- Magdalena (8/5): Clean property. - Good location. Door to the bathroom didn’t close and the pool water was cold. Breakfast was decent.
- Giavanna (10/5): It was clean, friendly & lovely! - Super clean, lovely staff & beautiful rooms. I loved it all!
- Martin & Waquita (10/5): -
- Kristen (1/5): - It was not in a safe location. Crackheads wandering around parking lot. Felt like drug deals were going on. Got the impression that prostitutes used hotel. Absolutely no security. We felt so unsafe that we left within half hour of arriving and couldn't get our money back.
- Brittney (10/5): It was a great stay! - Quiet, friendly staff ! No issues at check in/out I liked everything !
- Katrina (5/5): - Pool was not open as advertised not pleased with service Pool not open. Nothing else offered

- Kathleen (7/5): - Nice variety of choices for breakfast. Great coffee but no orange juice which I prefer. Location wonderful for my needs. I was able to easily walk downtown.
- Herbert (10/5): Enjoyed the stay. Will be back. - Enjoyed breakfast. Walking distance from where I needed to be. Friendly staff. Nice room. Friendly staff.
- Kathleen (7/5): Nice weekend getaway - The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the decor was nice. We liked the lake themed pictures. The beds were comfortable. It was a good value for the money we spent. Location was close to downtown Laconia businesses. It was about a 15 minute ride to Weirs Beach. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. It's a good budget hotel. The room refrigerator was not very cold. We put our leftovers from dinner in it but threw them away the next day because nothing in the refrigerator felt very cold. There were issues maintaining a steady temperature in the room. It was really warm and we kept turning the heat down and it would randomly turn on by itself. Breakfast was a little sparse. We have stayed here before and there were more options. The hotel was not super busy so maybe this is why there was less food put out.

- Discover174370 (2/5): Lady bugs all over hotel, hotel said your paying the lowest price - Lady bugs infested hotel every time I stay there, found over ten.
- Harris (7/5): -
- Sally (10/5): Very nice place. Good location. - Good, ty Nothing
- EMMANUEL (5/5): - Hôtel vieillissant
Peu de chaînes de TV
- Christopher (4/5): The two staff we talked to was great! Other then that probably wouldn’t stay here again - Location was right in the middle of Laconia. And the parking was easy. Staff was great tho Pool was dirty, and could’ve been a little warmer, tv might as well been broken, with two kids they wanted to relax and watch tv to end the day but couldn’t because there were no kids channels and the tv screen was pretty much broken.
- Robert (9/5): - Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.
- John (10/5): amazing and clean small town hotel - staff was awesome and able to fix booking mistakes (with permission from manager) i will be forever appreciative for that n/a
- Howard (8/5): - Loved the whole front desk experience there and courteous staff! Breakfast was clean and well stocked by friendly staff. Our bathroom sink was obviously not draining well as even the sink had black remnants dried to the sides when we first arrived.
It was manageable for our short stay, but I left a note in the bathroom before leaving the room.
- Deanna (10/5): - Everything No complaints
- Brown (3/5): Disappointing - The breakfast was good. We stayed for my daughter's birthday so the kids could swim, but when we arrived we were told the pool had been condemned by the health department. We were very disappointed and the attitude about this was very nonchalant, like it was not big deal. Such a bummer. The TV also didn't support any streaming, so we couldn't even watch a movie to console my disappointed birthday girl.
- Dorina (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, but had trouble sleeping due to uncomfortable pillows and the room being too hot. - It’s a nice, clean, remodeled hotel, close to ski slopes, basic breakfast. Nice views from the 6th floor. Very expensive for what’s offered. The room was overheated (80°F on a freezing day), and a lower temperature would have been much more comfortable for sleeping. The pillows were not very comfortable.

- davidsY2201OA (2/5): Avoid this place, literally stay anywhere else! - Best way to describe it is, flea bag motel. Rooms are old. Bathroom door wouldn't even close. They also tried to fraudulently charge my card $205 after the $183 room rate. I had to have the charge refunded thankfully. This place is getting ran into the ground by these people and if I had only read the reviews on this place prior, I wouldn't have stood. We need more American ran companies!
- Collin (9/5): Thank you - Beds were nice Parking lot
- Matthew (6/5): -
- Jean Pierre (5/5): - Detecteur de fumée defectueux, avons du changer pour une autre chambre!
- Brian (10/5): - Everything will great
- Louis (2/5): - I needed to call 4 times to make sure my friend would be able to check in because I was absent for medical reason. They told me 2 times that it was ok but when my friend got there it was not working for the reservation. very disapointed
- Ignacio (10/5): -
- Christopher (9/5): -
- Sarah (7/5): -
- Anthony (5/5): - The room was clean but it had a kind of a smoky smell to it I also felt that the bed was too low for someone with a spinal cord injury and I don't like the fact that you couldn't open a window till it fresh air in
- Brent (9/5): - Breakfast was excellent a variety of items.
