Самое отвратное 2: Делают ежемесячную обработку номеров (от насекомых??), когда клиент проживает в номере - нам к примеру оставался 1 день до отъезда, когда нас предупредили о таком счастье. Чуть менее отвратное: В номере потек потоком воды кондиционер, судя по отзывам проблема постоянная Далее уже что осталось: 1. Чемоданы так и не принесли, спохватились когда супруг уже повез сам их в номер. 2. Подставку для ребенка тоже забыли - хотя обещали 3. Уборка каждый раз приходила в часы дневного сна ребенка - кнопка не беспокоить не работала. 4. Кофе на завтраке как помои 5. На йоге которая с утра - шавасана проходит на тонком коврике на бетоне. 6. Периодически на этажах воняет краской (может такие чистящие средства) 7. Дверь туалета блокируется и не открывается, хотя замок никто не трогает. 8. В детском клубе однажды отказали в рисовании за 20 минут до конца времени в расписании. 9. Деревьев на территории практически 0. 10. В несезон лежаки к 11.00 все заняты.

Номера комфортные просторные, но есть слышимость шума из соседних номеров и коридора. Персонал очень отзывчив.! Наш ассистент Фидан , очень приятная девушка, старалась сделать отдых максимально комфортным! И у нее получилось. В главном ресторане очень вкусно, не было лишь авокадо и клубники. Большой выбор фрешей. В остальные рестораны не успели сходить. Строительные камушки встречались на дорожках между бассейнами.

- Gabriella (10/5): Worth for a return! - We really loved the overall atmosphere of the place, the spacious and beautiful rooms, and the comfortable beds. The food was absolutely delicious, and the kids had an amazing time as well. I wouldn’t call it a flaw, but if I had to point something out, it would be that our towels were changed every single day, even the ones we didn’t use. I find this unnecessary and a bit wasteful. This isn’t a complaint, just an observation. In other places around Europe, there are usually instructions stating that if you don’t want your towels replaced, you can simply hang them up.

Очень свободный и просторный. Не понравился персонал обслуживания, страшно рассеянные, не понимают как надо работать. Одни приборы на все виды блюд в том числе и десерты. Ну либо надо постоянно выпрашивать чтобы принесли. Воду на стол не дают, наливают по 100гр и уходят, потом надо постоянно выпрашивать. Заказ пронимают абы как, уходят не дослушав. Потом либо не приносят, либо приносят вообще другое. Ужас! Люблю топовые отели Турции, но это стандарт и никакой не топ! Далее, были дожди временные и в перерывах хотелось выйти на улицу. На улице все убирают и потом не выносят. Полотенца надо было идти во внутрь и брать их в СПА, так как на улице они решили их не держать. Максимально странная позиция для отдыха. Еда бывала свежая и вкусная, а бывало приходишь и на вкус будто кто-то вчера не доел и вам просто подогрели. Это заметил не только я, много с кем общались и были у всех одни и те же замечания! НЕГАТИВ БОЛЬЩЕ ПИСАТЬ НЕ ХОЧУ, просто больше не вернусь!

Even having two days of rain, there was still plenty to do with the indoor pool and different cafés. Food and service was excellent, all the staff were so good with our daughter. We booked a superior whirlpool room, which meant we could put the cot in the dressing area of the room. Would definitely recommend!

- Tarik (10/5): Very good hotel ! - The Ethno hotel is a very good Hotel. The Style of the hotel is bohemian. Everything look very good. The rooms a bigger than the most hotels in belek. The lobby and lobby bar is great very impressive. The bar concept is very high standard. You can get very exclusive whiskey, vodka or Gin, they really use premium brands in bottles and they have special cocktails created by their own barman for example, “Air” cocktail the “earth-cocktail” the architecture of the hotel unbelievable because they make a pool around the rooms so you can listen at night the water sounds from the pool and the pool view from that rooms are unbelievable. Every room mostly have a very good few to sea very and comfortable beds. The Spa area are very clean, nice and have a great 2 big Hamams, a light sauna, hot sauna even a salt room and of course a steam room. The gym is ok. The also have a nice indoor pool. One of the highlights are the kids club. They built a little kids town, with fire station police station etc. great entertainment one of the best kids club that I see. They also have entertainment for adults, for example, night club and big amphitheater. The service are very great always friendly, helpful and do the best for the guests. One little critic Point is the food. The food is good but not so authentic typical Turkish, for example they can switch more to authentic Turkish cuisine concentration on good meat. The presentation of the food was OK as I said the food was not bad was good but when you compare the other hotels they can make better. I think next year will be better. I think we will come next year again hopefully with different type of food, but the rest is almost perfectly. Good job Ethno hotel best regard.

