- Tomomi (4/5): - 館内、室内、浴室、全ての場所でバリアフリーの対策がなくかなり不便を感じた。 スロープさえもないので高齢者には厳しい。 朝食の際、開始と同時の時間に行ったにもかかわらず、窓際の席に変更してもらえなかった。 席がすでに埋まっているなら納得するものの、まだ空いているのにもうすでに座席が決定済みとかで融通を聞かせてもらえず残念。

- Tomokazu (10/5): - オーシャンビュー側の眺望は最高。部屋も綺麗。スパからの眺めも最高でこれだけでも来る価値はある。また送迎なども柔軟に対応してくれて白浜周辺で遊ぶだけならレンタカーはいらない。 レストランでの食事やホスピタリティもよい。 一方で気になるのとは ・ガーデンビューだとプールやレストランから部屋が丸見え。 ・朝のチェックアウト時間前から掃除道具や片付け中のリネンが廊下に散乱していて見苦しい。せめて10時以降に始めて欲しい。 ・ルームサービスがない割には部屋でアルコールを楽しみたい時の食べ物が売店に少ない 上記何か対策が打てればより良くなると思います。 あと、白浜町全体的にタクシーが捕まりにくいため、夏季だけ町内の周遊バスを増台するなど町の取り組みも必要かなあ。

- Hiroki (8/5): - 総じて良いホテルでしたが、和室はリブランド前の旅館風でホテルブランドのイメージと異なることを家族に指摘されました。
- 真知子 (10/5): - ３連泊だったので食事は1日目しか頼んでいませんでしたが、美味しかったので3日間ともここでいただきました。 イタリア料理も日本料理も満足でした。
- ?? (10/5): - スタッフの皆さんの対応が大変良かったです。 お料理も美味しくて、夕食、朝食ともに、大満足でした。 何より、お風呂が最高！ 孫たちを連れて行ったので、小さな子ども連れでしたが、いろいろと気配りをしていただきました。 また、泊まりに行きたいホテルです！
- HIROYASU (8/5): - ハードウェアは非常に良い。ただホテルまでの道が長く暗いうえに看板などがないので不安になる。 また朝食バイキングはもう少し温かいものが欲しかった。特にオムレツは目の前で焼くサービスが欲しい。
- みな (10/5): - ロビーからの景色、お風呂の雰囲気がとってもよかったです！ お庭のイルミネーションも素敵でした。スタッフのかたの対応も満足です！
- Masumi (10/5): - チェックイン、チェックアウトはスムーズにできるように混雑の時間をさけての対応が可能でした。ただ朝食、夕食がとてもいっぱいで希望の時間などは埋まっている状態でしたがスタッフがきちんと対応していたと思います。部屋の清掃状態もよく、お風呂は遠いですが離れのアネックス棟だったので静かに過ごせました。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 温泉とバーは最高でした。和食の料理頂きましたが満足もでき美味しかったです。 プールは印象より小さかったのですがプールの温度調整もしてて居心地がよかったです。 一階のオーシャンビューに宿泊しましたが、窓からの景色生えてる木とかであんまり海が見えなかったのが残念でした。 夜になるとレンストラン・バーからの夜の景色が全くなくて外の照明ちょっとあってもいいかなって思いました。 全体的にサービスと雰囲気が最高で満足出来ました。