- Donna (9/5): A little pricey for a one night stay - Clean
- Angela (9/5): -
- John (7/5): It was fine better than some other places I've stayed. - The room was clean and comfortable bed was comfortable and breakfast area was clean and well maintained. One of the bench seats in the breakfast area is in bad shape the springs are are shot.
Not sure why you haven't at least moved the table and added chairs someone is going to get hurt.
- Michelle (5/5): Wouldn’t stay here again. - Overall it was a family trip and the children enjoy the hotel and the pool I first stay there breakfast was a mess and they didn’t have enough drinks. If staying here do not plan to eat there breakfast.
- Michelle (8/5): -
- Bruce (8/5): Comfortable but expensive -
- Teresa (10/5): -
- Randal (7/5): -
- Eric (10/5): - Bed is super comfortable
- Christopher (10/5): Very comfortable and accomadating. - Breakfast was good and centrally located. The elevators were very slow.
- Emily (10/5): -
- Noelle (8/5): Served its purpose. - Convenient location. Clean room. Friendly staff.
- Schulte (5/5): - Staff was nice and helpful. The location. Also, our room was off the stairway and it was loud. The TV didn't work well. I guess that was every room, because we switched rooms and still had problems.
- Deanna (10/5): - Everything was great! The pool is never warm enough to go in
- Ariana (9/5): -
- Kenneth (9/5): - Heater had a bad smell
- Kenneth (9/5): - Heater in room 136 smelled really bad when we turned it on . We just shut it off. Just turned it on to take the chill out of the room
- marluce Orourke (10/5): -
- Rogers (7/5): Other than the staff member the place was very nice and comfortable - The staff member Erie was aweful. Rude and not polite. We were very shocked of her attitude towards us. We were appalled. We would not want her to wait on us again if we returned. Manager should really look into this. Not a pleasant experience dealing with her
- Alberto Menendez (9/5): Nice hotel in an excellent location. - The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the main attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was attentive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend! The only thing I would improve is the breakfast — it was good, but having a few more options would make it even better.
- Cenona (8/5): -
- Pamella (10/5): -
- Shaoping (8/5): -
- Mark (9/5): Great location and updated facilities. The staff was great. - The location on the river and right downtown was ideal. The staff at the front desk was so kind and professional. She was very personable even when she was clearly off work and heading out, she stopped to talk just to be personable. There was a broken outlet in our room. I alerted the front desk and she was very grateful that I let her know and she said she would get maintenance on that immediately. So, I don't know if that really qualifies as something we didn't like.:)
- Reid (7/5): Good hotel for the price point - The mattresses were wonderful...so were
the pillows.
The room was quiet.
Liked the filtered water station by the front desk to fill our water bottles. One elevator not working and the other one sounded like it was in its last days.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but couldn't really complain for tge price
- Sara (9/5): -
- Davis (8/5): Overall great stay - Great staff experiences. Accommodated early check in request with no issue. Greatly appreciated. Clean, comfy room. Great location One elevator down during stay. Only available elevator was smaller and long waits for elevator between the 6 floors
- Lucas (6/5): Not sure we would return, but wasn’t a bad experience. - The staff is extremely kind and attentive and although a small parking lot, we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot to park. Also conveniently located right next to a Walgreens for easy access to things you may have forgotten at home, or are in need of. Their complimentary breakfast has options of waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, English muffins, coffee, juices, etc. The walls between rooms are VERY thin. We could hear our neighbors cough, sneeze, and conversations. We also noticed a large abundance of TINY gnats in our room. There were a few areas on the ceiling that appeared to have some water damage at some part so I assume that’s where the gnats come into play. The eggs and potatoes for breakfast were REALLY dry the morning we decided to grab a quick bite before heading out. Otherwise no complaints about the breakfast.
- Mirinda (10/5): Our go-to when we come to the Laconia area - We come here frequently in the summer as we like to see concerts. This is a great spot that is centrally located to everything we need. The staff recognizes & goes out of their way to take good care of us every time we stay. I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
- Giovanni (7/5): -
- Laura (9/5): -
- SYAU-LUN (8/5): - Quick checkin and check out. Room space is good. Breakfast is good but it can be improved. It doesn’t provide fresh fruits and no bread (only bagels).
