- Simon (10/5): Relaxed at Raduzhny - Wasnt sure what I was getting in to as the taxi rolled up the hill in Sochi and then back down into a small street about 10 minutes from Sochi central. Really nice hotel with great staff who made me feel at home straight away and were happy to help out even with our slight language barrier. Their English was way better than my Russian. Nice room Aircon kept me from drying out. (Sochi can be a little warm in Summer). Great value place to stay. Five minutes up the hill to the bus and 10 minutes to the centre of Sochi . And you can come back to peace and quiet each evening!. No restaurant so you should head into town. Plenty of places especially near the port area.
- Sarah (6/5): Not right pictures - I had to cancel my stayed after arriving. It was not as described and shown on the pictures. It is not close to the beach, does not have a pool and you have to walk to a different hotel for breakfast.

- Vsevolod (6/5): Если б не номер, то было бы терпимо. - Дали микро-номер в мансарде с отдельными кроватями (хотя бронировал одну двуспальную). Кровати сдвинули и положили сверху матрас сразу и при нас. Номер грязный - вишневая косточка на полу, паутина под потолком, окно не мыто с момента постройки здания. Воняет сырым ковровым покрытием (привыкаешь за пару минут, но это ж не дело). В санузле тоже воняет какой-то химией. Горячая вода - чуть теплее тела. Тумбочки облупленные. Потолочное освещение тусклое. Если делать макияж у зеркала - возьмите фонарь. Вайфай и телек - нормально. Мыло и шампунь кладут, зубные щетки - нет. Кулер с водой на каждом этаже, но стаканчиков нет. В номере - кофейные наперстки. Душно (климат + номер под самой крышей) - не выключайте кондиционер, когда уходите. Персонал нормальный. Кафе/ресторана нет, небольшой бар в фойе (ни разу не видел ,чтобы работал). Пляж: пользуемся пляжем санатория Радуга (с километр идти или подъехать на санаторном же автобусике). Пропуск туда можно купить на ресепшене, 200 руб. (лежаки и зонты входят в цену). Пляж галечный, отлично оборудован. Полотенца берешь на ресепшене (не нормальные пляжные, правда, а большие тонкие или вафельные). Район: добираться автобусами до остановки "2-я горбольница", оттуда 3 квартала вниз (т.е., вечером усталым туристам спускаться, это лучше, чем вверх). От остановки до парка "Ривьера" 15-20 минут пешком. В районе остановки магазинчики, аптеки, рыночек (дороговат). По пути к пляжу есть "Пятерочка" и ресторанчик в одном из отелей.
- Evgeniya (8/5): Недорогой отель, есть к чему расти - Отель недорогой, расположен в удобном месте, в центре Сочи. Недалеко парк "Ривьера", можно догулять пешком. Поблизости остановка, где есть рынок, почта, кафе, в общем, нормальная инфраструктура. До пляжа - или до платного пешком, или на маршрутке до бесплатного "Альбатроса". В гостинице на каждом этаже кулер с горячей и холодной воде, утюг. Балконов в номерах нет, но есть общий балкон-курилка, и там же веревки, где можно развестить купальники и полотенца для сушки. Смена белья где-то раз в три дня. Самый существенный минус - сильный и малоприятный запах в санузле, и в целом состояние номера оставляет желать лучшего, но тут и цена соответствующая.
- Eero (2/5): Raduzhny : prepare for disappoinment - Ok whatever you do, avoid this place. We are travelling students, not expecting much from the places we booked. But this hotel was the worst hole by service and facilities. Imagine a really bad hostel: thats Raduzhny all right. First of all the staff was obnoxious and lazy: no fresh towels or linen for the whole stay, even though we asked several times. When I asked the staff for assistance, the reception girl was too busy making out with her boyfriend behind the bar counter. We asked for beach transfer, there was no such thing. PS there is no private beach, the beach belongs to the nearby Sanitorium, and you have to pay for it. In the evening when we returned back, the staff didnt recognize us and wanted to see our reservation and passports, although we had the key. There was no bar, and no restaurant or breakfast. The breakfast was served in another hotel, which luckily wasnt too far away. We travelled with a group of 5. The hotel was rather big, 3-4 floors, but almost completely empty. They gave us the smallest, most cramped, most damp and most broken rooms in the whole hotel. I slept on an armchair: beds only for 4 people, although we booked.for 5. The toilet door was broken, and could not be opened from the inside if closed completely. Don't stay here. Its no a good hotel. If the staff would have been helpful and nice, the facilities could have been manageable. After three nights we decided to change location to a proper hotel with any kind of service.
