• Masaki (4/5): 禁煙予約が手違いなのか喫煙部屋で変更不可能 - 禁煙での部屋を予約したが、どこかの手違いで喫煙ルームに、空き無しのため変更も不可能でした。ホテルの不手際ではないかもしれませんが、あんないされた部屋というよりエレベーターが開いた瞬間からそのフロアの異様なタバコ臭で滞在中、翌日仕事中と頭痛に悩まされました。時代的に、世界の潮流にあわせ屋内はすべて禁煙に踏み切った方が良いのではないかと感じました。

• Keiko (9/5): Nice stay in Mizusawa - Excellent front staff trying to help guests. I asked direction, bud time, and restaurants. They were very helpful with polite and very pleasant manner. Their spa was clean, warm, and relaxing. The breakfast was a little better than other same chain hotels. I was glad that I chose this hotel. This is not their fault that they always drive so that they have little knowledge about bus system. If I were them, I will try what guests without car would experience to be more help for guests. This is my professional effort, and not their faults.
• Apiluck (9/5): I will come back again for sure - I like the room layout and the things you provided in the room. We can find everything we need. At the same time, you also provide extra at the lobby. The room is clean and big enough for 1 person. BF should have more varieties.
• Tara (6/5): great staff, clean room and lovely food in restaurant. - The room was tidy and the staff were friendly/patient. As the name state it is a route inn, so if you were looking for tourist spots you’ll have to travel a bit further out for them.
• Sachi (9/5): Superb - I always stay with family in Iwate, and this was the first time I stayed at a hotel. It was clean, breakfast included great options and was very helpful to have! There is a combini across the street, staff were friendly and helpful, plus the baths on the ground floor were great. The third parking lot was a little dark and I wouldn't want to go there at night alone, but my partner was with me which really helped. A lot of the stores in the area around the hotel didn't seem to be lively, but that's no fault of the hotel itself. By car, it was a very convenient location.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Happy to be back again. - This is my go-to hotel when I am in Oshu. The onsen, breakfast, amenities and location are excellent for me. It would be nice to have a second pillow and slightly taller tables and chairs - I am 193 cm tall. - but that is just being picky.

Liked the convenience Breakfast was great, however unfortunately their was confusion about when we wanted our taxi, so we had to eat and run - in about 5 minutes!

• kazuo (8/5): こんなもんでしょ - 到着時先客が居て、1人のスタッフが対応していた、待つ事数分、バックヤードからもう1人出て来て慌ててこちらの対応についた。 今来たばかりなのか、前から事務所に居たのかは不明だが、最初の1人目のスタッフはこちらをチラリと見る事もなく黙々と対応中。 「お待ち下さい」と言うわけでも、応援を呼ぶわけでもなく、目先の事に精一杯の様子。 ホテルマンとしては気の利かない部類の分けられるな。 その他はいつも通り快適なルートイン。 朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

• Verified traveler (4/5): 予約の不備 - 予約の情報がホテルに伝わっていなかった為、チェックインがスムースでなかった。 翌朝になっても確認できていなかったので、不安の中チェックアウトした。 但し、スタッフの対応はよかった。

• ゆみりん (10/5): 北東北の玄関口　水沢にある清潔なホテル - ウエルカムコーヒーや朝食のサービスがあり。 大浴場もあり、温泉に宿泊したかった私たちにとっては嬉しかったです。 但し、その大浴場の入り口がフロントの近くにあり濡れたままの髪では寒かった。
• fug (10/5): 中心に近く 綺麗なホテル - 清潔でした。フロントの応対もよく 大浴場もキレイでした。 また、食事も美味しかった。 また、利用したいと思います。
• Verified traveler (8/5): 朝食おいしい、清潔なホテル - 部屋の中はすごく乾燥している。朝起きたら喉が痛い。それ以外には文句無し。 近くに7-11がある。便利です。
• Verified traveler (8/5): - ロビーのコーヒーサービスについて説明があると良かった。 一階の大浴場は深夜2時まで、朝5時から利用できるから、かなり便利です。
• Mitsuhiro (8/5): コスパ、良いです。 - 喫煙可の部屋なので仕方ないですが、やはりすこしくさいです。 それ以外はすべてよしです。 御振りも人工温泉ですが、お肌すべすべになりました。 近くのコンビニ、スーパーもグッドです。
• shien (10/5): ラジウム温泉と朝食の充実 - 水沢駅から，10分ほど歩くが，気にならない距離。宿泊したのは，平日の夜だったが，7000円に行かない値段で快適だった。まず，朝早くから夜遅くまで温泉が楽しめた。浴槽も思ったより広く，トイレタリーも満足できるものだった。温泉の前に，コインが不要なロッカーがあるのもあんしんだった。また，朝食も同程度のホテルに比べたらずっと充実していた。部屋も隣の部屋の音や声が気にならず，快適だった。
• TETSUO (10/5): 家族でも十分満足できます。 - ホテルは新しいので清潔感があります。大浴場も清潔感があります。私はたばこを吸いませんが、各階に喫煙室があり好印象です。日曜日にレストランが休みなのは残念。夕食をホテルのレストランでとりたかった。トータルでは満足です。