- Rosa (7/5): -
- Sumanta (5/5): Overall OK as elevator is the biggest problem - Location is good. Parking lot is big. Rooms are comparatively smaller as compared to other similar hotels, but that doesn’t make much of a difference. The biggest problem is with their elevator. The hotel has 2 elevators out of which only one operates and the other one has a dead since ages. Moreover, the speed of the elevator which is currently operational is extremely slow. You end up waiting for several minutes to avail the elevator facility.
- Mélanie (10/5): -
- Jeff (2/5): - I have stayed in a lot of hotels as i travel frequently for work…this one is not very good.
My daughter found a used tissue in the bottom of her sheets/bedding on the second night of our stay. This tells me the sheets were not changed prior to our arrival. When i told the front desk employee (Harsh), he did not apologize or offer any discount, only asked why we didn’t tell them. She found it in the middle of the night and did not tell me until the morning. I asked for a discount and he refused.
One of the two elevator is broken and the wait time to use the elevator can be quite long.
If you can find lodging elsewhere you should.
- Shaffer (5/5): Very disappointed in this hotel - Thin scratchy towels, mold in shower, only one elevator worked, over priced, packaged pastries at breakfast
- Fardousi (9/5): -
- John (10/5): - Sjdjfjfngjgnkfnnxjzj. Djdnfjfnd sn
- Natalia (8/5): - Pretty good. Room was clean.
- Rebecca (10/5): Wonderful - Always stay here always clean and comfy staff is always friendly
- Susan (10/5): - Clean room, staff friendly
- Connie (2/5): - I paid $259 for a room with tv without the 4 major network stations. Missed game 5 of the alds baseball game. The breakfast would have been good if i could wait for the one and only waffle machine. One very slow elevator for the whole building.
- Charles (10/5): - This hotel is in a great location. It is well kept and the rooms are clean. The breakfast looks good.
- Kevin (10/5): - Hotel was very nice and all the workers we interacted with were great. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was a little softer than I'm used to but it still was comfy. Breakfast was so-so. It's not 5 star food but it was sufficed.
- Kristen (8/5): - Found a few hairs leftover in the bathroom, faucet in shower kept falling over to the hottest setting. Decent stay. Wish it had a second entrance to the lot instead of forcing you through the lobby every time (seems illegal for fire codes?)
- Joann (10/5): - Great stay
- Joel (8/5): - Everything was fine
- Liddick (7/5): -
- Antonio (10/5): - Friendly staff, great amenities, very clean, and close to area entertainment and shopping.
- Gail (4/5): - There was 1 tiny elevator for 104 rooms. The indoor pool is not heated. The curtain was actually in shreds..the light wasnt working in bedroom..the handle broke off the shower door
There were dark hairs on the bath countertop and shaving remnants.
- eyal178 (5/5): - מצעים מאד מלוכלכים
- JRT-EDT (8/5): Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay - The location of this hotel worked very well for a couple of days of sightseeing in central New Hampshire. Our room was clean and spacious, with a small couch and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless, though it was tricky to adjust the shower temperature without stepping in—so expect a quick blast of cold water to start your morning!
We especially enjoyed the patio overlooking the river, where we caught a beautiful sunset one evening. Breakfast was decent, with sausage and eggs, though an earlier start than 7 a.m. would have suited our schedule better. The front desk staff were pleasant, but they seemed to be balancing multiple responsibilities, so the desk wasn’t always staffed.
Overall, it was a good stay with no major issues, and we would happily book here again when visiting the area.
- Alexander (6/5): - Friendly staff and convenience of location were the pros. Unfortunately that’s it. Elevator extremely slow and only one working. Room AC super loud and we couldn’t get it to stay on consistently.
- Cindy (8/5): - Staff was pleasant
- Lawrence (6/5): Not fancy but adequate. - The lake view was quite pleasant. Noise level was very acceptable. Very quiet at night. The room was clean but baseboards and corners appeared quite dirty. Breakfast was very acceptable. Only one elevator was operational and was quite slow. The air conditioning was very comfortable and easily adjustable. No bells and whistles at this hotel, and it wasn't the Ritz, but the stay was pleasant, comfortable and adequate.I like having small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion and not the one community bottle in the shower. (YUCK) Bar soap was also provided. No pets was a plus since I don't relish sleeping in a bed previously slept in by a bulldog.

- stephen (6/5): - Well not exactly the best of preparations for the sausage. Not appetizing seeing a giant dish ful of brown n serve sausages that trhey couldn't take the time to brown before serving. Most of the staff were very nice
- Steven (10/5): - Great hotel and can walk into town easily
- William (8/5): - Clean and comfortable
- Karl (8/5): - Bathroom door did not shut evenly. Hook on back of door had punched hole in wall. Not fixed.
