Suciedad, gente borracha, camas sucias, los baños son de las peores cosas que he visto, estuvimos ahí solo una noche, nos fuimos muy temprano aún así perdiendo todo lo que nos quedó de reserva. No lo recomiendo a nadie. Aparte el sitio es muy ruidoso, ambulancias todo el día y la noche. 0/0

• Mary (8/5): - Overall location is pretty close to attractions, either walking or by transit. But if you’re a very light sleeper like me, it can get very noisy at night because of the busy street and sometimes noisy roommates in the dorms. Communal dinning area and terrace was nice, but we couldn’t figure out how to use the stove lol. And I recommend having a sim plan that has calling because when we arrived and tried ringing the doorbell, we were waiting quiet a while before being let in.

• Shuvojit (4/5): - The location was good as it is close to the Roma Termini station. I wouldn’t recommend this stay to anyone. The people were not clean who stayed there. The bathrooms are not clean and lacked basic amenities. The bunk bed made creaking noises. The people coming in and out whole night made it difficult to get sleep.
• Ana (2/5): Don’t do it. - I don’t think having a quiet night is too much to ask for… Yet the room I was in had no A/C, so we had to have the cooler on all night long, which was insanely noisy. I mean… Insanely. I still can’t believe they charge for a room in such terrible conditions. Also, the top bunk beds, apart from one, had no way to climb up, apart from stepping on other people’s mattresses — which was not only unhygienic, but also too soft to offer you a proper “step”. Also, no place to store (let alone lock) your luggage! Just unbelievable. This said, the staff were super nice and helpful, the place was clean and it was quite central. Sadly, this is all that was good about it. I’m extremely easy going with my hostels, but this shouldn’t even be qualified as such. All in all, I don’t recommend it at all.

I locked my room door and when another girl showed up, she couldn’t lock the door so the door was left unlocked when the door was left unlocked in the middle, and I a man came in the room and stared at me when I was sleeping. He drank my water bottle and made me feel very unsafe. He was also in his boxers and started to just stare at me from across the other bed,I went to go tell staff and staff attempted to lock the door and couldn’t so the entire night. I felt very unsafe. Please be aware of this not safe for female solo travelers.

• JUN (6/5): - スタッフは親切でドライヤーを借りたり、ロッカーの使い方等を優しく教えてくれました。 私が泊まった6人部屋ドミトリーはエアコンがなく扇風機1台しかなかったため、夏は暑く寝にくいです。 代わりに窓は全開となってますが、ホテルの通りは夜も交通量が多くスピードも出ているため騒音がうるさいため耳栓は必須です。 シャワー、トイレはそこそこ綺麗です。
• Campbell (6/5): - Decent for the price, however issues with basic amenities. Shower was half broken, half the power points didn’t work, no towels available for all three nights, window wouldn’t close. However bed was decently nice and they brought in a portable a/c during a really hot day

Other guests would leave food out that attracted bugs and were noisy when coming and going in the late evenings. Staff was kind and accommodating. Overall it was a fair experience for the price.

• Christina (8/5): - The property was well situated and priced for us. Very near public transportation and local restaurants. We walked to collessium and fountain of Trevi and all around, but it was a LOT of walking. The beds were actually comfortable. The only issue was the hot water wasn't working on the second floor so we had to shower on the floor beneath. Also our bedroom door didn't latch. The bathroom was missing the door handle, so had to use the coat hook to pull the door open, which was barely hanging on. The shower head was held up by bungee which was attached to the shower curtain rod and the over head light. Not really the safest fix. The place is a bit run down, but the beds are comfortable and clean and a good price. I would stay here again in Rome.

