Chambre spacieuse et confort correct, petit déjeuner salé copieux et fait sur demande. J’ai pu booker directement via l’hôtel un tour des temples d’Angkor en tuktuk sur 2j, gros coup de coeur pour mon chauffeur Mr Kao ! J’ai passé un super séjour à Siem Reap :) RAS

Rooms are a bit small and dated, but AC works well and there is hot water in the shower. Couldn’t ask for more at this price. The staff is super friendly and shall go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Shoutout to V for all the help during my stay. There is an issue with mosquitoes getting into the room the moment you open the door.

Bref pour le prix, il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs !

• Dia1 (9/5): - Das Hotel (Eingang übersieht man schnell) ist ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Man benötigt nur 10 min bis zur Pub Street. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Bad und Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Es gab genügend Ablageflächen. Alles funktionierte: A/C, TV, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Warmwasser. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Viel Holz. I'm Bad könnten ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen gemacht werden. (Fugen, Haken an der Wand, wackliger Toilettensitz)
• Samsonraj (1/5): Misleading parking information and poor handling of cancellation - Location is very close to the pub street. The property was listed as having a parking space, but in reality there was no parking available. I was required to park my vehicle on the road, which was unsafe and also blocked traffic. I had specifically searched for a property with parking and made the booking based on the facilities mentioned on Booking.com. However, after arriving at the property, I was informed that there was no parking space and that I should park on the roadside. I politely asked whether I could cancel the booking without any charges, and the reception staff agreed to this. Based on that confirmation, I cancelled the booking on Booking.com and immediately booked another property. Unfortunately, after this, the hotel rejected my cancellation request. When I contacted the manager to discuss the issue, the conversation was unpleasant and unprofessional, which was disappointing. I am sharing this experience in the hope that the property details can be made more accurate in the future, so that guests can make informed decisions with confidence.

Le 2eme est à payer... Un peu mesquin... Partout le café est à volonté.. Pas de jus de fruits ☹️ Le petit dej +la bouilloire est à un endroit de la chambre où il n'y a pas de prise +il a fallu demander du savon pour les mains +un tapis de bain +pas de serviette pour les mains et un seul crochet pour les serviettes dans une chambre pour deux

• Sam (9/5): Very kind staff, great stay! - Staff went above & beyond with us everyday, always smiling, happy, they were fantastic, really nice people, and very welcoming. Big clean room, breakfast fresh and made to order, clean swimming pool. Only issue (not the hotels fault) was a lot of dogs barking at a property nearby. We love dogs and have a few ourselves at home, but this was the worst we've heard dogs barking and it did interrupt our sleep.

• Chris (9/5): 1 Night - Solo Traveller - I booked the private twin room. It was very comfodtable and spacious. There was a dividing barrier between the shower and the toilet which I appreciated. The shower had hot water. The AC was good The wifi was intermittant in my room

Had arranged with hotel for a car to pick us up at the airport. upon arrival, no car/driver. Luckily able to access internet and then find we had tickets reserved for the airport bus, which we had to repay, of course. Then get a tuk tuk from bus station to hotel. Was not impressed. We were not told no car pick up prior to finding out on nightitme arrival.

It’s a small hotel just a stone’s throw from the main tourist area in town, yet is quiet, affordable, and has a relaxed and welcoming vibe. It has an excellent restaurant with with Western and Asian options, quality bar and pool table, clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms, excellent food (be sure to take advantage of the delicious breakfast), and a swimming pool with inviting greenery and plenty of shade. But it’s the staff who are the real stars of the show here, polite as can be and consistently delivering first-class service. Hats off to everyone here who work so hard to ensure such a high-quality guest experience. I’ve extended my stay twice and couldn’t be happier. Nothing.

Lo staff è molto simpatico, parlano inglese perfettamente e sono ben disposti a dare consigli Il quartiere è tranquillo, lontano dal casino incessante du pub street.

• Andrea (9/5): Lugar acogedor - Sin duda el personal, fueron muy amables y serviciales en todo momento. El horario de la piscina era amplio, lo cual nos permitió disfrutar bastante. La comida en general estaba muy buena también; el desayuno no es tipo buffet, sino por sets (diferentes opciones) y todos los que probamos nos gustaron mucho. La habitación amplia y la cama muy cómoda. A pesar de que estaba todo muy limpio, las instalaciones eran un poco viejas y alguna vez encontramos bichos en la habitación, sobre todo por la noche.

• Sarah (10/5): We love La Villa de Bonheur! - Everyone working at the hotel are really really nice and they care about your stay. We checked out yesterday and had a late bus, but they made sure that we could use the pool, take a shower, whatever we needed before we left. We also took tours with Anan, and he was brilliant and always offered to take photos! We had a lot of fun on the days out with him. • Nicolás (9/5): Superb - The staff was definitely the highlight of our stay! They always greeted us with a smile and were really attentive and helpful. The family room we stayed at was really comfortable, it had two separate bedroom areas and two bathrooms, which was a big plus. The place is a 5-10min walk from Pub Street, a very central location but far enough to relax without the noise and activity. It's a bit difficult to find as to get to the rooms you have to go through a restaurant/bar area which has a sign with a different name (Villa Sans Souci).

The service provided by all the staff was exemplary and Michel was very helpful, always looking for a solution to our requests, especially when we asked to change rooms and during checkout when they were very flexible with the times. And the location is very good.
• Immo (10/5): Nice place, amazing value and location - Great location close to all the action, but still relatively quiet. Very friendly, helpful, and smiley staff. Helped us with tours and travel arrangements with friendly and honest manner. Spacious room and a lovely little pool. A bit rustic, but in our opinion, it is a perfect place to stay while exploring Siem Reap and the area. Exactly what our family needed. Amazing value for money.

• Liam (10/5): Exceptional - Great little hotel. Staff were exceptional, especially Variek, if I'm remembering his name correctly. Lovely pool with towels laid out. Good breakfast options and a great location. Run by a friendly French owner. Mostly had older expats as guests when we were there.
• Kirill (10/5): Exceptional - It was a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The room had everything we needed, and the hotel service made our stay very comfortable. It was definitely worth staying here. One very minor downside is that the pool is small, and during our stay, it was always occupied by one guest family. Of course, I don't think it's the hotel's fault.
