• Akiko (8/5): Very good - The reception lady was very friendly. The smart bus to/ from Phuket town runs in front of the hotel. Though the bus to Rawai you have to go to the bus stop near Jungceylon shopping mall. No hair dryer even it says on room description.

• Harry (10/5): Lovely accommodating staff and reasonably priced for location! - Friendly staff, the area was easy to access Patong, lots of food and venders stalls around for local dishes, close by to a 7 Eleven for in case you needed something, it is 24 hours! Nothing - my stay was great!

• Jacki (8/5): You pay for what you get, perfect if on a low budget - Because we only needed a place for a couple hours before flying out, this was in a great location at a very cheap price. Staff were also friendly despite language barrier. Staff that were at complex spoke basically no English at all, not even the basics. There wat no elevator and we were a few storeys up.
• Y1759RJandyd (4/5): Avoid unless there is little option - Avoid unless there is no option, dark, dingy in need of repair, had to wait 6 hours after check in time to check in, not professional, wifi was awful, all in all not the best by far, plenty of better places, pluses. shop nearby, pretty quiet if you are at the back

The staff are helpful and friendly and its in a great location for the quieter side of Patong. around 15 minutes to the beach and 10 to Bangla by foot. Lots of cheap local food close by. Nice small bars down Nanai road if you don't like your ear drums burst every time you go out. I would stay here again.

• E9351RWandyc (4/5): AVOID unless there are no other options - The good, fairly quiet, rooms was clean... that's where it ends We arrived after a full days travelling only to be informed that we had to go back out on to the street until 8pm as the existing guests were still using it (we booked via Agoda) not a good start, we should have been in at 2pm, they offered no discount, this is at best a 2-3 star so don't be deceived by the 4 star, you will be disappointed, rooms are dark and dingy with shoddy bathrooms, no kettle , extremely poor wi-fi , no views, only a trickle came out of the tap, shower was either on or off temp-wise, I could go on, we complained to Agoda who passed the buck on to the establishment who basically gave us the middle finger, so I would find a better place for the money, this place is a last resort., couldn't wait to leave, fortunately it was only a couple days wasted there.

Réticent de base, le personnel et le confort des chambres m’a vite fait changé d’avis. À quelques minutes en scooter du centre (Bangla Road), il est à la fois ex centré mais tres proche de toutes commodités L’hotesse d’acceuil Est géniale, nous a donnée les bonnes adresses de Patong et nous a organisé les excursions Je recommande !!

Next room was occupied almost 10 people and always making sound, informed front office but nothing changed! The picture here looks great but reality different, very old and smelly! Here says car parking , no parking there, big issue if you have car! Says breakfast but no breakfast! All information here fake, don’t go , don’t waste!

• I love Thailand (6/5): The staff was exceptional. Hotel was immaculate! - The hotel was immaculate. The staff was exceptional. The rooms were very very clean but a little dark but the price was excellent. The location is not so good. It was very chaotic and far from the beach. There were lots of massage parlours and crazy tourists and Russian tourist who were mean to the locals but maybe that is normal Patong so next time I will stay at Karon Beach.

Bangla walking street and pataong beach is very near . I recomend to all to stay here . The only thing is give negative marking to this hotel is that ,no tea and coffee in room and in common area .too. Over all hotel is good .

• 975jamess (10/5): Nice place - I ve been there for 5 days in january. The rooms are clean, it is close to the centre, close to the centre beach. There is no breakfast but they let us stay in the reception to eat from outside and drink some bears when it rained.

• regtaylor1 (8/5): Cheap, clean and friendly - Very good hotel, friendly staff. Cheap and very clean. Would highly recommend. Slightly further away from the beach but you're no more than a 15 min walk to the beach or Bangla road. But for the price you can't complain
• 980JodieB (8/5): Nice hotel for the price. - We stayed here for two nights whilst in Paton and found our stay very pleasant with good size room and comfy bed. The bathroom was very outdated though in comparison to the bedrooms but a good shower. Although it says free breakfast it does not include food just tea and coffee in the morning. The location is around 10-15 minute walk to the beach but there are lots of shops and restaurants around you also. (cheap motorcycle hire 1 minute away). A pleasant stay for the price.

Location is quite good, less than 5 min to reach patong beach, and 10 min walking to reach the mall. Swimming pool on the 7th floor is amazing. All i can say is "The Best"

• Lai (6/5): Budget & Comfort to Stay - The staff are polite and friendly. And they provide 24hr free make a coffee, so can enjoy the coffee, while chit chat. And the hotel locate at not busy road, so not noisy and can feel the peacefull.
• Lai (6/5): Budget and Comfort Hotel - The location is not busy and noisy, near by has 7-Evelyn, message center and restaurant, very convenient. The staff also polite and friendly. And they also provie free coffee powder for you to punch a cup of coffee. I am enjoying to stay here.
• 651dirks (8/5): Great rooms in Patong Beach - I was very happy to stay in this peacefull hotel...very good location near( crown plaza hotel), new rooms with all comfort, flat screen TV , the mattress was the best I ever sleep ( very important because, I have spinalproblem), not noisy, very clean, the owner is very helpfull.Not looking further choice this hotel, for this price you couldn't found better room.Complements Dirk of Belgium.
• michel (2/5): déception apres un long vol - tres decu de la chambre grosse mousticles dans la chambre et une odeur degout très désagréable il faut y faire bruler encens et les jeuner affreux pas de fruit manque de table pour s assoir et le dernier matin encore pire que pire payer un peu plus cher mais pas cette hôtel