He quedado 2 noches y las 2 noches encontré a alguien durmiendo en mi cama, cuando me quejé con el recepcionista, este me dijo que me callara o que me hacía un check out, noche del jueves 17/04. Su solución fue cambiarme de habitación. Las duchas no tienen agua caliente ni regador, literalmente es un caño que tira agua fría. No hay llaves y la gente entra y sale con tan solo tocar el timbre no se que tan seguro es. En fin, no lo recomiendo para nada pero si no consigues nada y no hay otra opción te puede sacar de apuros. Para el olvido :)

• Alba Ramírez (4/5): - Es verdad que es el alojamiento más barato en Roma y eso un estudiante lo agradece, pero me pareció un poco decepcionante que: - Desayuno: realmente significa que puedes prepararte el desayuno en la cocina, pero no se "incluye el desayuno" como dice en la web. - Los baños no solían estar muy limpios (entiendo que también es por culpa de los residentes). - Solo hay agua caliente en el baño de abajo, el cual no funciona el pestillo. - Sólo hay taquillas en la primera planta, y la mitad estaban rotas. - La tasa de turista (que suelen ser más barata) no se puede pagar con tarjeta, así que lleva dinero en efectivo. - Las habitaciones no tienen pestillo ni contraseña para entrar, así que cualquiera puede entrar en la habitación. Si le doy 2 estrellas es porque el personal es muy amable y te tratan bien, dentro de lo que cabe está medianamente bien ubicado, y tiene una terraza y cocina que puedes usar libremente. Pero el primer día, sin saber a lo que me enfrentaba, fue bastante desalentador, porque no tengo mucha experiencia en esto, pero en otros hostales pagando mucho menos ofrecen muchas más cosas.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Bañarse estaba complicado - Mi única queja es por las duchas, tenían 3 baños en todo el hostel, cada uno con una ducha. En dos de las duchas a veces no habia agua caliente, o sea que había una sola ducha con agua caliente y en esa ni siquiera salía bien el agua, salía muy caliente o muy fría. Encima no se podía trabar la puerta y tuve que bañarme con la puerta sin cerrojo.
• Valeria (2/5): - El peor lugar donde me he quedado fíjense bien en donde se hospedan este lugar debería de estar cerrado me robaron una maleta completa grande en la habitación de alado robaron un laptopy nadie se dio cuenta ni sabe nada hablé a la policía y tampoco pudieron hacer nada el lugar no colaboró en nada las puertas de las habitaciones siempre están abiertas no hay lockers en las habitaciones para asegurar tus pertenencias regaderas hay 2 y solo una tiene agua caliente la otra solo agua fría en el baño nunca hay papel y está sucio no hay ascensor las escaleras son pequeñas y en caracol estuve 2 meses en Europa y sin duda el peor lugar en el que me quede :(

• Georgios (2/5): One of my worst hostel experience - I had one of my worst hostel experiences living in this place for 4 days this month. Rome experience hostel differs significantly from the pictures that are on the site, the most used mixed rooms that are very dirty and with only a very small fan for summer are not in the page. The room I slept on the 1st floor, was a very small space for 4 double beds, difficult to walk between beds sometimes, only a small fan, windows open all night having as a consequence very difficult sleep because of the car's lights reflected on ceilng and high beds and the very loud noise of the cars down the street. The outside bathrooms were quite dirty but in acceptable condition, but except from one their doors don't lock or they have some problem with the telephone shower. The worst thing about the hostel is definitely his rude personnel. You gonna hear small ironies about other guests, when they are not there, if for example they make more than the usual time to find the way that the door unlocks or make a simple mistake in something,some they don't even answer questions if you don't repeat it some times. During my stay it came that I had a problem, because I lost my credit card and i had to be more strict with expanses. On this night while paying i told the owner about this situation asking for advice only to hear afterwards silly jokes about my situation.The next day i was asked to leave because my bed was given to some guest before I had time to check in.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - A SHAME! CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE! The first thing is that they received us without a mask and without any COVID measures. The photos are not real, from 10 years ago, the hostel is very old and half broken, for example the garden in the main photo does not even resemble reality. We arrived and the first thing they did is ask us for the money for local taxes and then tell us that they were taking us to another hotel building because there was no place there, it was the first lie, we took a 15-minute walk to another hostel, that is, more far away, without a garden and with another owner and more dirty rooms. They do NOT give anything, for towels you have to pay 2 euros, they didn’t put any soap or shampoo and I honestly don't even know if they put toilet paper or our roommate bought it, then every morning at 10:30 we were forced to leave the room for “4 hours cleaning" without giving us the possibility of choosing and being able to continue sleeping, the owner came in loudly saying that we should leave the room, nobody had explained anything to us previously. When we asked for the inconvenience to give us the use of towels, they threatened to cancel the reservation and leave us stranded at 10 at night. And they are not giving you keys for the room or for the building, they can suddenly run into your room without even knocking the door. The next day we called Expedía and they reimbursed us the money for the next two nights and gave us € 20 discount for the inconvenience.

