Per il prezzo della colazione sarebbe stato più bello a nostro gusto avere un "servizio caffetteria" e un mini buffet sempre con prodotti locali. Forse avrei messo anche un pochino di cura in più nelle stanze

Monica (4/5): Notte da squillo! - La struttura é davvero una bella struttura. Ci è capitata la disavventura di stare in questa struttura una sola notte…fatta in bianco. Nell alloggio sopra il nostro ci siamo imbattuti tutta la notte in una notte a luci rosse… senza freni piccole pause di circa 30 min o forse meno e poi ripartivano… sembravamo in un film hard. La cosa assurda che non abbiamo riposato niente per il caos ( per essere più delicati) che si sentiva tutta la notte e dico tutta la notte si sentivano persone ansimando e sbattendosi da tutte le parti dell’alloggio dato a loro. Noi con una bambina (che per fortuna ha dormito tutta la notte) stavamo cercando di riposare, ma senza esagerare non abbiamo riposato niente… non si sentiva altro che quello già scritto. Alle 7 del mattino la bambina si è svegliata e per non sentire quello che stava continuando a succedere al piano di sopra ho dovuto accendere la TV ad alto volume. Perché era davvero imbarazzante nel caso avesse sentito la bambina di 9 anni e ci avesse fatto domande. Abbiamo fatto in modo di lasciare subito l’alloggio. Una situazione troppo imbarazzante se capitassero famiglie.

Maurizio (1/5): Brutta esperienza - Un posto all'apparenza gradevole Faceva freddissimo perché i riscaldamenti erano spenti. Mio figlio di 12 anni si è raffreddato e mia moglie ha avuto la febbre. Abbiamo chiamato attraverso le persone che occupavano appartamento al piano di sopra e non ci è stata risposta alcuna. Il wifi non era funzionante. Sinceramente sarebbe da ricever e un rimborso per il soggiorno.

ilaria (8/5): Splendida cornice per una giornata di relax alle terme - L’accoglienza e la disponibilità di Corinne sono degne di nota! La struttura immersa in un parco alberato ha tutti i comfort. L’appartamentino si chiama “Il Granaio” e si trova al piano superiore di un ex granaio (immagino) in pietra, all’interno di una tenuta rustica e ben curata. Per ovviare al freddo di novembre, all’interno c’è sia un camino nel cucinotto-salotto, pompa di calore e riscaldamento (che non abbiamo usato, poiché è stata sufficiente la seconda). Un luogo piacevole in una parte di Toscana davvero incantevole. Consigliatissima! Unica pecca, il Wi-Fi dal segnale un po’ debole e intermittente, ma che a me e la mia nipotina non serviva un granché, essendo cotte da una giornata alle bellissime terme di San Giovanni a meno di 10 min di macchina di distanza.
Andrea (7/5): - Abbiamo alloggiato per una notte in questa struttura per visitare le terme della zona. La struttura è un bellissimo casolare avvolto nel verde delle colline. Le camere sono appartamenti molto spaziosi. Questa struttura è l'ideale per chi vuole passare un momento di stacco completo dal caos di tutti i giorni. Inoltre la posizione è ottima in quanti a pochi minuti di distanza dagli impianti termali, che sono la principale attrazione della zona. Ottima esperienza

silvia (7/5): Nell’insieme soggiorno rilassante e positivo - Struttura molto bella immersa nel silenzio della campagna. Magari andrebbero riviste le rubinetterie e gli sciacquoni. Bagni che funzionano male e wi-fi molto debole .

