• Sydnie (4/5): - The location is excellent but not at all like the pictures. Room was clean but the hallway reeked. Rooms also need to be updated. The sofa in the room was broken. I fell in and almost hurt myself. It was fine for one night but won’t be returning.

• Keren (10/5): Great stay. - The lady at the reception was lovely. We had a late flight going back, so leaving our luggage there after check-out was very helpful. Great location. There's a bus from the airport (2.43 Euros pp) taking very close to the hotel, if you wish to save the cab money.

Hotell Opera saknar hiss och receptionen nås endast via en LÅNG trappa. Svårt för gamla och handikappade. Hotell Operetta har dock hiss.

• Teresa (10/5): Great stay in the Operetta - This was a perfect hotel for us. We stayed in room number 1, which had a huge king size bed for us and a double sofa bed for the kids. It has a little kitchenette with fridge, kettle and microwave which we didn't use as we were minutes walk away from restaurants bars and cafes. There were drinks and snacks in the reception to help yourself to. The location was fantastic, St Lazarus Square is so pretty and very handy for shops, beach, restaurants etc. The free parking was a huge bonus. Can't recommend this place highly enough, we will be going back to stay again
• Allan (8/5): larnaca city break. - Arrived 2 hours early , not a problem shown straight to our room. Very spacious and very clean, cyprus Easter weekend so a little noisey later on that evening with guests returning but no big deal, very happy to return again as very good value.

• Alexei (10/5): Best location in town! - The hotel is smartly located right right next to St. Lazarus Cathedral, the most beautiful structure in town. Our room was pretty spacious and had a kitchenette and a balcony. The balcony offered great views of the cathedral, which got nicely lit up at night. The room had a wall AC/heating unit, which came handy during chilly winter nights. The kitchenette was equipped with a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The dishes and cooking utensils were also provided. WIFI was included in price and worked well. Cable TV offered a few channels in English, among others. The bed was comfortable, with additional pillows and blankets stored in the closet. The bathroom supplies included soaps, shampoos, and slippers. The shower had a good water pressure. The hotel is located on the third floor of an elevator building. The reception/check in desk is located in the Opera Hotel across the street. So, go to Opera Hotel first, get checked in, and you will be escorted to your room in Operetta House. You can also use Opera Hotel's parking lot for your car. Parking is free. There is no set breakfast time, but there is a choice of complimentary cakes, cookies, coffee, and tea available at the reception area at all times. In the morning they add some cereal and a variety of breakfast rolls. Both hotels, Opera and Operetta House, are very clean, reception personnel is helpful an polite. Restaurants, bakeries, cafes, bars, etc. are all around. The main sea front promenade is two blocks away.
• Svetlana (10/5): - Отель расположен в очень красивом месте, наш номер был с видом на собор и площадь. Кафе, местные ресторанчики, магазины и, конечно, море в трех-пяти минутах неспешным шагом. Номер был на втором этаже, без балкона, по размеру значительно больше, чем соседний. В номере есть плита, холодильник, посуда, чайник. Убирали каждый день очень хорошо. Утром громко разговаривали внизу в кафе. Считаю, что это местный колорит. Останавливалась в этом отеле второй раз. Рекомендую.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Top Lage um etwas zu unternehmen und zum Strand... - ...zu gehen. Einzig alleine die Geräuschkulisse an der St. Lazarus Kirche (und vom Da Vinci Pub unter dem Operetta - zweimal Live Musik pro Woche bis Mitternacht) muß einem bewusst sein, wenn man hier bucht. 2 Schlüssel Karten (und modernes Schließsysttem) hätten wir gerne statt eines klobigen Schlüssels gehabt. Wenn einer später zum Hotel kam, musste man den anderen immer anrufen, sonst kam man vom Aufzug nicht in den Flur im Stockwerk. Das Letzere würde ich als Begreiber ändern/verbessern. Alles war sauber, Dusche sehr geräumig. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Platz vor der Kirche immer toll. Zur Klimaanlage kann ich nichts berichten (hatte ich nicht genutzt)
• Cristina (8/5): Great stay in Larnaka - Great stay in perfect location in Larnaka. The staff was great and helpful. The rooms are spacious, provinding also kitchenette, but we didn’t use it. They provided complimentary water and local wine. The wi-if is quite slow and there were little channels available on tv, especially in English. On Wednesday the restaurant downstairs offers live music, but one should be aware that it lasts up to 1 a.m.
• Paul (10/5): Operetta House - Spacious, clean, luxurious en-suite room with large balcony. It truly is an experience to be so close to the Church of Saint Lazarus. Everything necessary is provided. Smart supermarket is minutes away and the 425 bus to the airport stops just outside the reception. Lovely staff, great hotel.
• Samandar (10/5): Great location! Close to everything! Peaceful! - This is the ideal place to stay if you want to be close to everything but still have peace! We stayed during the Carnival where it was buzzing on the promenade and then 3 mins walk to the hotel and you couldn't hear any of it. Suite 4 has a beautiful view of the whole square! Definitely will stay again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice apartment,good location - The apartment itself is very pleasant, good location overlooking the church. Getting round the one way system to find it was much more of a challenge.
• Karl (10/5): Mysigt lägenhetshotell - Mycket trevligt, familjärt lägenhetshotell. Personalen var mycket serviceinriktade och vinnlade sig om det lilla extra för oss boende som t.ex. juldekorerades lägenheten nu inför julen. Läget är helt perfekt vi ett trevligt torg med uteservingar, lugnt och ändå helt centralt och nära strandpromenaden. Vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka igen.

