• Marianne (8/5): - Le loft est bien situé, en plein coeur du vieux-Québec, avec cafés, restaurants, boutiques et bars à proximité. Il était facile de procéder au check-in et au check-out. Le loft est charmant avec son escalier en colimaçon et son mur de briques et le lit est confortable. Le loft était également très propre. Le loft donne sur une rue passante et la nuit du samedi au dimanche, nous avons entendu énormément de personnes crier et/ou parler très fort. Le loft n'est pas bien isolé au niveau sonore et des bouchons sont de mises à mon avis. Le divan lit n'est pas facile à déplier. L'équipement est minimal.

• Marc (4/5): - Location, Cleanliness, price Host forced me to provide to provide my date of birth and home address and credit card information on a third party web site to obtain access to the condo. When asking them why they need my private information and what they were going to do with it, the representative wasn't able to provide an answer. This is a violation of private information and it is unacceptable. I used Booking.com to pay on a secure and legit web site. I rent home and condo on Airbnb and Booking all the time and never be treated like this.

• Alice (7/5): - Zeer goede locatie maar heeft wel als nadeel dat er bijzonder veel straatlawaai is. Veel lawaai van buiten die zorgen dat je er als lichte slaper gewoon niet kan slapen. Je hoort elke conversatie van de straat, de auto's die passeren. Ook de uitrusting was heel summier. Voor 3 personen krijg je effectief ook maar 3 borden, 3x vorken, messen en lepels, 3 tassen. Er is dan wel een vaatwasser maar je krijgt maar 1 tablet per dag. Lastig als je dus moet afwassen om te kunnen hergebruiken... Ook hebben we ons verblijf verlengd met 2 nachten maar zijn ze niet komen aanvullen.
• Julie (10/5): Tres bien situé, et magnifique logement - Le logement est magnifique et fonctionnel, situé en plein coeur de la ville, donc parfait pour visiter à pied. La recuperation des cles a été folclorique car il faut faire un pre enregistrement avant de s'y rendre, moi qui ai eu un soucis de batterie de telephone, cela a été compliqué pour y acceder, cela m'a pris une heure, dans le froid glacial du QUEBEC. Autre chose, il y a un souci pour la fermeture de la porte d'entree du logement, le voisin a eu le même problème et est venu nous reclamer de l'aide, mais nous étions dans la meme situation... Pour finir, il y a tout l'electromenager necessaire OUI, mais il faut acheter tous les produits : dosettes cafés, capsule lave vaisselle, lessive,... c'est dommage car c'est des frais qu'on soughiate eviter pour passer un petit séjour.

• Rocio (8/5): Nice place, good location, terrible staff - The property is very well located in Old Quebec. It was close to everything on a beautiful street full of restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious with very high ceilings and it had a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. It had beautiful windows and brickwork and the bed was quite comfortable. Entry was easy with the pin code, and the elevator was large and quick. My kids slept on the sofa bed in the living room. It was -30c outside (a Polar vortex) and there was only a thin comforter available. When I called the "reception" number, the "receptionist," who clearly had ZERO customer service know-how, told me I couldn't have another one and offered me another set of sheets! Some minutes later she called back to say they were sending one over. I asked for a second blanket for our bed, but we didn't get one. Cleaning staff knocked on the door at 11:01 (check out time plus ONE minute) and grunted something at us while looking at her watch. Staff DESPERATELY needs to be better trained in customer service. Also, shower should come with instructions. Hand held shower head didn't work.

The bathroom could be improved by having hooks to hang the towels. There was no place to put them! The elevator was out of service at precisely 11am - which is checkout time. There were several families lugging all their stuff down the stairs and we wish the maintenance had been done when people aren’t moving in or out. The loft felt slightly unsafe for our 8 and 11 year olds, would probably be better for older teens.

• Luis (8/5): Great to stay for a single couple but not for friends or relatives - Great location The open concept on the property makes it very difficult to have any privacy if you come with other people than your family. Also, the bathroom has texture glass doors which reduces privacy a lot. The mattress for the additional room were not that comfortable according to the guests.

Didn’t realize how busy the area was with Christmas traffic and tourism so getting to it with luggage and then finding parking was quite difficult. The decor was very nice. Access to the loft was tricky for anyone you might not be in shape. I feel it should really state in the description that access to the loft is by means of a very steep ladder which would not be appropriate for young children or adult who are not agile.

