but getting old like us we probably would have booked elsewhere if we had known

La posizione è straordinaria, sicuramente il pregio migliore della struttura. Tutto a portata di mano e ideale per girare per la città a piedi. Il resto nella media. 1. La stanza non era molto grande e quindi penso che si potrebbe approffitare meglio lo spazio. La disposizione dell'arredamento mi è sembrato poco pratico e alquanto ingombrante. 2. La camera si trovava al piano terra, con due finestre con vetro satinato. Può risultare claustrofobico per qualcuno. 3. La tv si trovava in una posizione scomoda, a fianco del letto. A me non è risultato un problema perché non la guardo mai, però a chi serve, potrebbe essere fastidioso.

• Kristina (9/5): Schönes Appartement in toller Lage - Die Lage ist spitze direkt an der Aussichtsplattform über die Altstadt und der U-Bahnstation Slussen. Gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner Esstisch. Die Wohnung war recht dunkel, da es wenig Fenster gab und es gab keine Zimmertüren abgesehen vom Badezimmer.

Södermalm is a terrific part of Stockholm and if you go out to dinner to the west you’re in great neighborhoods with few tourists- food is great and you see the real Stockholm! Commerces de proximité et restaurants à côté du logement. Très propre et bien chauffé. Le propriétaire nous envoie les codes de la porte et les renseignements concernant ce logement avant notre départ. Le soleil nous a accompagné pendant ce weekend. C'était très agréable ! Peut être une déco un peu froide.

• Gabriele (7/5): Ruhiges sonniges Appartement mit Nähe zur Gamle Stan. Nichts für ältere Personen mit Einschränkungen. - Sehr gute Lage. Es war auch nett, dass Kaffee und Tee, sowie Öl da waren… Wir älteren Personen mussten mit unseren Koffern ganz bis nach oben ins Dachgeschoss, das war zu anstrengend, da es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt! Vorher hatte ich darum gebeten, nicht ganz oben untergebracht zu werden… Die Betten waren zu weich und könnten auch gern etwas breiter sein.
• ΣΠΎΡΟΣ ΠΑΖΙΟΣ (10/5): Όλα εξαιρετικά - Παρότι το πρώτο διαμέρισμα που μας δόθηκε ήταν στον τρίτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ,κάτι που δεν γνωρίζαμε εκ των προτέρων (πράγμα αδύνατο για εμένα προσωπικά και για λόγους ηλικίας αλλά και υγείας) με την παρέμβαση του προσωπικού μας δόθηκε άλλο διαμέρισμα στον πρώτο όροφο όπου ήταν εξαιρετικό. Καθαρό, άνετο, ήσυχο και με όλες τις παροχές! Με λίγα λόγια τέλειο! Θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται για κάποια διαμερίσματα ότι δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ.

• Giuliana (6/5): Alla richiesta del giorno di arrivo, di cambiare le camere, l’addetta dell’hotel ci ha comunicato di averle disponibili - Posizione di fronte a Gamla Stan, raggiungibile in un minuto a piedi Soggiorno di 4 notti ad inizio maggio. Le due camere assegnateci a piano terra, molto buie, purtroppo avevano un odore forte e pungente di fognatura. Sgradevole e difficile dormirci.

• Feli F. (9/5): - Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend. Mein Studio lag im 1. Stock und ging zum Innenhof hinaus. Trotzdem war es überraschend ruhig. Das hängt sicher auch mit den gleichzeitig anwesenden Gästen zusammen. An Ausstattung war alles da, was man benötigt. Das Bett war bequem. Ein Fenster ließ sich öffnen. Modernes Badezimmer mit angenehmer Dusche und qualitativ hochwertigen Pflegemitteln (Seife, Duschgel, Köperlotion Haarshampoo). Man bekommt diverse Instruktionen wie man sich verhalten und was man lassen soll z.B. in Bezug auf Lautstärke und Müllentsorgung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief unkompliziert ebenso das Ein- und Aus-Checken. Der vermeintliche Fluchtweg führte lt. ausgehängtem Plan in eine Nachbarwohnung. Sonderbar, da direkt vor meinem Fenster die Fluchtweg-Wendeltreppe verlief. Diese hat der Wohnung leider viel Licht genommen. Durch die Türe zur Nachbarwohnung konnte man jedes Wort verstehen. Das Studio war dadurch etwas hellhörig.