• Jed (2/5): The realest - Overall very Poor.... The management Is immature and the staff miserable and resigned. The place could be great but they don’t want take feedback and would rather be ignorant and right. Inconsistent with the rules and overall lack of integrity so i don’t recommend for anybody who wants to have a positive experience in Rome. Save your money and go someplace else.

• Anna (2/5): Ganz schlimme Überraschung - Vorwort: Ich habe schon oft in Asien in Hostels übernachtet. Sowohl in gemischten Zimmern als auch reinen Frauen Zimmern.... Wie es so üblich ist waren es zum teil sehr einfache Unterkünfte die aber liebevoll gepflegt wurden. Hier habe ich 4 Nächte gebucht in einem gemischten Zimmer. Es waren 8 Leute im Zimmer. Recht nah an der Hauptstrasse und ohne Klima mit offenem Fenster sehr laut bis in die Nacht (Autos, Krankenwägen etc). Das Bad hatte tagsüber (zumindest wo ich es ein mal laaaange versucht hatte) kein warmes Wasser. Abends dann schon. Es wird abends kostenlos Pasta&Vino angeboten --> ich habe zwar nicht teilgenommen, aber in meinem Fall mit dem Ergebniss dass ich morgens in ein Badezimmer mit vollgeko***** Waschbecken mit Pastaresten begrüsst wurde - diese verblieben bis zu der Reiigung um 11 Uhr drin. Auch sonst wurde zB das Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt oder es gab einfach keine Vorratsrollen und den Boden nach dem duschen durfte man selbst mit einem schlimm riechendem nassen Wischmop aufputzen. WLAN im 2OG war auch nicht so toll.... Ich weiss das die Qualität und Stimmung in Hostels extrem von den Leuten die dort bleiben und übernachten abhängt, aber es wurde sich allgemein extrem wenig gekümmert um Hygiene etc..... Letztendlich bin ich nach der ersten Nacht geflüchtet und habe mir ien nettes B&B in der Nähe gesucht, was meinen Urlaub noch einigermassen gerettet hat.

And near from center and you can find all buses and Trams and metro..
• Pepe (2/5): - No sé lo recomiendo a nadie, pero a nadie, solo quería volver a mi casa o ir a otro hotel, las habitaciones muy feas nada de lo que se ve en las fotos, absolutamente nada, no existen esas habitaciones, no limpian las mantas, no hay toallas, no hay baños en las habitaciones, tienes que salir de la habitación e ir a los baños que están fuera, horroroso por favor no vayan, está en un sitio muy feo alejado del centro a unos 20 minutos caminando, barrio sucio y triste. • robert (2/5): - en France on appelle ça UNE ARNAQUE. à éviter à tout prix si vous y allez en famille. vendu comme une chambre pour 3 et en arrivant le drame !!!!! un dortoir avec 16 lits en lit superposé dans 12 m2. les photos du site ne correspondent en rien à ce qu'il y a sur place. je ne sais pas si cet avis sera plublié, mais nous sommes très déçu. une chambre propre au vu du nombre de passage de personnes. une cuisine sale à l'image de " l'hotel " si on peut appeler ca un hotel. les douches , ça fuit partout. certaines ne ferment même pas à clefs. pour des étudiants c'est bien, en famille c'est pas envisageable.
• Barbara (4/5): Topi in gabbia - Quello che viene presentato sul sito al momento della prenotazione non corrisponde assolutamente alla realtà. Avevo prenotato un posto letto in una stanza da 4. In realtà le 3 stanze che ho visto sono dei veri e propri dormitori miseramente arrangiati. Eravamo in 10!!! Dieci posti letto in una stanza piccola, dove non si respirava e non c'era spazio per i bagagli, assolutamente inadeguata per quel numero di persone. Pulizie che lasciano a desiderare. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma non basta a compensare tutto il resto.
• Ferry (4/5): Kein Hotel,HOSTEL-JUGENDHERBERGE. - Altes Haus mit rel. guter Ausstattung als HOSTEL(Herberge) auf 3 Etagen mit jeweils 4 Zimmer pro Etage und jeweils voll mit bis zu 6-8 Betten pro Zimmer. Stockbetten vorhanden und ca. Bett an Bett am Boden.Recht eng also. Die oberste Etage hat nur 1 Zimmer(Dachetage) mit 6 Betten.