- marklou32 (10/5): Fantastic hotel - We are currently staying at this wonderful hotel as a family of 6 in two adjoining rooms 1353/1354 and enjoying every moment. The hotel is huge but it still manages to maintain a personal touch and gives you the feeling that you actually matter as a guest. The all inclusive concept is without doubt the best quality we have experienced and the variety of both food and drink cannot be bettered. Every aspect of this venue is first class from the friendly and professional staff to the beautiful grounds and public areas it really is breathtaking. I’m struggling to actually find a criticism but perhaps one tiny one would be that more of the beautiful pools need to be heated at this time of year. If you are looking for a relaxing but luxurious holiday with your family I doubt that you will find better quality or value for money and we will certainly be back.

Статусу ultra all inclusive отель по напиткам явно не соответствует.

- U6941ADnickb (10/5): Another amazing Ethno stay - We first went to Ethno in August 2024 and returned in October 2025. The experience both times has been nothing but excellent. The Casita 2+1 room are fabulous, very clean and large, and have the added benefit of a heated pool in October. The water park and activity pool are also heated, although the other pools were still just about warm enough to use. A huge benefit of the Casita rooms is the Casita restaurant which we used most days for breakfast and lunch. Thank you to Ufuk for taking care of us again at the Casita restaurant, you service and friendliness helps make the holiday. The A la Carte restaurants we used this time were the Greek, Italian, Asian and Middle Eastern. All were superb, this is top restaurant quality food. Only disappointment was that Sombressa had closed for the season. The Ethno assistants are always helpful Ethno and Sinem we cant thank you enough. Thank you Ethno for another fabulous and enjoyable holiday.

Obsługa na każdym kroku bardzo pomocna i uprzejma. Pyszne jedzenie i napoje serwowane w barach, 24h restauracja a’la kartę z widokiem na morze to coś niesamowitego. Bardzo dobra strefa fitness i spa, liczne aktywności, prowadzone bez nachalności, wszystko w spokoju i przyjemnej atmosferze. Mimo bogatej oferty all Inclusive, wiele dodatkowo płatnych aktywności i restauracji. Basen dla dorosłych i największy basen z barem w wodzie z bardzo zimną wodą w październiku.

- Zhanna (9/5): - Этот отель конечно твердая 5) сервис, интерьер, чистота, красивая территория, зона отдыха 16+, подогреваемый бассейн, спа зона, кафе шоколада и десертов, основной ресторан, здесь все отлично и все стараются. Но! Очень были расстроены детским клубом, концепцией его работы. Первично, когда выбирали отель, наличие отличного детского клуба было в приоритете, остановились на данном новом отеле, клуб работает целый день, все как бы изначально было идеально. Kid’s club задуман по типу-город профессий (пожарные, полицейские, водители,медицина и др), территория достаточно большая, большая батутная зона. В первый день пребывания в клубе, зашли вместе с ребенком, ему 8 лет, посмотреть клуб и оставить его, как обычно. В тот момент работала зона вождения-детям в сопровождении давали прокатится круг по территории клуба и выписывали детские водительские права. Сама идея классная, но, что видим в реале- куча детей, еще больше мамаш, дети все хотят кататься, мамаши на русск спорят кто первый стоял в очереди, вообщем история такая себе, если честно, мы сразу переглянулись и подумали, что если его оставить одного в клубе, то он через отряд мам никуда и не попадет, если будет один. Ладно, прокатились, это ровно 3 минуты. Идем дальше, помещений много, но все закрыто. Дошли до комнаты с игровыми приставками мест на 8-10 рассчитано, работают всего 2 часа в день по своему графику, постояли, все занято конечно, ждать не стали ушли. Ребенка оставили все таки, чтобы он присмотрелся и поиграл. В итоге забрали через час его, идти туда он больше не захотел. Вообщем выводы делайте сами, но детской анимации как таковой нет. Это все таки про классных аниматоров, а не про стены, увы🤷🏻♀️

The family suite is the best we have ever stayed in. So much room and perfect for giving two teenagers space. Rooms cleaned everyday, full mini bar and snack restock. Towels changed again in evening if wanted. Food overall is good. Pool and beach restaurants are good. Buffet nice but busy and too many people allowing children to run around playing. The bars are fabulous and drinks lovely. A few problems at the lobby bar of large groups drinking way too much and causing problems/shouting/playing loud music/fighting. Hotel did deal with this very quickly. Staff were all very helpful.