• Veronika (8/5): Amazing location, spacious studio - Great location just outside Slussen metro station, also within walking distance to Gamla Stan and ferries, spacious studio for two people, fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom. The beds were quite soft, also there's no lift and the studio was located on a second floor which is not an issue for me but for my mother it was. I understand that it's an old building so consider it before booking.

• mizue (8/5): 観光地に近くて便利 - ガムラスダンなど中心部の観光は徒歩で行けるとても素晴らしい立地です。部屋は清潔でキッチン用品や調味料が揃っており、料理には何も困りませんでした。また、シャワールームが広くて快適でした。ホストも質問にはすぐに返信を下さり助かりました。 LDK+2ベッドルームと記載がありましたが、壁ではなく家具で仕切られているため、全ての部屋は繋がっています。音は全ての部屋で聞こえます。仕切られた部屋が欲しい人には向きません。また、泊まった部屋は1階で通りに面していたため、早朝や夜中に時々人の声が聞こえうるさかったです。この施設はゴミは各自でゴミ捨て場に捨てなければならず、煩わしく感じました。

Obligé de passer dans une chambre pour accéder à la salle de bains. Pas de portes aux chambres. Lit double petit pour deux personnes. Soit disant on m'a communiqué les codes d'accès à l'immeuble et à l'appartement or je n'ai rien reçu d'où la complexité pour notre arrivée. Odeurs d'égouts, de renfermé dans la salle de bains.

Proche des cafés pour le petit déjeuner et les restaurants de la vieille ville. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied, un plaisir. L appartement est bien équipé propre et fonctionnel, et le personnel arrangeant. RAS Tout était parfait

Rustic nice decor wood floors I loved the vibe of the apartment. There are no doors to rooms because is an old building they wanted to keep the original not a bad thing as many write.. Good equipment, family of 4 made our stay more easy the little kitchen ,clear rooms helpful staff online communication for everything, definitely recommend it !!! The only negative the bathroom smell need something there .

The only flaw I had, was that the apartment I had, was on the 4th floor, and the wifi provided to me didn't cover the entirity of the apartment.

The property could have been cleaner, especially the bed linen. Under the bottom sheet were stains and hairs on the mattress protector.

Everything was really good… the only point of improvement was the wall with the adjacent room, which was extremely thin and you could hear everything the neighbors were saying, making difficult to sleep.

• Nayla (8/5): loved it and will definitely come back when we're in Stockholm next. - Location is fantastic if you want something close/walking distance to the old city and business district while staying in a hip and less touristy neighbourhood. Very easy access to all museums and attractions. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. I was there with 2 teenagers who enjoyed walking on their own as the neighbourhood was very safe. Highly recommended if you are looking for privacy and comfort. the photos on the site showed more space and bigger rooms, we were a bit surprised by the size but we managed with 1 adult and 2 teens.

• Burcu (9/5): - Dairenin olanakları cok iyiydi. Konumu çok iyi tam södermalm ve gamla stan arasında. 2 erişkin 4 çocuk çok rahat konakladik. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli, daireiçi ısı çok iyiydi. Odalarda elektrikli radyatör var ısıyı ona göre ayarlayabiliyorsun. Ilk geldiğimizde biraz tuvalet kokusu vardı ama daha sonra koku kesildi.