Les lumières sur pieds étaient soient non branché ou connecté dans la mauvaise prise. Peut-être juste s'assurer que toutes les lumières soient fonctionnelle et ça vaudrait un 10! :)

• Ralph (10/5): The place made our experience in Old Quebec exceptional. - We stayed at Les Lofts 1048 for 5 nights. The unit 206 was beyond our expectations. Large, quiet and in the heart of Old Quebec. Little things like no wine glasses and absurd late check out fee were overshadowed by the unique art, comfort and convenience of the condo. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nothing.

But it is a poor bnb property with no facilities including no curtains, they give 2 coffee pods per day but no sugar or cream. No curtains. If you can sleep in full night take this. Very uncomfortable and old sofa. No proper glasses or crockery. Overall I'll equipped, over priced, with rude staff.

• Debra (8/5): - No paper towels in the unit. Glassware was lacking. There was 1 stemmed wine glass and 1 unstemmed wine glass. My husband and I like to unwind at the end of the day and we didn't have a decent set of wine glasses. We also like to keep things tidy which was made a bit more difficult without paper towels. The lighting in the bathroom was lacking over the tub/shower area. The bedroom did not have walls that went to the ceiling and the blinds covering the "window" between the bedroom and living room still allowed in light and sound.

Tall ceilings and exposed brick. Good location and comfortable. My husband left his walking cane at the apartment. We did not realize this until we got to Montreal and contacted them immediately. At first they seemed open to helping us recover this important and necessary item but then stopped responding to my requests for an update.

Il manquait un peu de vaisselle, par exemple nous étions 3 personnes, on n'avait pas un mug pour chacun, c'est un détail mais on aurait apprécié. Pas de possibilité d'avoir un lit d'appoint.

Comfortable bed and bedding. as a single there was a lot of space to spread out I would have like information about restaurants near by, and other basic tourist info. Never got the tv to work, so directions would have been helpful. Didn’t feel like much generosity from host ie laundry detergent, or an umbrella, simple additions. Not enough glassware.

• Suzanne (9/5): The loft is a beautiful and tranquil retreat right in the heart of vibrant St Jean Street. - The loft and furnishings are beautiful - a peaceful, restful oasis of tranquility. We really appreciated the sound proofing (incl windows) given how busy St Jean is - a truly wonderful location. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all the essentials. Greatly appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts and the clear instructions to get into the loft (and the fact that we were able to get in before 4 PM). Some of the power outlets do not work (my cellphone did not charge one night) but there are plenty of outlets which is much appreciated. As I was travelling with my Aunt, we needed the sofa bed but there was no covering sheet to protect the duvet (we took one of the sheets from the king bed). These are all very minor things given the overall high level of comfort of the loft and its tremendous location.

• Suzanne (8/5): Overall it’s a lovely space in a great location and I would stay there again. - Great location inside the walls of the old city and easy to walk around. Lovely large open space. Lovely older building with lots of character Elevator was not working the 3 nights we were there so trekking up stairs with luggage was difficult. Weirdly they have a Nespresso machine but don’t offer any pods. Pull out bed did not have bedding or pillows so we had to ask for extra. The first night we ended up having to use a sheet and pillow from the main bedroom to go to bed. So attention to some additional details would be a way to improve.
• Joanna (2/5): An expensive place to stay with management that couldn’t care less. - Location was fairly convenient to most tourist attractions. Unit on third floor. Elevator never worked the 6 days I was there. I specifically booked here as it is very difficult for me to use stairs due to medical issues. They offered no help. Pink and black mold in shower grout. No place to hang towels except 1 hand towel. A chemical smell that improved with all the windows open but never went fully away. No screens on windows, flys were abundant. I woke up with sore throat every morning, granddaughter sneezed and coughed while in the unit.

• Véronik (8/5): super cool - Calme, spacieux et très bien situé Ascenseur pour monter au 3ème étage - l'échelle pour monter à la mezzanine (loft): pas large et très abrupte. - impossibilité de trouver l'interrupteur à l'étage pour éteindre la lumière à l'étage - rideaux non occultant

• Liana (10/5): - LOCATION is amazing, don’t need car for anything. Staff were really great and fas with responses. Washer and dryer saved us, kitchen very well equipped, charming place! Could have a couple of more forks and knives. Didn’t have table spoons and desert plates. Bath area grout could see some mold spray. All the rest was amazing!

Located rice in the centre of the old town on one of the most vibrant streets, you really are in the heart of it. Our apartment was airy light clean with lots of space. My son loved the mezzanine. Everything was perfect. It really is a great place to stay. Nothing
• Joseph (10/5): - Beautiful loft. Clean. Spacious. Awesome location. Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading.
