• Nicole (8/5): Très bon - L’endroit, le charme, l’espace et l’accès au Vaporetto Le wifi ne fonctionne que dans la moitié de l’appartement et il faudrait prévenir les clients .
• Pier Luigi (9/5): - Appartamento tipico con atmosfera retrò. Tutti i confort presenti, aria condizionata nelle camere, bagno e cucina sono praticamente nuovi. Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi e per raggiungere la fermata del vaporetto che è vicinissima.

• Lukas (10/5): Zentral und sauber - Super zentral gelegen, direkt an einer der Hauptstraßen Venedigs. Großes modernes Apartment mit sauberem Badezimmer. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat gut funktioniert, alles in allem super.

• Frehiwot (1/5): We paid for 4 nights but end up checking out on the next day without any refund considerations. - Nothing! The appt is very old and different look from the pictures posted on the booking.com We were 6 and while booking the room we saw 2 bathrooms. However, we end up having 1 bathroom in the apartment. In addition, the lady requested us to pay 4£/person/night for kids under 14 while other places request 2£/person/night.
• Kevin (8/5): Great apartment in the best location! - Spacious apartment in an absolutely fabulous location away from the hoards of tourists walking shoulder to shoulder but only a short walk to the tourist sites and seconds from the water taxi stop. The area around the apartment is quiet and authentic with great restaurants Very smelly bathroom permeating throughout the apartment but leave the window open and it’s fine. It would be nice if the host left a couple of spare toilet rolls! Washing machine didn’t work properly.

• Omer (9/5): Very comfortable and great location. - Location was Central to everything. 10 min walk from station. Restaurants and shops 1 min away. Host (Nikola) was very nice and helpful. Perfect shower water pressure. Mosquitos. But that isn’t the properties problem.
• Lenka (10/5): Great choice for stay in Venice! - Very nice and comfortable appartment in beautiful neighbourhood, just few steps from the main street but still calm and quiet. The only downgrade was lack of anti mosquitos nets, becauase there were many when we arrived.
• Izolda (9/5): Superb - Very good location. Calm area while all the shops and restaurants just around the corner. Cosy appartment. Easy communication with the host.

• Sylwia (9/5): excellent stay - Excellent location, comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, one living room and a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Very quiet at night. Two supermarkets, restaurants, a watertram stop nearby. Good contact with the owner. Minor problems, like a blocked sink, are quickly resolved. Highly recommended. Single mosquitoes in the apartment. Good to have something for that. A little problem with the rubbish - one must give it to the dustman or there is a boat for it nearby.
• Jan (6/5): Agreeable but could have been better - Cute little apartment with flair in great location (easily reachable on foot from railway station with only two bridges and just around the corner of a Vaporetto stop. Very nice and reachable host. Unfortunately, we had a strong stink coming out of the shower sink. Letting the water run, as suggested by host, only helped temporarily; airing out the apartment was only partly possible due to winter temperatures. Some windows need fixing as they are difficult to open/close.

The flats were confortable and well equipped. Little plumbery issues but the owner was quick to react.

We found everything to be comfortable and to our liking. Plenty of room for our entire group. Quaint and typical Venice living quarters. The A/C could have worked better but we were there during the hottest summer days with record-breaking heat.