- 372ege_ (10/5): A hidden gem in Belek — soulful, relaxing, and full of beautiful details 🌿✨ - We spent amazing days at Ethno Belek, and honestly, it exceeded all our expectations. The whole place feels peaceful and connected to nature — surrounded by olive trees and calming greenery that instantly made us slow down and breathe. The food and atmosphere were absolutely amazing. We had dinner at Lumiere, where we enjoyed a delicious meal alongside a live cabaret show — such a fun and elegant experience to watch while dining. At Gaia, the night turned into a true Greek celebration; we ended up breaking plates and dancing with people we had never met before. It was pure joy. We also tried Noor, where the flavors and presentation were simply stunning. And at Noor, we experienced the rich flavors of Lebanese and Levantine cuisine, beautifully prepared and full of character. Every plate and glass was handmade from ceramic, which made everything feel so special and unique. And the signature cocktails… just incredible! You can tell they were crafted with real care and creativity. The sea is what you’d expect from Belek — not as clear as Bodrum or Marmaris — but the service by the beach (and everywhere else, really) was outstanding. The staff were always warm, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. We also joined a Sound Healing session, which turned out to be such a beautiful experience — deeply relaxing and a perfect way to unwind. Overall, Ethno isn’t just another resort. It’s a place with soul — where aesthetic design, nature, and hospitality come together perfectly. We left feeling calm, inspired, and hope to plan our next visit. 🌿

Our room was excellent – very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, funny, and full of positive energy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and everything was presented beautifully. The whole hotel has a very aesthetic and clean atmosphere, which we really appreciated. What we didn’t like so much were the prices inside the hotel. Paying around €60 for sunscreen or €70 for a shisha is way too expensive, especially considering how much you already pay for the stay itself. Compared to other countries, that’s really over the top, which is quite disappointing.

- ayghant (10/5): We loved ethno kiddo 😍😍 - We came to this hotel based on advertising and recommendations, and we're so glad we did💯💯Ethno Kiddo was definitely our reason for choosing it because we were never turned down for anything we wanted, they even offered activities that weren't on the schedule -like tennis for teenage group- which I think was incredibly kind. My kids love it.. I thought they'd spend time in the pool and sea during their vacation, but they're never leaving the kids' club 😂 Thanks to everyone, especially the manager ms gulhan, merve, sevda, cagri, duygu, who took care of our children 😍

- Norah (10/5): - Everything was literally Amazing! food options were crazy good. Everything is tasty from the buffet to the le carte restaurants. Many options and buffet daily changes the menu. Pools, beach & facility were always clean and well taken care of. Staff , waiters, bartenders are AMAZING, Sinem was our lady and took a good care of us. Many things to do within the property itself. We booked a beach tube and was so fun.

What I liked: • The food was very good. • Service was excellent, with friendly and professional staff. • The rooms were clean and comfortable. • The evening shows and parties were amazing – really fun atmosphere every night. • The water games and activities were also very good and enjoyable. What could be better: • The noise levels were very disturbing. It felt like the walls were thin (like carton) – I could hear neighbors moving chairs, kids playing, and even iPad sounds. This woke us up as early as 6 AM. • Although the booking was all-inclusive, many activities like tennis and padel were charged extra. It would be nice if at least these sports were included. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, with great food, service, water games, and entertainment. If the soundproofing and extra charges were improved, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

I have stayed at Regnum Carya Maxx Royal Original Voyage Cullinan Kaya Palazzo Calista Sirene Ethno Gloria Serenity Cornelia Diamond Just returned from the Ethno Hotel lovely hotel staff were fantastic rooms lovely. Main restaurant food choice not good as most of the above hotels. No Free A La Carte Restaurants. 40 Euros per person per day to sit at the Adults Pool ridiculous. Would be a fantastic hotel with a few changes. Would not recommend.

