Michael (7/5): Die Lage und Sauberkeit waren gut, aber der Service ist verbesserbar. - Tolle Lage, Ankunft und Abreise haben sehr gut funktioniert. Die Information, das das Hotel aufgrund eines Festes in einer Waffenverbotszone mit Zugangskontrollen liegt, wurde erst kurzfristig mitgeteilt. Somit konnte nicht mehr umgebucht werden. Frühstück war gut, aber das Personal war total überfordert. Die Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt bzw. musste nach frischen Kaffee gefragt werden.

Alla (10/5): Eine großartige Erfahrung im Herzen von Solingen. - Was für ein wunderschönes, authentisches Hotel in einem traumhaften Teil von Solingen! Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und die Gastgeberin im Restaurant ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben wunderbar in den bequemen Betten geschlafen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und die hervorragende Betreuung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Ива (9/5): Convenient and beautiful place - The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great for us as we were there for a business trip. The hotel has a parking nearby at a convenient distance. The breakfast was good and tasty. The hotel even had a decent small gym. The room had everything I needed. The village itself is very beautiful and peaceful with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was a little bit loud during the weekend until midnight as our stay clashed with a local fest which was right in front of the hotel.

Dirk (2/5): Ich komme nicht wieder. - Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Zu einem Preis von 24.- € zwar nicht günstig, aber das zahle ich dann gerne. Einrichtungen im Haupthaus waren einwandfrei. Unser Zimmer war jedoch im Nebenhaus und was ich hier erlebt habe, war wirklich eine Katastrophe. Von der uralten Einrichtung abgesehen, die einen Scharm der 1970 Jahre verbreitet hat, dem diffusen Licht (wohl aus Kostengründen, kleine Sparlampen verwendet) sowie dem sehr kleinen Badezimmer, bei dem die Duschwand eher schlecht als recht ihren Dienst verrichtet hat - das hätte man alles noch hinnehmen können. Eine Frechheit waren jedoch die zahlreichen extremen Flecken im Teppichboden und den Stuhlpolstern. Weder Barfuß laufen noch hinsetzen war möglich.

Sam S (7/5): In the old part of the town. - It is located in the inner city. There is a car park - it costs 8.5 euros a night. The room was clean. The double rooms were spacious enough. There were accessories such as sewing kit, shoe polishing material, etc. The TV had a good selection. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were sound proof. Rather niggardly behaviour regarding rather innocuous items such as tissues (Some 5 tissues were left in the container) or shower gel (some 15 mls left in the bottle), tea bags (1 bag), instant coffe (1 sachet), sugar (1 sachet), and milk (one sachet); to the management - please note that even though we travel with all these things, when we see such stingy behaviour, it leaves a rather sour taste in the mouth. You might save a few cents, but you might lose customers! Worst part was that the bathroom/loo that had a frosted glass door which didn't seal properly. Also note that should there be some event in the inner city, then you can't access the hotel easily.... you would have to lug your luggage halfway across the old town. Wifi strength was very weak.

Michael (8/5): Gut geeignet für eine Besuch in Gräfrath - Zentrale Lage im Ortskern, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Zimmer waren geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Empfangspersonal war überfordert, der zugewiesene Parkplatz war ein paar Straßen entfernt, obwohl es auch einen Parkplatz direkt an der alten Schule gab, wo unsere Zimmer waren.

yoann (8/5): Gute Leistung insgesamt. Für eine Motorrad Tour geeignet. - Freundliches personal, sehr zentral und ruhig. Für das Motorrad, gibt es einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war toll. Viele Treppen bzw. im Nebengebäude fühlt man sich ein bisschen ausgeschlossen.

Laura (9/5): Bueno - el desayuno fue fantástico, y me atendieron muy bien. Pero, hice el check out, y regfresé a las dos horas para poder cargar mi movil, y me ofrecieron un café mientras se cargaba. Al finalizar pregunté por educacion, si debía algo, y me cobraron el café bastante caro por cierto. No dije nada, pero me pareció una descortesía, pues yo no lo pedí, aunque si, lo acepté. Pensé que como un detalle de cortesia por parte del hotel. En fin. Eso no me gustó, no por el precio excesivo que me pareció, sino por el detalle en si. El detalle del café... me hubises parecido un hotel de 10! sin duda.

Thomas (8/5): Die Dusche gehört modernisiert, sonst alles ok. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Das Badezimmer könnte ein "Face-lifting" vertragen. Eine 30 cm Stufe zur Dusche ist nicht mehr modern und auch nicht ungefährlich für ältere Menschen. Auch eine Handhalterung wäre wünschenswert.

Lange (8/5): Schönes Hotel in toller Lage, leider nichts für Leute, die in Ruhe schlafen wollen - + Tolles Zimmer als Upgrade im Haupthaus erhalten mit Lage nach hinten raus + Eigener Parkplatz mit vernünftigem Preis - In der letzten Nacht kaum geschlafen, da die Nachbarn bis 3 Uhr nachts den Fernseher auf voller Lautstärke hatten. Auf Kontaktaufnahme nicht reagiert. An Rezeption gewendet, ohne Erfolg, einfach nichts gemacht. Diese Erfahrung hat sich auf unseren Gesamteindruck ausgewirkt. Wir waren echt enttäuscht. - Minibar nicht vollständig, wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt
Peter S. (8/5): Empfehlenswert und im Herzen der Solinger Altstadt - Ein schönes gemütliches Hotel in der Solinger Altstadt. Es gab einen Gutschein für 0,1-l Bier im nahegelegenen und sehr empfehlenswerten Restaurant. Das Bad im Dachgeschoß-Zimmer war etwas winzig und der Preis für das Frühstück etwas überzogen. Aber für eine Nacht im Rahmen einer kurzfristig notwendigen Dienstreise war es ok.

Oliver (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen über Booking zu reservieren - Die Lage ist gut, Parkplätze stehen für 8€ zur Verfügung Zunächst sollte ich in ein Nebengebäude, Altbau 2.Stock ohne Aufzug, Treppenhaus sehr eng, Koffer tragen unbequem. Oben angekommen durfte ich feststellen, dass kein Strom vorhanden war. Also alles wieder zurück und neue Anfrage nach einem Zimmer. Diesmal im Haupthaus, aber wieder oben unter dem Dach, letzter Stock wieder ohne Aufzug. Beim Portier nachgefragt, warum keine normalen Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen, der 2. Stock wird renoviert. Am Abend einen Kollegen getroffen, der eine Stunde vorher buchte und ein schönes Zimmer im Haupthaus erhielt. Ich habe das Zimmer Wochen Voraus über Booking gebucht, ich vermute daher die unterschiedliche Gästebehandlung, Booking Gäste sind wohl hier 2. Klasse
cordula (6/5): - die Lage in dem Stadtteil ist einzigartig ich war vom Zimmer enttäuscht. Der Teppich hatte unzählige, sehr auffallende Flecken. Der Vorhang war zur Hälfte aus der Schiene, die Duschtür war defekt. Die Möbel arg angeschlagen. Wir waren letztes Jahr in einem anderen Nebengebäude, das war top. Da hatte ich jetzt für den selben Preis mehr erwartet.