• ISABEL (4/5): ATENDIMENTO INEFICIENTE, ESPAÇO MUITO MAL UTILIZA - FIQUEI HOSPEDADA NESTE HOSTEL POR 4 DIAS. NÃO EXISTE RECEPÇÃO NESTE LOCAL, APENAS UMA PESSOA QUE LIMPA O LOCAL TODOS OS DIAS DE MANHÃ ATÉ AS 14:00. FORA DESTES HORÁRIOS, NÃO EXISTE ABSOLUTAMENTE NINGUÉM. EXISTE UMA COZINHA QUE FICA TRANCADA E NINGUÉM PODE USAR....NÃO EXISTE TOMADAS NOS LOCAIS FORA ALGUMAS NO QUARTO, NÃO EXISTE UMA ÚNICA PIA PARA AGUA, APENAS AS TORNEIRAS DO BANHEIRO. SEM VENTILADOR OU AR CONDICIONADO.... POUCOS MÓVEIS E SEM FUNCIONALIDADE.

• Verified traveler (4/5): C luxury è il nome ma di lussuoso non c'è niente - Ho soggiornato 4 notti nel C-Luxury Palace di Roma in Via Statilia. Non mi aspettavo di andare in un albergo a 5 stelle ma nemmeno di trovare una soluzione ricettiva così deludente. All'arrivo non c'è nessun ricevimento se non al telefono; la camera, denominata "Junior Suite" si trova al secondo piano del palazzo senza ascensore, è pulita ma fredda e con il letto a castello, diversamente da ciò che era scritto in prenotazione. Il bagno è molto grande ma non ha la doccia! c'è una vasca idromassaggio che trovo inopportuna al luogo. Una finestra della camera ha la maniglia rotta, uno dei due lavelli del bagno perde abbondantemente acqua, non c'è un asciugamano per il viso e nemmeno il sapone! Sfortunatamente, avevo pagato anche per la colazione...sena infamia e senza lode il cibo ma assolutamente deludente il servizio, con una signora con le cuffie e la musica alle orecchie, dalla quale veniamo persino ripresi perché ci permettiamo di telefonare chiedendo come mai la sala colazione fosse ancora chiusa alle 8.15, dato che il cartello sulla porta della sala stessa riportasse l'orario con apertura alle 8.00. Insomma, DELUSIONE TOTALE. di Luxury, come citato nel nome, non c'è stato proprio niente!