Jillian.Jillian (6/5): Mi aspettavo meglio da questa struttura - Giugno2025 il verde, il tavolo da pingpong in cemento anche se non liscio, d'altronde è fuori sotto gli alberi ma almeno si riesce a giocare all'ombra, la piscina anche se non grande è sempre un bene averla. la casa odorava di umido, ci sono voluti almeno due giorni a cambiare aria soprattutto in camera da letto che era a tre gradini sotto. la casa sembra rimasta chiusa per tanto tempo. è stato difficile dormire con quell'odore forte e faceva anche freddo in camera. lo specchio stradale all'uscita dal parcheggio è piegato, non si vedono le macchine che arrivano. mancano gli appendiabiti in così tanto spazio, manca lo scolapiatti in cucina, il microonde e il tostapane sono in un angolo dove c'è solo una presa, quindi attacchi e stacchi ogni volta che devi usarli e non è possibile utilizzarli contemporaneamente. la piscina non pulita al nostro arrivo e non siamo stati avvisati nemmeno al check in. cortile nell'area dell'appartamento "forno" dove siamo stati era sporco. letti e materassi vecchi e scomodi. usciva acqua dalla doccia, il gestore è intervenuto il giorno stesso ma il giorno dopo era ancora bagnato fuori dalla doccia

Rosa Maria (8/5): Poteva essere perfetto MA… - La struttura è meravigliosa. Esattamente come in foto se non più bella. Gestore gentilissimo, sorridente, accogliente, anche se non sempre presente in struttura. La colazione va ordinata a parte da un menu in camera che non contempla nessuna alternativa senza glutine. La cosa è assurda, visto che non è preparata in anticipo ma viene richiesta in una specie di cofanetto. La casa era piena zeppa di piccole blatte nere, sia i cadaveri che gli animaletti vivi circolavano tranquillamente. Le lenzuola del divano letto non erano stirate (non so se fossero pulite ma spero di sì, Comunque erano sgualcite a dire poco) e il materasso era troppo sottile e usurato, ci affondavo dentro. La piscina era guasta e sul fondo c’erano milioni di animali. Il giardino meraviglioso pieno di animali volanti.
Silvia (5/5): Bello ma merita più cura - Il complesso ha un potenziale enorme: ampio parco e strutture in pietra storicamente rilevanti. Alcuni arredi sono del tempo. Atmosfera ottima per il relax. Posizione ottima. Nell'appartamento 'Il Pozzo' alcuni servizi sono scarsi in cura e manutenzione. La pulizia degli ambienti e lo stato dei bagni, dei wc soprattutto, andrebbe rivista. Materassi e cuscini troppo rigidi, almeno per noi.

Ma Chiara l:host che ha gestito il nostro arrivo in struttura è stata stupenda. Gentilissima, premurosa e ci ha aiutato tantissimo con un inconveniente che abbiamo avuto . Torneremo presto. PETRONIO (10/5): Un havre de paix - Accueil chaleureux et personnel très agréable et discret. Petit appartement avec tout le nécessaire, frigo cuisine climatisation. Parking voiture. Endroit très calme et reposant. Un vrai havre de paix , piscine et terrain magnifique très bien entretenu. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Je reviendrai avec plaisir et j'en parle à mon entourage. Ras À noté que le troisième couchage est un lit d'appoint.

Elisabeth (6/5): Helt ok - ingen luksus. - Et sjarmerende lite B&B. Har nok vært utrolig vakkert i sine glansdager, men områdene rundt bærer preg av lite vedlikehold. Leiligheten var helt grei for en overnatting. Gulvet på badet var ikke rent. Når vi tørket opp etter oss ble håndkleet møkkete. Men overnattingen var helt grei alt i alt. Når vi skulle sjekke ut var det ikke et menneske å se, resepsjonen var stengt. Endte med å sette nøklene i døra og dra da alt var betalt ved bestilling.

Henry (10/5): Prachtige oude toscaanse boerderij - We verbleven 7 dagen in deze prachtige oude toscaanse boerderij die net buiten het dorp ligt en voorzien is van alle gemakken zoals een zwembad,compleet ingerichte kamer met een oa: een goed bed en airco Michele de eigenaar is een super vriendelijke man, als wij weer naar Toscane gaan, konen wij hier zeker terug.
