- Domingo (6/5): - I think that the hotel rooms are over price. For the flowing. 1 is no cable TV channels only 5 channels three locals and two internationals 2. The morning breakfast is not much too eat 3. The quality of food is very poorly. 4. The shower head was with very little pressure 5. The ac was very nicely 6. No hangers to hang your clothes.

- olubukola (6/5): Needs upgrade - The facility needs to be upgraded to a more modern state. The staff are however friendly and helpful.

The front door was brooken out, half the items in the menu were not present, the pool table didn't work, and no airport transportation. The staff were very accommodating with meals and luggage.

- Derek (8/5): Good friendly hotel - Have stayed here three times now and find it very convenient. Staff are always friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The buffet breakfast is adequate while not outstanding but am happy to have a nice relaxing breakfast there. Other meals in the hotel are fine. Will no doubt stay there again next time i visit.

- Paul (8/5): Nice hotel but not if you're a breakfast fan - Paloma Hotel is a nice hotel it has all one needs such as a restaurant/ bar plus a seperate sports bar, the rooms are fine and very clean with decent bathroom and shower. My only complaint is, although there seems to be many staff around who are all very pleasant, i found the service very slow in the restaurant, although the sports bar staff were very accommodating and friendly. The worst part of my stay was the abysmal breakfast, it really was awful which really lets down what is a perfectly decent hotel to stay in.

- Rose (4/5): Well located - The hotel photocopying guest's passport during check -in process is scary (identity fraud) as there is no data protection policy in display at the front desk. They should consider other alternative means. I was in rooms 228 and 229 and the curtains need changing as its very dirty. Please provide clean towels. The restaurant food is flat. A bit of improvement will do. However, most staff were polite.
- Mamadou Tahirou (10/5): Nice stay in accra - This was a very neat hotel. The rooms was very clean and the staff was very friendly and willing to help. The hotel serves good food (a bit overpriced for Accra) and is located at the center of the city.
- Nana (6/5): Overpriced - Paloma is an adequate hotel. It just happens to be ridiculously overpriced. I had a higher standard newer hotel with better service in Kumasi for a third of the Paloma rate. They have an airport pick up which is nice, especially if you come in late at night. Only issue was it took me 4 emails to set up and I still wasn't sure if someone would be there when I landed - they were. Hotel is old and could use a face lift. Breakfast was good, can't complain. Some individual staff were extremely helpful, especially Daniel, but otherwise I found the front desk staff rather indifferent to any queries I had. Knowing what I know now, I probably would not spend the money to stay at Paloma again, there are many other options available at much better prices.
