- Mandy (2/5): You could film the next series of Housos here! - I liked the moment it was time to check out Absolute dumpster fire! Mainly junkies both staying and living there, crackheads loitering in the car park, one woman singing gospel hymns at the top of her lungs until 11pm at night when I made a complaint to reception. Kids running up and down the hallways until midnight while mum Methany took them out for pizza at that hour 😳 Our dining table cloth was glued to the table with remnants of food crusted beneath, urine looking stain on the quilt and I would NEVER stay again! Avoid at all costs, 10/10 DON’T recommend!
- Fiona (1/5): Should not be for people travelling and needing a bed it was like a teenagers bedroom than a hotel. - I don't recommend staying here at all there is nothing to like I felt frightened by fights and screaming and dogs howling and barking and doors slamming and door bells and banging on doors till 3am then someone took a shower at 4am till 6:30 you could hear the pipes and the shower running I had 1 hours sleep. People hanging round the entrance on arrival and when leaving. This place is unstable. Everything it was a horrible experience with the tenants running all through the night in the corridors and arguing. The only good thing was clean sheets but I didn't want to use the shower. The screaming early in the morning I won't forget I was terrified by it.

My room was spacious, with a good sized window, arm chairs, fridge, microwave and kettle. It's a little bit dated, but spotlessly clean, with fantastic king size bed and good linen. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. A greatContinental breakfast is offered for a good price in the light clean dining area, well worth having if you can.

- Jeanette (6/5): Self-indulgent stay with friend. - Location great, very close to Knox SC; Staff member (Sarah) was very friendly and professional; Guest access at rear is a great idea; Loved the fact it had a pool although I didn’t use it; Despite being close to major roads I couldn’t hear any traffic noise so noise attenuation was excellent. Bed was low quality - mattress tended to slide off base very easily so in the end I couldn’t sleep on it as I would end up falling on the floor. As I had a friend with me an adjustment wasn’t possible without waking him up so I couldn’t sleep all night on it; Spa was quite small, there was no grab bar and one of the jets wasn’t working; Think because toilet was in same space as the spa it should have a curtain that can be pulled around it so if one guest wants to use the toilet while the other is in the spa they can and still have privacy.

- Jenny (5/5): All in all, it did the job but not sure I’d stay again. - The shower pressure was great, room was clean and comfy. The pillows were comfortable. The young girl at reception was very helpful and friendly. The room was quite shabby and outdated. There was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you walked into the room and also in the bathroom . Quite off putting ! The traffic was quite loud too until quite late, around 11 pm I suppose.

- Bethany (7/5): Simple, clean hotel in a good location. - Rooms are old but very neat and clean! The spa bath was lovely and the room had all the amenities we needed. The shower head could definitely use replacing in the room we stayed in, and the mattress was quite firm, but we were still happy with our stay!
