• jesus (8/5): - Me gustó el hotel, llegué con otras espectativas pero me fui sorprendido, Para mejorar desde mi punto de vista debido a la fuerte temperatura estaría genial que la alberca tuviera sombra para poder disfrutar más la estancia en el hotel, y camastros en la playa con sombra
• Martha (10/5): - Muy cercano playa y alberca, espacios para estar con tu familia, mesas afuera de las habitaciones de planta baja muy bien, habitación amplia, personal de limpieza excelente, wifi malo, señal de teléfono Movistar malísima, no hay baño en el área de alberca, faltan unas palapas en la playa o servicio de préstamo o renta de sombrillas para la playa

• Leonardo J (4/5): - WE HAD A GOOD STAY, THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. THE POOL WAS OUT OF SERVICE, AND IT WAS MAINLY THE REASON WE GOT THE HOTEL BECAUSE THERE WAS POOL FOR THE KIDS.

• Isabella (10/5): - In my opinion, this hotel was great. I was nervous when I saw the reviews but it was AMAZING! I definitely recommend staying here. The beach is literally a 4 minute walk and it’s a private one too.

• Francisco (2/5): - Hotel is old now, I booked two rooms and both had issues. One the A/c kept blowing the fuse, the 2nd room had issues with the toilet and wouldn’t flush. The pool has so many broken tile in the water that cut up your toes. For the amount you spend in this hotel you can definitely find something better.
• Karoline (8/5): - It is my first time in San Felipe; it is nice and within the budget for a vacation or weekend getaway. The hotel is outdated but very clean, and the pool and beach are clean. Everyday room service, a big room, a small free bottle of water daily, towels and shampoo, and a nice restaurant. What I don't like is that there are stray dogs on the beach; there is not enough information about what to bring or what is allowed to bring, as some guests have their own BBQ and chairs and an umbrella. the Hotel is very close to downtown.

• Lucina (8/5): Hotel El Cortez ok for the price - Its an old hotel. 10 minute walk along the beach shore to the Malecon. The Hotel restaurant is expensive but good. There is no coffee machine and no refrigerator and no ice, everything needs to purchase at the hotel restaurant hours 6am-10pm

• shelley (8/5): - Easy check in, large room, the staff was friendly, nice pool area, plenty of parking, close to town but away from city noise. 24 hour security guard. The shower didn't get very warm.
• Ravi (6/5): - The pool was dirty and the kids couldn’t play in it. Neither was it heated. The rooms are clean but could have made them closer to the beach rather than blocking their view with a restaurant in front. But if you are staying just a night and riding on the it is fine.
