La situation de l'hôtel avec les accès très faciles Nous avons eu une chambre qui mérite largement d'être rafraîchie dans l'annexe de l'hôtel et surtout où il est possible de dormir uniquement entre minuit et six heure du matin parce qu'elle se situe juste au bord de la route principale et que la fenêtre haute de la salle de bain n'est pourvue que d'un simple vitrage et qui de toute façon doit rester ouverte parce qu'il n'y a pas de ventilation mécanique...

- KORAN (7/5): schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht, doch Lärm - wunderschöne Aussicht, doch zu viel Lärm durch Strassenverkehr, am Tag ist s ummöglich am Ballkon zu sitzen, ist genau über der Hauptstrasse .. in der Nacht, auch bei geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern hört man den Verkehr immer noch.. sind daher 1 Tag früher abgereist.. sonst o.k

Restauranten der ligger på hotellet var rigtig god med det sødeste personale vi har mødt på vores rejse i sicilien. Værelset var rent og behageligt, med rigtig dyne og flere puder. Der var meget lydt desværre. Man kunne høre folk fra gaden og overboen meget.

- David (8/5): Übernachtung in schöner Ortschaft - Schöne Lage am Berghang und man kann zu Fuss bequem die Stadt erkunden. Das Parkhaus ist etwas teuer, andere Parkmöglichkeit gibt es nicht.

- Andre_150670 (6/5): Everything than a quiet relaxing place - Extremely loud room, as hotel is located in the middlle of two uphill streets to the City (Location is fine and very conveniente to visit Center). In the Morning around 5am Cars and motor bikes accelaing to drive uphill street. No possibility to sleep anymore. On top wie had in the upper floor activities (Kitchen? When something falls down you are standing in your bed) and the cleaning service activities and talks in front of the hotel room pretty early makes it inpossible to rest and sleep until 8am. Positive was the Service during breakfast. We had also a car where we had to use public parking next to the hotel - 25 EUR per day - but we had to wait sometimes in the car for a while (almost 40 min once) to get a spot. Overall not what you expect during holidays. :-(

- Ronald (7/5): Sehrt schöne Erinnerung - Die Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Seilbahn und dem Shopping waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut und die Bedienung ausgezeichnet. Die Strasse, welche das Hotel auf drei Seiten umgibt ist recht gut befahren Ab und zu hatten wir einen "Abwassergeruch" im Zimmer. Wir konnten aber nicht feststellen, woher dieser kam.

- seiichiro (7/5): 景勝地の大型ホテル、グループ予約向き - 市街地中心部の入り口、メッシーナ門まで登り坂だが徒歩数分、ギリシャ劇場にも近い。急な斜面に建ち、入口は上階で分かりにくい。スタッフは明るく親切。朝食は簡単なビュッフェと、卵料理は注文を聞くシステム。部屋は十分に広い。ほとんどの部屋から海が望める。 立地上やむを得ないが、景観は町の北東部のみ。美しい夕景やエトナ山の姿は望めない。部屋が広い割には使い勝手が悪く、デラックスツインでもバスタブなし。シーズンオフ（3月初旬）にしては1泊5万円以上と高価。

- Emilia (10/5): - Super położony hotel, tuż obok piętrowego parkingu i krótki spacerek na starówkę. Ładne nowe pokoje. Miła i profesjonalna obsługa w recepcji. Korzystanie ze spa (jacuzzi, sauna) za dodatkową opłatą i trzeba się osobno umawiać. Jak przyjechałyśmy to nie było wolnych godzin.
- seiichiro (7/5): タオルミーナ中心部に近いリゾート感覚ホテル - タオルミーナ中心部の入り口、メッシーナ門に近く、シーズン中に運行する海岸線へのロープウェイも至近。高低差のある斜面に立ち、ほとんどの部屋から海が望める。レセプションや朝食レストランのスタッフは素朴で親切。朝食は卵料理をその場で注文するシステム。 デラックスダブルの部屋は十分すぎるくらい広かったが無駄なスペースが多くバスタブなし。複数部屋を予約したが部屋の広さの割に満足感が低い。そのため空調の効きが悪く3月初旬では寒かった。多くの部屋がシービューだが、エトナ山や旧市街の反対側、北東部の景観に限られる。また、シーズンオフにしては宿泊料金が高かった。

- Alessandra (6/5): - La camera è molto bella e accogliente, avevamo la jacuzzi in camera, funzionante e tutto. Ma nella camera purtroppo c’era un odore di umidità che mi ha disturbata per tutto il soggiorno . Credo che bisognerebbe rivedere l’impianto di aerazione, perché i vapori della jacuzzi creano un’umidità pazzesca.
- Vincent (4/5): Ne vaut pas les 210€/nuit petit déjeuner compris. - L'hôtel est proche du centre ville et de la gare des bus. La chambre est spacieuse dans la catégorie réservée, avec balcon. Le déjeuner est copieux et agréablement servi. Le personnel à la réception et au petit déjeuner est agréable. La photo sur les site web ne reflète pas la réalité. S'il y a réellement une vue sur la mer, elle est partiellement occultée par celle des bâtiments devant l'hôtel qui ressemble plus à un appart hôtel qu'à un hôtel. Les finitions, notamment dans la salle de bain, sont à revoir et des signes de détérioration tels que les câbles de sustentation des terrasses et des peintures extérieures sont remarqués. Le plus gros reproche que j'ai à faire concerne le fait que les chambres donnent sur la route qui est très passante avec voitures, camions poubelles, bus, scooters et motos. Autant dire que nous avons mal dormi pendant tout le séjour. Ajouté à ça, les oreillers sont trop plats, durs et donc inconfortables, ce qui ne devrait pas être le cas dans un hôtel 4*. Concernant le le petit déjeuner réservé avec la chambre, nous avons été malades et constaté, causalité ou pas, une tarte qui était encore surgelée et les jus de fruit synthétiques, ce qui est un comble en Sicile qui produit autant d'oranges et de citrons. Les règles d'hygiène sont à revoir.

Staff cordiale e disponibile, abbiamo richiesto informazioni sui taxi e la receptionist si è spontaneamente incaricata di prenotarne uno per noi. Parcheggio vicinissimo. Alloggiavamo in un’ala della struttura lontana dal corpo centrale. Avremmo gradito se la stanza fosse stata più grande. Capiamo che il parcheggio sia pubblico e debba ovviamente essere pagato, ma potrebbe aver senso stipulare una convenzione con i gestori e richiedere una tariffa agevolata, nonché degli stalli riservati.

- Esther (8/5): Prima! Locatie is echt top - Vooraf heb ik contact gehad met het hotel dat ik graag een extra nacht erbij kon boeken. Ik werd heel snel en super vriendelijk geholpen. Wij vonden de ligging echt top!!! Zo’n leuk stadje en altijd levendig. Ook de douche was heerlijk en de kamer was prima. Wij waren er met oud&nieuw en ik vond de kamer wel erg duur voor wat je kreeg.. maar dat kan ook aan dat weekend hebben gelegen. Wij wisten niet dat de bar en restaurant gesloten waren. Ook zijn de kamers erg gehorig en konden we de buren midden in de nacht gewoon ruzie horen maken. Je moest ook een borg betalen, dit ben ik niet gewend in hotels.
