• Christine (5/5): Pour une nuit ça va mais pour plusieurs nuits - Très proche du quartier des attractions et de Niagara falls Salle de bain exiguë Les prises de courants fonctionnent que si l’interrupteur est ouvert. Donc pas très pratique pour recharger le téléphone pendant la nuit. Et parking de l’hôte payant 22$

• Domenic (10/5): Perfect, comfortable, and cheap. - This place was affordable, and Clifton hill was right outside our doorstep. The beds were very comfortable. I've stayed at expensive hotels in Niagara that my wife and I wake up with back pain due to the bed being too soft. These mattresses were very comfortable. For the price nothing It was perfect

• Mohammed Khaleque (5/5): We just rented it for night stay! They could provide some coffee or tea . They need to fix the washroom adjusting fan . - Location No free parking, No tea or coffee. Washroom fan was noisy. No control over heating!
• Denis (7/5): My stay was good. - The low price, clean, comfrotable bed When I asked a few times for soap, I didn't get any.
• Keizer (5/5): - Location was decent. Bed weren't comfy, room was very out dated, motel looked ran down and outdated. No phone in the room, a/c doesn't really work, one of the beds couldn't see the t.v. toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Bath tub leaked into restaurant bellow and the staff tried to go into the bathroom to see why we'll my cousin and her spouse were in there bathing, I had to tell him no. No parking right out front, you have to park in a parking lot across the street. The only ice machine they have is located in their restaurant in the basement. Which means you can access ice after the restaurant closes. Staff till you check out time is at 11 that your late for check out the day before your check out date. Have to wait 20 minutes for your room key at check in.

• BuBBles (9/5): It was great and we'd book again without question. - It was a clean spacious and affordable unit and check in was relatively easy. We had a nice view of the gorge and they booked us in with relatively little hassle at the last minute. If it was a little closer to town that would have been great but otherwise we don't have anything bad to say about it.

• Michaela (1/5): Awful and discriminatory owner - Location The owner / staff member at the desk was awful rude and mean he yelled at me and would t allow my service animal on property we had to cancel the booking and it took us 45 minutes before he agreed to a refund. This discriminatory treatment caused us to be out a hotel and ruined our vacation. I recommend no one ever stay here

• Dennis (5/5): Decent Room for the price, Simple issue can be fixed with some effort. - However, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The room was fine for the price range, minus the issues. However, we had a TV with no matching remote, so it was stuck on 1 channel. The A/C unit was very loud. There was a couch in the room, which was clearly too big for the space it was in. It blocked access to the closet space.

• Hanna (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Reception staff wasn't there to check me in though it was well within check in hours. They were reached through a super 8 motel across the street and they said they would come to open the office to check me in. But they never did. So disappointed as I had to figure out overnight accommodation so late at night.

• Hanna (1/5): - During check in hours there was noone to check me in so I had to find accommodation on my own. Emails and phone calls were not returned. The owner had the audacity to promise the receptionist from Super 8 ( I went there across the road to see if he knows the owner and he did and called him per my request) that he would show up shortly and never showed up. I would penalize this place. Looking into filing official complaints with the Ontario hospitality industry authority.

• Filip (4/5): It was passable but... - The location is great. It is very close to Clifton Hill and the Falls, which is a big plus. If you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep at night and spend most of your time outside, this place can work just fine. if you’re on a tight budget and only need a place to sleep, it’s passable. After reading a lot of negative reviews, our expectations were already quite low. We just hoped for a decent spot to leave our bags and rest at night. When we arrived, the place seemed passable at first, but once we entered our room, we were greeted by several flies. We managed to get rid of most of them ourselves. We didn’t bother reporting it to the front desk, as we weren’t planning to stay in the room much anyway. We were also a bit anxious about the security of our belongings, but thankfully everything was still there after our full-day tour.