• Nicolas (10/5): Très beau meublé de tourisme - Ravis de notre séjour à Rome au C. Luxury Palace & Hostel malgré une météo peu clémente. L’hôtel s'apparente en fait à un immeuble de meublés de tourisme, très bien décorés. Nous avons été accueilli à notre arrivée en fin d'après midi par une personne sympathique et parlant français qui nous a remis les clés et les codes d'accès. Nous ne l'avons pas revue de tout le séjour (3 nuits). Nous avons été logés dans la suite du 3e et dernier étage, avec une magnifique terrasse et un sauna. Nous avons été victime pendant notre séjour d'une coupure électrique (ne pas allumer le sauna et clim simultanément) mais le courant a été rapidement rétabli par le personnel contacté par téléphone. Il y a une belle cuisine équipée au 1er étage mais nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners et nos dîners dans le bar et la tratoria situés au coin de la rue, face de la Porta Maggiore (bons et pas chers). L’hôtel est idéalement situé à 2 stations de métro de la la gare Termini. La porta Maggiore est desservie par 5 lignes de tram et de multiples lignes de bus qui permettent de rejoindre très facilement les différents sites touristiques de la ville éternelle.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - When I arrived (3 pm) there was nobody there to let me in. I had to call and wait 30 minutes before I could get i to the room.
• ANGEL (2/5): A POSSIBLE FRAUD / IT WAS A TERROR EXPERIENCE - When I arrived at the place I found 3 young people told us that they had taken them out of the place without any reason ... I did not take it for certain because I was not present in the events, and I presumed that they had done something bad and therefore removed them from the place .. even so call expedia.com and report it .. to my surprise after two days of stay we have been thrown out of the place, without just cause. He threatened us with the police. The photos are not the same as the offered. We locked the second night with a key in the room, restricting our freedom and attacking our life in the face of any fire, there is no perosonal after 5pm, they do not speak English or Spanish. The caretaker of the house is badly educated. The kitchen was closed at 5pm, which did not allow access to the communal area that corresponded to their offerings. The place smells like mites. By removing us from the place without just cause .. made a reservation to save a piece of meat in the refrigerator .. which if the kitchen was included as a communal area for use and enjoyment there is no reason for that determination because we pay for it. They threw us into the street in the rain, with packages and even accused us of trying to steal his cell phone. They caused an impact on our travel budget by increasing the relocation expense. We are concerned that other travelers like me and my friend are exposed to a place with that, are a danger (movie style) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR NOTHING.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 还可以吧 - 住过的比较奇怪的酒店，有多人的宿舍房间，也有单间的，别墅改的，硬件还不错，厕所洗刷间很别致卫生，但是找不到服务人员，没有前台，什么事情都是通过电话邮件，实话说airbnb服务也比这强啊，价钱不贵，性价比还算高
• Marisol (4/5): Check in imposible - Muy mal, porque no hubo quien me atendiera en recepción, había un letrero que decía que llamara por telefono lo cual fue imposible porque no tenia linea de telefono, si existe una clave para entrar debian enviarla por correo, fue muy complicado porder comunicarme. Dice que se puede usar la cocina y eso no fue posible, solo daban una hora para usar la cocina. Creo que el lugar es precioso, pero tiene un problema de logistica.
• NA YEONG (4/5): Mysterious hotel - NO RECEPTION. NO INTERNET. Only people you can meet in the hotel is only the customers, not the staff. But ironically room and toilet is clean. Maybe the price is low because there is no employee.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel with nice staff - The room was big, clean and cozy. Staff was very helpful. breakfast did not include any protein. No eggs, ham etc. but a lot of sweet cakes which was a disappointment for me. Our room was really hot at nights..

• selina (10/5): Massive rooms - Having stayed in hotels all over Italy leading up to this we were expecting a much lesser room for what we paid for it! However we had a massive main bedroom AND another tv/library room which was amazing!! The bathroom was unshared but was across the corridor, however we never bumped into anyone else! The breakfast was nothing exciting but enough to carve th hunger for a little bit! Lovely staff. Would recommend profusely!!
• Angelo (8/5): Attenzione al prezzo - Buona la location camera spaziosa bagno privato anche se non in camera, subito fuori. Aria condizionata non regolabile, accoglienza tramite chiamata ma tutto ok, colazione ottima e abbondante. Le pecche che volevo segnalare sono due: Shampoo e bagnoschiuma presenti ma in poche quantità noi eravamo in tre e c'erano solo due buste che poi il giorno successivo non sono nemmeno state rimesse. Nel atto della prenotazione io ho segnalato che eravamo in tre persone e la ricerca su hotels.com mi ha portato in questo hotel con un prezzo il quale era di mio gradimento e ho accettato. Successivamente ricevo mail che per la terza persona dovrò aggiungere 20€a notte poi tramutati a 10€ ma spostati di hotel... Poco corretto mi raccomando segnalare immediatamente la variazione della terZa persona non dopo avere fatto il pagamento! Grazie
• Verified traveler (2/5): Not recommended to anyone - Hard to find and no reception. And its was horrible feeling like taken movie. entering the empty building without anybody in the building. No address from the outside too.
• Verified traveler (6/5): average - I booked it for four nights but they moved me for one night to another place which was far from center. After arguing with hotel manager why I was relocated I was told that room was overbooked and I was lucky that I didn't sleep in the street !!! The next three days I came back to first hotel and the room was clean and breakfast was free. Of course breakfast includes jam,cereals, chocolate ,milk and fruits. For cheese and ham you need to pay 5 euro more per day.
