• Webster (9/5): We loved every moment and we all thought our stay was too short! - The lodge is beautifully nestled between the mountains in the bush. I love the bushveld and being in such a quiet spot in the bush, surrounded by nature is superb
• Terry (7/5): It was great - It’s a good place for the group of people to maximum of 8 There’s a gravel road for about 3km, it needs one to be driving 4 x 4

• Elainebuys (6/5): Pleasant - The lodge itself is well-maintained and properly equipped. The environment is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful We did not have power for two days, and there were no emergency lights to assist with this. The two solar lanterns were not charged, so we ended up having no light the first night and very little the second night. The bugs were extreme, especially in 2 of the 4 rooms.

• Venter (9/5): at Bona Intaba - Friendly staff , clean with a great layout. Everything we needed was on the premises. James put out some feed for us to enjoy viewing the game on the property There is a lot of camera's on the property. but its understandable in the aspect of security
• Regina (7/5): The accommodation offers good value for money, but there is room for enhancing the overall experienc - Stunning location with a pristine setting. The spacious accommodations were impeccably clean and provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The pool was a delightful oasis, ideal for enjoying sunny summer days. The cozy couch was perfect for relaxing and unwinding while enjoying the available Netflix selection. The self-catering facility lacked basic amenities such as shampoo and soap, which was disappointing. Additionally, the stove had a tendency to trip the electricity, causing inconvenience during meal preparation. Another issue was the unexpected visits from the caretaker for cleaning and other tasks, which felt intrusive. Clear boundaries or a prearranged schedule for the caretaker's visits would greatly improve the overall experience.

• Rr (1/5): Bad - The location. We checked in at Bona Intaba and found the place very dirty as per attached photos. Bathrooms were blocked. The rooms dusty bed linen unchanged. The fridge had blood and kitchen had dirty dish towels. Floors dust. The smell in the rooms was unbearable We contacted the manager James through the guy who was on-site. James stated over the phone that black people you complain too much. James said he was coming, later he said he was going to come after an hour but he stopped answering his phone and did not come. We could not cook electricity kept turning off. The shower glasses comes off railing my son sustained glass cut from falling shower glass and my 76 old mum managed to catch her unit shower glass before it also fell. The barbecue area was not cleaned. James the manager who at one point said he was the owner is very rude, defensive and lacks customer service training. The cushions are cream cushions are brown because of dirt, floor rugs are smelly and very very dirty. Bona intaba lacks maintenance, cleaning and needs upgrade of furniture. It is better to employ industry trained staff eg cleaners, manager and get less profit through happy customers who can further refer friends and family to stay at your place. I can not explain enough of how this place is a mess. Me owner in Germany your property is very well located and the building is nice but you have no Idea how your placed is badly managed.

• Ronel (9/5): Relaxing stay in the bush - Spacious, well equipped and really lovely environment. Has 4 large bedrooms en-suite for only 2 of us :). James brought battery lights when electricity went off. Would be nice to at least have solar back up power when there is loadshedding. Otherwise lovely.

• Natanja (10/5): Would go there anytime again, loved the whole place. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are beautiful. - Loved that the place was way more than I expected and was more than fully equipped. Was a little disappointed for not seeing any wildlife.
• Future (7/5): Fix your plumbing issues - Location was great The drainage system doesn't work properly, couldn't use the toilets in the other two rooms

James and the team were so good and really helpful around the house and a bonus to have your room serviced everyday. we will definitely return and next time for longer!