• rozemarijn (6/5): Het appartement viel tegen - Als je de keuken gebruikt dan is alles aanwezig. Zelfs een strijkplank en fan. Centrale ligging. De informatie mbt bereikbaarheid en informatie is prima maar kan uitgebreider met restaurant suggesties en bijv fietsverhuur etc. Er is geen personeel contact. Vond ons appartement donker en ongezellig. De foto’s op de site zien er veel beter uit dan in werkelijkheid. De entree is een oude deur en ook de voorkant van het appartement ziet er niet verzorgd uit. Kwaliteit van de handdoeken laatste wensen over, erg dun. De deurtjes cannes badkamer kast sloten slecht. Er was een strip los van de kledingkast. Van de douchekraan was een knopje af. De kraan van de wastafel is zover geplaatst dat het water er net in loopt. De kledingkast en badkamerkast ziet er goedkoop uit.

• Carmen Gloria (9/5): Buen alojamiento, pero cuidado con las escaleras. - El lugar está muy bien ubicado, cerca de miradores a la ciudad y del transporte público. Las instalaciones son cómodas y nos encantó que tiene un baño muy amplio y cómodo. Nos tocó el apartamento 35 que está en un tercer piso sin ascensor y con escaleras estrechas. Nos habría gustado saber eso de antemano porque íbamos con dos maletas grandes y no fue fácil subirlas ni bajarlas.

• Ana (10/5): Would stay here again in this cute apartment. We had an enjoyable time and very nice and cozy. - The location was great for us. Close to everything. Very close to the metro and other public transportation and easy walking to many great stores and the theatre. The people and staff were all wonderful and so helpful. Whatever I needed to know they answered or helped out right away. I would absolutely stay here again. It would have been great to have an elevator. We had a baby in a stroller and we needed to carry it up the flight of stairs. They charge for a crib which most places do not but it really helped. There is no cleaning person or sheet changes. If you want to have new sheets or towels during your stay they charge for that.
• Nusret (9/5): Perfect location, great for long stays - + Location is perfect, close to ferry and metro lines, right across the old town. + Building is old but really nicely renovated. High ceilings is a huge plus. + Kitchen is equipped for almost all basic needs. - One time shower went ice cold and had to wait ~5-10 mins to get warm water again. It was not a nice experience but happened only once during my longish stay.
• Maxime (8/5): - Localisation excellente, ultra pratique Bon rapport qualité prix. Excellente communication, même si on ne le voit pas l'hôte. Appartement joli et bien amménagé. Belle salle de bain, chauffage au sol hyper agréable. L'insonorisation vraiment mauvaise ( tour du moins dans l'appartement 27). Une porte vérouillée de sortie de secours donne sur un autre appartement... on a littéralement l'impression qu'ils sont avec nous dans l'appartment. Pas top pour l'intimité. Peu lumineux avec lumière naturelle. Le cast de la tv est bien présent, mais la tv n'est pas connectée a la wifi (l'utilisateur n'a pas la main sur ce paramétrage car la tv est en mode "hotel") c'est dommage. Problème électrique avec la plaque de cuisson, lorsqu'on tourne le bouton de droite de 9 vers 0 pour l'éteindre ça fait dysjoncter tout le courant.

• Michaela (2/5): Would not recommend. - Coffee machine in room with filters and coffee provided. Apartment was very clean. Apartment was on the 4th floor, no elevator. Workman on a Saturday morning. Mattress too soft, caused back pain. Pillow inners cheap. Towels small and thin, too many room scents in a small space.

• Friederike (8/5): Lovely hotel in Södermalm - I booked the studio downstairs next to the entrance, which was not clear to me..I do have a light sleep and I heard every slam of the entrance door, people coming and going and talking in the inner yard - the next day I got in contact with the hotel stuff and they managed it for me to switch to another studio/ last floor right under the roof top (had to pay extra) already at midday which was just lovely!! I really enjoyed my stay a lot - the surrounding area is just lovely, Gamla Stan to be reached just in a few minutes and a lot of things are close in walking distance. I would book again. Light sleep people like me have to bring ear plugs!! You hear the traffic noise from outside.
