Daniel (10/5): Super miejsce poleca - Jest to przepiękny apartament. Na powitanie koszyk pełen dżemów, nutelli, sucharów, panetone i herbatników. Jest to osobny segment w stylu dworskim. Apartament składa się z dwóch sypialni, pokroju dziennego z aneksem kuchennym i łazienki. Dostępna jest pralka i zmywarka z tabletami do zmywarki. Żałuję że tylko jedna noc.

Simon (10/5): Tolle und ruhige Lage für Pisa-Ausflüge - Die Gemeinschaftsanlage ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen und super für Ausflüge nach Pisa geeignet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und sprechen sehr gut Englisch. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung mit einem großen Bad.

Darrin (10/5): - An absolute gem! Never did we expect something so nice when we booked it the day before during our road trip through Italy. We only intended to stay one night, but after 15 minutes we decided to add another night. Super relaxing place. The resort is extraordinarly nice, many hedges, the pool area was perfect. Water was great, even in October! Dinner on our private patio was the exclamation point on our stay. Oh, and yes: Breakfast is the perfect way to start the day!

Thomas (6/5): Blatte ovunque, camere senza zanzariere. Soggiorno un po’ deludente! - La posizione, comoda perché vicina al casello autostradale. La piscina. La camera che abbiamo avuto non era quella mostrata in foto su Booking, ma essendo della stessa categoria nulla da dire. Viene venduta con vista piscina ma così non è. L’appartamento è senza zanzariere per cui hai due soluzioni: chiuderti dentro con aria condizionata (che però non funzionava) o lasciare entrare mosche, zanzare. Se hai un struttura immersa nella natura credo che le zanzariere siano un must. Durante il nostro soggiorno siamo stati invasi da blatte. Entravano ovunque sotto le porte. Poi la signora delle pulizie ci ha dato uno spray, quindi abbiamo risolto in parte. Il condizionatore perdeva acqua. Il divano è vecchio e in parte sfondato, andrebbe sostituito. Connessione internet lenta, se sei qui per lavoro, come noi e non ti limiti ad usare i social. Insomma, da questo hotel, viste anche le recensioni, ci aspettavamo molto di più.

MReid192 (9/5): Peaceful quiet stay in fantastic location - Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartments, plenty amenities on site with bikes available for use (although they didn't have helmets). Location is fantastic and very quiet but within 25 min drive to Lucca, Viareggoo and Pisa, including Pisa airport. Pool area was very well maintained and perfect for relaxing. No helmets available for the bikes, checkout is very early (10am) and costs a lot for late checkout and couldn't get the smart TV working. There was also no kettle or microwave in the apartment which might be challenging when travelling with young children.

Sehr ruhige und mit dem Auto sind es nur 10 min. zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen. Pisa liegt um die Ecke und Florenz ist auch nur 1 Stunde entfernt - ebenfalls mit dem Auto.

Vernooij (10/5): Lovely oasis, amazing pool, spotless clean bungalows and very helpful staff. - We loved staying at B&B Borgo di Pratavecchie. We booked last minute, for 1 night only. Immediately upon arrival we wished we could stay longer. The staff is very kind and accommodating, the breakfast is AMAZING, Our bungalow was spacious with a separate bedroom for parents and kids, plus a living/dining room, kitchen and patio. Everything was there, even a table cloth for the dining and patio tables. It was all spotless clean. The pool and lounge area are wonderful and we spent all day there. The beach is a very short drive and you can use their bicycles. Plenty of activities for kids (ping pong, football table) and there were other kids around to play with, which was a huge bonus, allowing the parents to relax. It is a 15 minute drive to the tower of Pisa and the beaches. Lovely, local restaurants nearby. When you drive through the neighborhood we weren't sure what to expect, but when you enter the property you enter an oasis of peace, quiet, relaxing and fun for the kids. nothing.

Die Ausstattung der Appartements ist mittlerweile veraltet und alte Möbel im Appartement sowie im Aussenbereich ( Terrasse, Stühle der Terrasse und beim Soccer-Aussenbereich sind heruntergekommen und werden nicht erneuert- die Möbel sind teilweise sehr abgenutzt/ abgelebt).

Comfortabele badkamer en iedere dag wisselen van handdoeken. Wij hebben namelijk bijgeboekt. De BBQ voorzieningen. Absoluut waardeloos. Moeten ze maar een ander plekje en beter inrichten.