- Viktoria (8/5): Уютный отель, но отсутствовала горячая вода - Для отеля 2 звезды, за низкую стоимость могу сказать , что все очень хорошо ) в номере приличный ремонт, новая мебель, есть тв, холодильник, wifi. В коридоре есть гладильная доска и утюг, кулер. Отель в центре Сочи, удобно добираться. Из минусов отсутствие кухни( на завтраки ходить в соседний санаторий и завтрак всего час с 8 до 9 утра, для нас это было очень рано и мы сходили всего раз, лучше не оплачивать завтраки, а заказывать еду из ресторана доставки как по мне) Ну и самый главный минус в нашу поездку- ОТСУТСТВИЕ горячей воды в номере, за 5 дней котёл так и не починили! А я отдыхала с ребёнком и это было ужасно! Душ и туалет в хорошем состоянии, свежий ремонт, но котёл, который по словам администратора все никак не могут починить, необходимо починить! Уборка номера каждый день, белье за 5 дней поменяли один раз.
- Igor (6/5): Удобный отель в Сочи. - Отель по доступной цене в Сочи. Отдельное стоящее здание в уютном центральное районе. Вокруг частный сектор, не высокие здания. Для моих потребностей, остановиться в центре Сочи не дорого, отдельно, не хостел с Wi-Fi и удобствами подошел хорошо. Хорошая двух-местная кровать, качественное постельное белье. Уборку делали каждый день за 2 дня моего присутствия. В номере тихо, не слышно другие номера. Из минусов - отсутствие в отеле кафе, чтобы покушать приходится идти далеко. Так же был стойкий запах канализации в туалете, наверно засорился септик (что в Сочи бывает). К минусам также можно наверно добавить сложность доступа к морю, не смотря на рекомендации местных не смог найти выход к морю, правда эти поиски были вечером, в темноте.
- Anastasia (10/5): Отдых в отеле Радужный январь 2016 год - Отель нормальный, соответствует фотографиям. Завтрак в соседнем санатории Радуга идти до него 2 минуты, и можно пользоваться бесплатным автобусом на пляж, а в летний сезон и самим пляжем шезлонгами полотенцами и тд. Очень приятные сотрудники отеля, идут на встречу по любому вопросу. Спасибо им огромное!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Нам не понравилось! Поселили во втором корпусе, где нет даже входной двери в корпус. Сантехника текла, даже после того как её ремонтировали по нашей просьбе. Питание в соседнем пансионате Радуга.

Уютно, чисто,отличный персонал(доброжелательные, красивые).В оплату входит завтрак, что всегда кстати. Предпочитаю останавливаться в этом отеле, т.к. часто приезжаю в Сочи по делам. БОЛЬШОЕ СПАСИБО ВСЕМ, КТО РАБОТАЕТ В "РАДУЖНОМ".
- Verified traveler (4/5): Отдых в "Радужном" не очень и радужный - Если не считать, что окна в гостинице практически не открываются, а кондиционер выходит из строя (летом), а собственник отеля считает нецелесообразным провести срочную замену кондиционера либо предложить другой номер, то отдыхать в этом отеле можно. Удобное расположение и организация питания проживающих, несколько спрашивают негатив от состояния отеля. В душевых кабинах плесень, но владельцу это не кажется чем-то сверестесственным, хотя убрать её можно простой генеральной уборкой и заменой изоляционного шва кабинки. В целом отель достаточно изношенных... Но это упрек в сторону владельца, а не в сторону персонала. Убирают в номерах ежедневно. Спасибо.
