• Felipe (1/5): - Nothing I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel. My documents and credit cards were stolen from inside my room, which is something you would never expect to happen in a place that should guarantee basic security. What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s complete lack of support. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, the staff did nothing to assist us. When we complained and asked for help, they even called the police on us. We requested access to the security cameras to understand what happened. First, we were told we could only check them the next day. Then, when we followed up, we were informed that the cameras do not record at all — which is extremely concerning for any guest’s safety. Overall, this experience was unacceptable. A hotel that cannot ensure guest security and refuses to help in a serious situation like this should not be trusted. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

O quarto estava sujo, com tuchos de cabelos no chão, o banheiro não foi limpo adequadamente. O café da manhã não foi como mencionado, pouca coisa para comer, muita coisa doce e o suco não era reposto quando acabava.

Mas o atendente Leandro que também vai presencial é excelente e resolve qualquer questão, muito prestativo e atencioso. A frequência da limpeza podia ser um pouco mais constante. Mas creio que seja o momento de transição. Me parece que os quartos estão para ser reformados.

Estuve 7 noches donde solo una vez limpiaron la habitación. Servicio de wifi pésimo. Desayuno sin nada de variedad y un espacio reducido al cual no podría llamarle servicio de desayuno, si lo hacen para vender muy mal porque como huésped me guíe por un desayuno incluido que no lleno para nada mis espectativas. Ofrecieron una habitación familiar para 3 personas donde el sofá cama es pésimo y no apto para una siesta mi familia durante 7 noches tuvieron que dormir 3 en una cama q es para 2 sin brindar ninguna alternativa. Señores esas habitaciones son de dos personas no 3. Un hotel de 4 estrellas no lo considero.

Because there is no front desk you are left to call or Whatsapp to communicate, and ultimately The hotel left us stranded at 9pm saying they had no room for us, so we were on the street with our two very young children trying to find a resolution by ourselves to booking a new hotel, booking.com were super unhelpful in getting a resolution from the hotel. Would absolutely not recommend going thru booking for this hotel because this was an awful awful way to treat a client yet alone a family Communication and staff on site for check.in and resolutions

• Jean-Pierre (5/5): Établissement bien situé et au bon rapport qualité prix, mais il faut être conscient de ses contraintes spécifiques, qui - La localisation, excellente. Le fait de disposer d’un véritable petit appartement. Pas de machine à café contrairement à ce qui était indiqué mais cette absence est compensée par le petit déjeuner « Grab and Go » Le bruit, tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. Le fait que l’établissement n’a pas de réception n’est pas clairement indiqué sur Booking. Cela peut être un inconvénient, par exemple on ne peut pas laisser de bagages sur place après avoir quitté l’établissement. De plus le système utilise (code d’accès au lieu de clés) peut poser des problèmes en cas d’oubli des codes. La description de la chambre dans Booking indiquait « vue sur un monument historique » mais depuis notre chambre au 1er étage on ne voyait que le mur du cimetière de Recoleta.

The place feels run-down and clearly lacks proper maintenance: there were broken items, the flooring was heavily worn, and overall everything looked neglected. On top of that, it gave a constant unclean/dirty impression, even in areas that should be spotless. With proper upkeep and a higher cleaning standard it could be much better, but as it is today, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Essa é a principal razão da nota baixa atribuída. O barulho dos bares nos arredores não chegou a nos atrapalhar, conseguimos dormir bem. Há muito vazamento de água no box do banheiro.

Con este cambio bajó bastante la atención y calidad. El aire acondicionado estaba roto, y hacían 33º, el baño se inundaba cuando uno se bañaba. No tiene recepción y no se puede dejar el equipaje una vez que se hace el check out. Tuvimos que irnos al aeropuerto antes porque no teníamos a donde dejar las valijas.

Demasiado caro para lo que es, muy deteriorado el baño , el mezclador del bidet estaba roto, es chico e incómodo. Las estanterías de ropa estaban sucias, las tuvimos que limpiar. El balcon sucio con colillas de cigarrillo, olia a cigarrillo. Mucho ruido abajo, zona de bares.

• Calderon - MAINERO (8/5): En el Corazón de Recoleta - La ubicación es lo mejor, pleno corazón de recoleta, bares, cultura, paseos, shopping, todo junto en 2 calles. El departamento estuvo muy bien.

• Puede (8/5): Bien ubicado, colchón incomodo. Relación precio calidad es un poco caro. - La ubicación es excelente. El colchón es muy duro y eso me hizo dormir un poco incomodo.

• Ana Laura (9/5): - Lo reserve por booking como apartamento, de entrada me quisieron cobrar el IVA pero al final no, tuve que salir una noche antes de lo reservado, es decir alquile 2 noches y solo utilice 1 por el fallecimiento de un familiar que tuve que volver de urgencia a Uruguay, me cobraron tasa de turista que eso solo se cobra en los hoteles, no en alquiler de aptos, pero como es parte de un hotel te lo cobran igual. El chico de recepción cero amabilidad en un momento difícil y me cobro dos noches a pesar que le deje libre el apto una noche antes, cero empatía y no debieron cobrarme esa tasa, pero como estaba en un momento difícil , no discutí mas, no volvería por la atención, el apto es precioso, una lastima
• Leticia (10/5): Super comodo! - La ubicacion, inmejorable. El trato en recepción, super bien. El Dpto., muy bonito, comodo, amplio. La cama comoda. La ducha increible, muy buena presión de agua, te ayuda a relajar. Por decir algo, pondría que los utensillos de cocina estan rayados, el teflon salido. Podrian agregar una cafetera Pero nada relevante.

• Ryan (10/5): - Love the area. Rooms are nice but warm, even with the air turned down as low as it could go. Walls and floors must be thin because you can hear doors opening and closing and chairs scooting on floors.
