There is parking lot. The most I loved is the bar named ‘Nightcap’ at 3rd flr. This bar have good atmosphere that gived me calm and relax feels. Hotel offered a free welcome drink for guests and you can get it here. The bathtub and shower faucets are difficult to use. I often turn them on and off incorrectly. But it's not a big problem and can be ignored.

• Ali (4/5): Staff should trained well to know how to handle customers. - Rooms are clean and in good location to a small mall scene which have couple a restaurant , couple pharmacy and near by 7-11 . I asked for wheel chair the bellboys were two guys were staring at me while struggling with the my father and the bags , I asked the reception to have some assistance and she just shouted at the bellboys and there were act like they didn’t hear anything. The staff are reception are rude have no manners at all , I went to check in at 13:50 the reception told with out looking to the time she said check in time is 14:00 when she look at the time she just try to waste 10 minutes just to make the check in is 14:00 . Out of no where a guy show up I guess he’s the one in charge and assist me and I just make my day . The location of the hotel in garb and is always located at the back of the hotel which a lead to make the driver cancel the the drive or make me walk around the hotel just to get the ride and ask him to go to the front of the hotel to pick up the rest of my family .

• Jarad (7/5): Good - Pleasant enough stay. The hotel room was as presented in the photos. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. The name is a misnomer! It's definitely not in town - quite the opposite - but that is possibly my ignorance of Bangkok geography. Hotel is a bit dated and in need of a facelift. Pool and gym facilities are a little dire.
• Paweł (8/5): More like a 3 star hotel but fair value for money - The hotel is ok for those looking for fair standard at a reasonable price. There is a swimming pool, fairly equipped gym (outside) and the rooms are pretty much equipped with everything you may need. Beds are very comfortable, the service is attentive, the wifi was good speed, the air-conditioning does its job and the shower had amazing water pressure (which is rare these days due to hotels trying to limit their water usage) and overall all this at a fraction of a luxury 5 star hotel. The only thing I would strongly suggest to improve by the hotel is cleanliness. The windows and mirrors in rooms and in the gym were very dirty with grease from other people's hands etc. The bathroom looks a little revolting with mould in the corners, badly placed silicone, falling off handles etc. The were stains on the floor from some kind of greasy spray which I had to clean myself and generally the hotel and especially the bathrooms do need renovation desperately. Some lights were different colour in the same room so this made it quite difficult to function. Lastly, the hotel does not have an iron and an ironing board. I didn't expect them to have one in each room but at least have one in the hotel or have an ironing room like some other hotels do. For a 4 star hotel you would expect them to have an iron but this hotel does not. Well, they do now because I bought one and left it there :-)

Let the customer suffer. - My child took the ceramic Santa Claus model from the reception desk to the room to play since the afternoon of 16/12 but unfortunately broke it. On the morning of 17/12, when our crew checked out of the hotel, the receptionist asked to return the Santa Claus model and asked me to compensate for the entire Christmas set of 3000THB and I paid 3000THB First of all, I would like to apologize to the hotel because my child broke it. This is my fault, I accept However, I am not satisfied with the way the hotel staff handled it and found it very unsatisfactory. Because the check-out time was quite urgent and I was with a large group, I could not keep the whole group waiting for my personal matters, so I could not handle everything. I have a few things to want to ask: 1. Why didn't the receptionist call back to pick up the model on December 16th when my child took it away, but only asked me to return it on December 17th when our group checked out of the hotel? 2. You said the value of the entire Christmas set was 3000THB. I want to see how much the hotel bill for the entire set was? But the hotel did not have :)

• Parul (10/5): Super relaxing! - The hotel is in an amazing location. I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a concert. The rooms are super cosy and the bathroom is amazing. They provide bath robes, slippers which was a plus. I was given a corner side room on the 10th floor with the view of the entire city. I saw amazing sunrise from the windows of my room. I was staying alone here and it felt super safe! If I ever come back again for a concert in the Rajamangla Stadium, this will be my go to hotel. Food options could have been a little better.
• Nicole (8/5): Overall OK, but bathrooms need work. - Good location for the purpose of our trip, but quite a distance from the city. Door staff are very helpful and friendly. Handy small mall with lots of food choices across the road and along both sides of the street 24hrs, plus a supermarket. 7-11 is just a few doors down. Very hard beds, which I like, but I think would be too hard for many people. On-site massage open 10am-10pm daily. Great sized rooftop pool, well maintained. Good breakfast, mainly Asian style....delicious. 4 bottles of water restocked each day which is excellent plus daily restock of bathroom products including disposable toothbrush and toothpaste each day 2 x nights tried to order room service, but staff on phone did not speak any Engligh. Both times I went to main desk to try to order, front desk speak good English, but was advised I need to order via phone only. Ended up going and buying street food instead. The hotel menu looked very nice so wanted to try it, just wasn't able to order. Perhaps the hotel could have QR online ordering for room service to avoid the language difficulties for those that do not speak Thai. Great Thai massage on site, massage menu & pricing is advertised in room but it was disappointing the masseur charged more than the advertised prices and asked for cash rather than card even though card payment was available. The room was comfortable and generally clean, apart from the wall lamp switches which are not cleaned and were covered in greasy grime. Ample light in rooms during the day, comfortable chairs in rooms plus a desk. Good wardrobe space and areas for large bags. The rooms have been refurbished, but not the bathrooms. Our bathroom was terrible. Broken handrails in the tub/shower, yellowing shower curtain, broken toilet seat cover and leaking/dripping pipe joining into the back of the toilet. No exhaust fan in bathroom, so damp/musty smell.

• Neysa (7/5): It was okay will stay here again only for the location. - Rooms were spacious, location was great Hotel was clean but could use a little upgrade. It is evident that the property is a bit old. It would help if someone was fluent in other languages as it was hard to communicate at times. There were some elderly front desk staff who seemed impatient already when communicating because they couldnt understand what was being said or they had a hard time explaining. The description of the booking we had said it had a free MINI BAR. So we asked about it when we checked it and all they said there is nothing like that and couldnt explain it much due to language barrier. All they said was to tell booking.com. When I tried to communicate and ask isn’t it that your hotel was the one in charge of booking the details? So you should be the one to change it because it is misleading. From what I deciphered from the difficult conversation the FREE MINI BAR just meant the usual free water and coffee that we see in most hotel rooms. So if they don’t change that label - i am telling you know the FREE MINI BAR is misleading. Breakfast was decent but could have been better with more options. There was no main viands for non meat eaters or pescatarians. It was either only chicken or vegetables.

• Benjamin (7/5): Solid hotel for an ok price. - It was close to a lot of great food places. Breakfast was 6/10. Our kids weren't too happy that it didn't have bacon.
• Ove (6/5): One time - A Nice Old hotel with nice staff and good service. But the breakfast was very disappointed we eat only the breakfast one time, the other days we eat elsewhere , they cook nice food for the buffet but it is all cold, they should keep it warm,

• Chui-San Teresa (8/5): - The staff members were friendly and helpful. We were a little disappointed that there was no more laundry service available, and there were some drilling and constant hammering noises during the day.

• Navigator06870721843 (8/5): An enjoyable stay - I really like the building interior. Somehow it reminds me of the inside of a cruise ship. Fascinating haha. The place has an outdoor pool and gym as well as a bar. We managed to enjoy ourselves a lot for our 2 nights stay in Bangkok. There are some food places around the area as well, so that's neat.

• KENGO (10/5): とてもよいホテルです - ホテルの周りにレストランや屋台も充実していてとても便利です。 周辺に公共の交通機関はありませんがGRABを使えば何の問題もありません。 とてもよいホテルです。