Guest (10/5): Posto ideale per famiglie - La piscina bellissima, lettini in abbondanza. La posizione ottima, a 10 minuti dal centro di Pisa. Colazione ottima, molto varia. Giochi per bambini e biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti. Staff molto attento, disponibile e gentilissimo. Camera pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. È stato tutto perfetto.

Francesco (7/5): Molte potenzialità ma da ristrutturare e strutture esterne da cambiare. - L'alloggio molto spazioso e location dalle potenzialità enormi. Bella la piscina,da considerare nel caso di volersi rigenerare. Lo staff un po' approssimativo non proprio presente su gestione,ma la struttura soprattutto nel mobilio situato all'esterno andrebbe rinnovato visto la alta potenzialità del luogo.
Sarah (8/5): - Fijne rustige locatie. Mooi zwembad. Ruim appartement met 1 slaapkamer. Handdoeken om de 2 dagen. Ligging is ok. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden autopech en moesten last minute nog een nacht bijboeken. Kregen een andere kamer. Deze was ook proper. Minder Ruim dan het appartement mr ook goed. Ze hebben ons hier goed geholpen. In het appartement was de badkamervloer altijd nat. Het grondwater komt omhoog. En de douche gaf lauw water ipv warm.

Giulia (8/5): Ideale per rilassarsi - Il luogo è incantevole, immerso nella natura, perfetto per rilassarsi qualche giorno. L’appartamento arredato con gusto e spazioso. I gestori molto disponibili ad assecondare le richieste e ci hanno dato la possibilità di usufruire della piscina anche prima e dopo il check in per tutto il giorno. Unica vera pecca: impossibile dormire con la finestra aperta per via di mosche e zanzare che riempiono subito l’appartamento, consiglierei delle zanzariere… Altre cose di minore importanza, il bagno un po’ buio, il divano letto un po’ instabile e nonostante sia un b&b la colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo (comunque è specificato)

Kirstin (8/5): Prachtig zwembad en mooie kamers! - Zeer vriendelijke mensen, mooie ruime kamer en prachtig zwembad! Ontbijt was goed. Ik mocht het zwembad nog na uitchecken gebruiken. Ideale ligging voor Pisa en Lucca en strand. Kamer was boven de ontbijtzaal en dus beetje gehorig bij opzetten.

PF (6/5): Redelijk - De ligging is fijn. Je bent met de auto zo op het heerlijke strand, in Pisa en in Lucca. Het personeel is super vriendelijk, ontbijt is helemaal prima voor de prijs. Bed ligt ook prima en de kamers zijn schoon en worden gedurende je verblijf bijgehouden. Tot slot is ook het zwembad een heerlijke rustige plek. Er is echt achterstalligheid. Houtwerk bij ontbijt buiten en zwembad, fietsen, pingpongtafel, ligkussens bij zwembad, gebrekkige vaatwasser, kitranden douche. De zitplekjes bij je huisje zijn niet gezellig meer, alle struiken zijn heel hoog gegroeid en zicht op zwembad volledig weg. Hier en daar wat ongedierte (netjes gemeld en ze schrokken ervan, dus pakken ze vast en zeker op, want ze nemen je input wel serieus!). Er is veel potentie, maar wat mij betreft in deze staat te duur voor wat je krijgt. Zonde want je ziet dat het een mooi plekje is geweest. Hopelijk pakken ze het snel op.

Miriam (8/5): Heel mooi als je van én zee en stadjes én lekker eten houdt! - Het appartement zelf, de hygiëne , de grote tuin bij ons appartement, het zwembad, oplaadpunt voor onze auto, het personeel, te voet naar de bakker, barretje en pizzeria Het was even schrikken bij de aankomst; we hadden het ons mooier/ netter voorgesteld. Gezien de foto’s en de prijs.

James (10/5): Paradise in the countryside but still in the City! - Enjoyed everything so much. Incredible breakfast, lovely staff, beautiful gardens & rooms. Pool is very nice too. Overall we loved it & will return! It was a perfect way to relax before our wedding in Tuscany :-) N/A

Marc (4/5): Vergane glorie - Het ontbijt was erg goed Alles was erg verouderd. De gordijnen vielen van de muur. Stucwerk liet los. Alle stoelen en parasols bij het zwembad waren versleten of reeds kapot. De planken vloeren bij het zwembad en de ontbijt waren verrot en lagen los. De gratis fietsen waren tot op de draad versleten. Alles was oude meuk. Een grote teleurstelling.
