• Bia.raposo (9/5): Great country house with an amazing view over Tuscany - It's a wonderful country house in the middle of the beautiful Tuscany fields. The staff is very friendly. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was also amazing! Only the wi-fi connection was really weak

• Giorgia (7/5): Casolare immerso nel verde - La casa e situata lungo la strada principale, immersa nel verde, silenziosa, comoda e accogliente. Stanze e bagni grandi,la cucina era ben servita. Le uniche note negative sono la pulizia su certi angoli della casa e la lavastoviglie che consiglio di sostituire perche non lava bene.

• Lothar (8/5): Gemütlich - gemütliche Unterkunft in zentraler Lage der Toskana, um Siena, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, san Quirico etc. zu erkunden. Etwas old fashioned, aber angenehm sich vom üblichen Ikea-Einrichtungsstil unterscheidend. Die Nähe zur SS2 stört nachts gottseidank gar nicht. Angenehm auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler gibt. Schöner Pool. Ich würde den Besitzern empfehlen, der Wohnung und der direkten Umgebung mal eine gründliche Auffrischung zu gönnen. ein bisschen schade ist, dass man von der Wohnung aus keine Spaziergänge unternehmen kann, ohne auf die Straße zu müssen.

• Vendula (10/5): Tuscan dream!!!! - We were living our Tuscan dream. Montalcino, Montepulciano, San Quirico and other towns are very close. The apartment has all the amenities. The pool is absolutely wonderful. It is truly a hidden gem and we have been to Tuscany several times - this place was one of the best. Total privacy and tranquility. Thank you!!!

• Robert (10/5): Heart of Tuscany and a fantastic value - Casa Vacanze Fornance was exceptional and an exceptional value. Centrally located in the heart of Tuscany. Perfect for reaching Montalcino, Montepulciano, Siena, Volterra , etc. Large apartment with everything we needed to cook. Our host not only met us but delivered two beautiful wines on two occaisions. The whole family was wonderful. They have a lovely pool, but it was a little cool when we were there. Buonconvento is a lovely little town. Highly recommended and a fantastic value in the heart of Tuscany. Some of the living room furniture had seen better days, but overall it was fine.
• Randolph (7/5): Absolutely acceptable to my own purposes and for others visiting the area by car, m/c, bicycle - There for 5 days of serious solo cycling on the hilly tar and gravel roads around this beautiful region. On a budget and self-catered-no car. Casa Fornace was an ideal location with several out and back and circular routes-all easily accessed. (NB-the main road immediately outside the location is narrow, fairly busy at peak periods and of poorly surfaced tar. Some caution required but traffic and drivers very respectful and once off/along that road the routes are well maintained, quiet and safe.) Buonconvento (ca. 3km distant (walked but there is an infrequent bus ) is a small town and unremarkable for the most part but has a beautiful old quarter. The hilltop villages in the vicinity are simply stunning. Italians very friendly and helpful and there is a good supermarket to buy provisions and coffee shops and cafes to eat at. Facilities at the location very acceptable and practical plus the views from the apartment and garden/pool deck were quite exceptional. Host and hostess were available and helpful if required but otherwise low-profile-leaving one to own devices which was fine and as intended. For the purpose intended and the price-and as an Agriturismo apartment-there was nothing to fault. A minor issue-the initial Wi-Fi link was weak but was changed to another router by the owner and was then quite adequate.
• Agnieszka (9/5): Ww loved it & already plan to come back! - Beautiful area, charming and functional place, irresistible pool and very friendly but also elegant hosts. The only hard part was highly hot weather, much hotter then usual there. Well, we made it anyway, there are harder things in life;) and everythig else made it worth in every way:)