• John (10/5): Great location - Location is great, lots of cafes on the square, church beautifully lit at night and beach and fortress very close. We were able to use a washing machine. The only (small) drawback was having to deal through the Opera Hotel across the square if you wanted anything. Very comfy bed. Kitchenette minute but it didn't matter with so much great food around

• Andrew (8/5): Pleasant room in Larnaca. - I had a good night's sleep at this hotel located right by a church. The reception is up steep stairs and there is no elevator. Given my multiple sclerosis, this was a bit of a challenge. Also the complementary breakfast was very minimal and not a very good quality. The hotel is near the beachfront and I was able to get to a cash machine and have a delightful dinner. they also arranged a driver to take me around Larnaca the next day and drop me off at the airport, all for eighty euros. That part was fine.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good service, clean, enjoyed. - Really nice service and no surprises. Good value for money. No bath (only shower). And missing more international TV channels. Larnaca is a bit empty during winter, but if you rent a car and visit villages, you will have a great time.
• Nicole (10/5): Ideal location and very comfortable. - I was in one of the longer stay suites around the corner. Everything I could need in the kitchen. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very comfy bed. The area is a bit noisy but nothing that really caused a problem.

Lovely staff at check in in main hotel booking who walked across with us to show us on the detail the room in building opposite the actual hotel. coffee and tea facilities with fridge on room for own use plus cake and coffee available daily for no charge in main hotel with small and nice outside sitting area. quirky. car parking space next to hotel. overall a great find. drawback being opposite is a bank ATM which was noisy when being used. plenty of cafes,bars,supermarket etc within a few minutes walk. Beach less than 5 mins.if you fancy a change or experience away from tourist type hotels on beach front consider here!
• Helen (10/5): A Good Choice - The hotel was ideally situated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well-equipped if you want to cook small meals or snacks. The main complaint was the lack of English channels on TV - we couldn't find one movie/entertainment channel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great Location.. - Stayed over the Christmas holiday.. The hotel is located across from St. Lazar.. Church. At night it is all lite up and very pretty. To get to the hotel, please be advised that there is a flight of stairs to climb. The room itself was super clean and had a hot water kettle to make tea. I had some laundry and they let me use there washing machine.. I really appreciate the staff.. The added bonus is that there is an open kitchen with baked goods and a milkshake/frappé machine that is also available. About a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurant row..
• Mark (10/5): Great Hotel - Operette House is a more up market accomadation than the sister site Hotel Opera and is run to the same excellant standards. It does not have a restaurant associated with it but then with all the available local coffee shops and restaurant it was not missed. A small kitchen is available in each room so if you do fancy cooking your own then it can be a challenge. Due to its location it can be a little noisy during the evening but as long as you prepare for this then its no bother. Staff very friendly and always helpful. This was my second trip to Larnaca (previously stayed at Hotal Oprea across the road) and highly recommend theses hotels. :)
• Steven (10/5): Unforgetable stay in Larnaka - Our flight was delayed with no way to get in touch with the Hotel. The front desk stayed open till 1am on a weekday to make sure we were welcomed and received our room key for our stay. All staff made sure they got to know our names and always gave us a wonderful experience with great restaurant recommendations and sites to see while we were in the area. Gorgeous view from our room and main lobby for a cup of tea. The room was very spacious with good climate control and a large bathroom.