- gretad749 (8/5): Great Hotel with Fantastic Food, but Kids’ Club Could Be Better - This was our second time staying at this hotel – the first was in May, when we had a room with a jacuzzi, and this time we stayed in the Casita apartments. The hotel is truly excellent: the rooms are clean, modern, and beautiful, and the Casita service is outstanding. Of course, there were a few things that could be improved. The kids’ club was a little disappointing – everything there is well-equipped, but the staff were not the most polite. When we asked a question, the responses felt unfriendly. They also organize dancing activities for children, but for some reason these are not very engaging. We also wanted to request babysitting services for a couple of hours since it was my husband’s birthday and we had planned dinner at a restaurant that does not allow children. We were quoted €50 per hour. Although the price seemed quite high, we were ready to consider it – however, the way the offer was presented felt unpleasant and condescending, which made me doubt whether babysitting services are genuinely available at all. On the positive side, the food at the hotel is excellent, the drinks are very good, and everything is kept impeccably clean. Having stayed both in May and September, I did notice that in autumn some staff seemed a little tired, which is understandable at the end of a long season.
- Hans-Peter (4/5): - Das Hotel an sich war nicht schlecht aber leider führten ein paar Negativerfahrungen zur Abwertung: - die Schlüsselkarten funktionierten an zwei Tagen auch nach erneuter Programmierung nicht und unsere Babys waren im Zimmer eingesperrt. - Shampoo und Duschbad wurden trotz Hinweise 2 Tage lang nicht aufgefüllt. - Umschaltung an der Dusche zwischen Handbrause und Regendusche defekt und musste repariert werden. - Spiegelbeleuchtung im Bad defekt und konnte nicht repariert werden. Badbereich somit ziemlich dunkel. - Pools sind kalt und daher für Babys und Kleinkinder weniger geeignet. In anderen Hotels gibt es wenigstens für die Kleinen einen beheizten Pool. - etliche Liegen sind defekt, Füße und/oder Arretierung der Lehnen abgebrochen. - Rollen an etlichen Sonnenschirmen nicht mehr vorhanden und die Schirme damit nicht verschiebbar. - Getränkeservice an den Pools und am Strand ist wirklich gut, nur das Personal ist im Poolbereich auf Inliner unterwegs, was auf den Holzdielen einen derartigen Lärm verursacht, wodurch schlafende Babys immer wieder aufgeweckt werden. - das Personal war nicht in der Lage, ein T-Shirt, welches durch den Wind auf einen darunterliegenden Balkon geweht wurde, uns bis zur Abreise wiederzubringen - ein absolutes NoGo!!! - aufgrund dieser Negativerfahrungen können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen!

- mariasA2363OB (2/5): disrespect, rudeness - Unsafe and disrespectful treatment by Ethno Hotel security On September 22, 2025, I had a very unpleasant and unsafe experience near Ethno Hotel. I was walking from my hotel (Rixos) along the shoreline and didn’t realize that the area between the hotels was a public beach. It was completely dark, full of groups of men, and I felt unsafe to return the same way. For this reason, I asked the security staff of Ethno Hotel to simply let me pass through to the road, so I could safely get back to my hotel. Shockingly, instead of helping a woman tourist in a clearly vulnerable situation, they spoke to me rudely, treated me with no respect, and refused to assist. After almost an hour of stressful discussion, I ended up in tears. Leaving someone in danger, when all I asked for was to be guided safely to the reception to call a taxi or reach the road in the light, was truly unacceptable. In the end, the security team of Voyage Belek came to my aid – they supported me, calmed me down, and even returned me safely to my hotel. The contrast in attitude was incredible. To make things worse, when I later reached out to Ethno Hotel management and sent messages about this incident, they completely ignored me. If this is how Ethno Hotel staff and management treat people in need, it raises serious questions about their hospitality standards and about whether guest safety is a priority at all.

Our child loved every activity and the staff were so kind and caring. It really made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would like to give a special thanks to Merve and Zhanel from the animation team for their kindness and wonderful energy.

Things we have enjoyed: *extremely helpfull, supportive and genuinely happy staff - this is so rear in hotels when everyone 100% super oriented into guests and willing to provide the best experience: *great lagoon type pools, comgortable sunbeds, plenty of towels, great pool service using qr code; *compact location meaning you will reach our one or another activity within couple of minutes; number of places where to eat/have a drink; *great waterparks for adults and kids with very attentative lifeguards - all of them are really focused into security and not only formally being there; *great birthday congratulations from hotel, free room upgrade we have received Things to consider before comming: *extremely poor sound proof in the rooms - not sure if video will upload - it was not possible to sleep as everything what was said (or kids screaming) in near room/outside the room was heard without any sound block. Thus when louder company gets back from party You hear every word they say; *spa is quite expensive, however got different service than ordered + so strong massage that both of us with husband had bruises on all body next morning. Highly not recommend to take that risk to spend rest of holiday with blue legs/arms. *personal assistants look like wanting to help so much, but number of occations failed - promissed to send message when room will be ready during check in - forgot. Asked to book sushi master class one minute after information about this option - informed it is fully booked. After a day received message that in 5 min our sushi master class starts even we have not asked to book this day - admitted mistake but this means other guests lost opportunity to come. During check out promissed to inform when will receive information on transfer time - did not informed - when I came to reception couple hours before transfer arrival, hotel had all information, but no information has ever been sent. Thus will not trust info you get:) *in number of occations staff forget/does not deliver what was asked - number of times forget our coffee, drink orders or brought other that ordered (eg beer in tye beach instead of aperoli:) To sum up, the service you get for this level of price not worth at this stage of hotel maturity.

An Tugba (Kitchen Club) für ihre perfekten Omelettes und an Kırşehirli Sinan vom Beach Personal. Das Sortiment an Getränken ohne Alkohol vorallem die Cocktails könnte vielfältiger sein.
