• Milena (10/5): - Nossa estadia foi tranquila. Bom atendimento, facilidade no check in e check out. Quarto limpo e organizado. Não ha estacionamento no local, mas eles possuem desconto em um privado. Recomendo.
• Hiroyuki (10/5): - オウレンセ旧市街の入口にあり、フレンドリーな窓口対応が気持ちいいです。　ホテル時代は古いですが、そこは納得すればいい事です。　ホテル出口すぐそばがタクシースタンドで客待ちのタクシーが居るので駅に戻るのも便利です。　観光に関しても通常公式のインフォメーションを使うのですが、オウレンセはそれが充実していない反面ホテル窓口対応が良くかつ十分でした。
• Mari Ángeles (8/5): Adecuado para su precio. - Hotel con muy buena ubicación. Habitación limpia, pero hace algo de color, con el ventilador del techo no es suficiente. El personal tanto de recepción como la chica de la cafetería muy amables.

• Sílvia (6/5): Buena ubicación, instalaciones desfasadas - El hotel está en un edificio viejito, con un ascensor muy pequeño. La habitación y el baño son de tamaño reducido y poco cómodos. Ventana a patio interior, poca luz y vista nada interesante. Mucho ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. Le haría falta una buena reforma. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, se puede salir a caminar a la parte antigua y tiene muchos comercios alrededor. Personal muy amable.

• Nêmora (2/5): - Tudo muito básico. Quarto extremamente pequeno, sem ar condicionado. Banheiro minúsculo. Não havia papel higiênico suficiente e nem toalha de banho. Café da manhã racionado. Não recomendo!

• carlos (2/5): - El hotel tiene una publicidad muy engañosa. Las fotos que muestran no corresponde con la realidad. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, asi que buena suerte si vas en verano y con 40 grados. No tienen nevera y el baño es minusculo. Expedia deberia verificar a este hotel porque estan engañando a las personas. No lo recomendaria ni a mi peor enemigo.

• Maria del mar (4/5): Nefasto - Hace años habia ido y muy bien yo creo k desde entonces ni han pintado ni nada nos dieron una habitacion donde dentro y fuera un olor a alcantarilla insoportable y ruido exagerado no volvere lo unico bueno el chico de recepcion majisimo

Bastante luz, una mesita para trabajar con el ordenador, televisión, cuarto de banho compacto y muy práctico. Hotel bien localizado. Hay cerca varios bancos, supermercado Dia, tiendas , cafeterias, restaurantes, jardines y el centro historico a 5 minutos callejeando. Me ha gustado mucho.

• Roberto (6/5): Bien, calidad precio. - Hotel tranquilo, personal amable y atento. Lo malo es que necesita una renovación a las habitaciones y el ascensor. La ducha no tenía jabón ni gel. Había solamente un rollo de papel ( no necesita más, pero siempre está bien ver alguno de reserva) y del malo. Por trabajo, está bien y tal vez repita, pero solo por el precio. La localización es muy buena.

Lo que no me gustó fue: Calefacción apagada por mucho tiempo y se prende a las 18 horas y luego se apaga cada dos horas y se siente frío. Duchas extremadamente pequeñas. El acceso por las escaleras es muy angosto.

• Fatima (8/5): Para volver - Estancia cómoda, habitaciones pequeñas pero completas, recepcionista simpática, guapa y agradable; limpieza muy buena. Todo muy bien.

• María de la Cruz (2/5): Lo único agradable ,recepción - Las sras de limpieza parece que lo hacían aposta, limpiando por fuera de las habitaciones no paraban de dar golpes contra las puertas como si odiaran el mundo, aunque sea de 1*, nunca nos había sucedido algo así , erauy desagradable porde desde las 7 de la mañana hasta media tarde sólo se oían golpes y abrían y cerraban las puertas de una forma escandalosa ,lo dicho , no son formas por mucho que sea de 1 estrella

• Marija (6/5): Bra läge, men ingen utsikt - Mycket bra läge, invid Gamla stan. Möjlighet att parkera i garage som finns under gatan där hotellet är beläget. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam. Vi fick rum på översta våningen (9:nde) som liknade ett vindsutrymme, kändes som ett provisorium. Från fönstret såg vi bara väggar, baksidor till närstående fastigheter.

El desayuno lo dan en la cafetería del hotel (no es exclusivo para el hotel). Es hotel cómodo y con los servicios necesarios para una estancia corta
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially since my knowledge of the Spanish language is quite limited. The bedroom and closet were decent size. The bathroom is quite small with limited places to store toiletries, both at the sink and in the shower. The shower was a bit difficult to work since it often slide down the shaft and the hot/cold water control was difficult. The breakfast choices were limited but the food was fresh and tasty. Economically priced.

• Grandpa (8/5): It's a nice hotel with decent size rooms. - The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and shower. The sink was quite small. There is no place in the shower to place toiletries which is a bit inconvenient. The included breakfast was rather basic, including orange juice, coffee, and pastry. The hotel lobby is quite small; just a desk and then the elevator. No place to sit and relax.
