Breakfast is awesome and after short walk along Lake Kawaguchiko we took free shuttle to Kawaguchiko Station. Love souvenir shop too It's on pricey side but the view is worth it.

- Veronika (10/5): Mt Fuji view in an amazing hotel. - Amazing hotel with an astonishing view in the mont Fuji ! We saw it twice ! In the evening and late morning. I 100% recommend the room with the view on Mt.Fuji. The room it self is very spacious and beds VERY comfortable, just like clouds. Staff is also very friendly and helpful ! I forgot a personal item and they kindly sent it to my next hotel in Osaka. Would not hesitate to book here again! Nothing. Everything was 100/10

- pauliro (9/5): Top pour être tranquilles et isolés du chaos de kawaguchiko - La vue sur le mont fuji depuis la chambre. Le petit déjeuner varié. Le personnel très accueillant. La location de vélo a prix abordable pour aller faire le tour du lac (pas de piste cyclable) Le lac a proximité, à pied. Le onsen qui était très appréciable et propre. Le micro onde au sous sol et les chaises massantes. La douche très grande. Une navette gratuite qui vient chaque heure à la gare. Hébergement très spacieux. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes et les balcons tres froids bien qu'on ne manque de rien. Il pourrait y avoir plus de navettes, bien que notre train est arrivé 10 min avant le départ de la navette, l'hôtel est assez excentré. Pas vraiment de restauration autour, nous avions apporté nos repas avec nous avamt d'arriver à kawaguchiko pour manger en chambre le soir.

Si vous n’avez pas réservé une chambre avec vue sur les montagnes, l’hôtel dispose d’un espace dédié à l’observation au dernier étage. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec beaucoup de choix et des plats préparés sur place. L’hôtel possède également un spa avec sauna, ainsi que des bains japonais intérieurs et extérieurs. Attention : si vous avez des tatouages, il faudra les couvrir pour accéder au spa.

- Beatriz (8/5): Vistas increíbles pero un poco caro - El personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación muy amplia y las vistas increibles. Comentamos en la reserva que era nuestra luna de miel y nos han puesto camas separadas. Y el precio es bastante elevado para lo que ofrece.

That was the whole reason for us staying there, but my daughter was very uncomfortable and wouldn't use the spa. We could have probably found much cheaper accommodation without the spa.

- Sophie (8/5): A lovely hotel to stay in the lakes - This is a perfect 1970s hotel that hasn’t really changed much. This hotel is in a super spot with great views to Mount Fuji. Lovely onsen with sauna and cold plunge and an outside bath too. Absolutely delicious Japanese set dinner - the food was outstanding and so yummy. We had a lovely room with a balcony and sitting area overlooking Mount Fuji which was so lovely and went for a lovely walk from the hotel around part of the lake which was beautiful It’s a much bigger hotel than I expected and no real bar

- EREZ (9/5): Spacious rooms, beautiful views of Mount Fuji, and convenient shuttle service made for a great stay - The room was large and spacious, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji on clear days. The free shuttle to and from the station made getting around very convenient, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is quite far from the central area, and if you arrive late, there are not many dining options nearby.

Staff gentile e disponibile. Bella la onsen. Pullman gratuito da e per la stazione di Kawaguchiko. Nulla, davvero un ottimo albergo.

- Anthony (7/5): Vue incroyable mais le reste n’est pas à la hauteur pour un hôtel de qualité supérieure - La vie sur le Fuji est FA BU LEUSE par temps clair. Le onsen est appréciable. Je trouve vraiment que le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur vu le prix de l’hôtel: les jus de fruits ne sont pas frais, le café est un bouillon, il n’y a pas de capuccino m, les vélos sont de piètre qualité. En soit cela ne me dérange pas en temps normal car je me satisfaits de peu et prends rarement des hôtels très chers. Mais quand on prétend être dans une classe plutôt supérieure -et que le prix est élevé-, il faut que le reste suive et là on a juste l’impression de payer la vue (qui est superbe). Encore faut il avoir la chance de ne pas avoir de nuages…

- c6854a121ab4734fdea73d03d489bd6d (10/5): Einfach nur toll für Mt Fuji Aufenthalt - Das Hotel schaut direkt auf den Mt Fuji und hat ein tolles Gelände mit Kirschbäumen und hat eine extrem gepflegte Gartenanlage. Hotel ist zwar älter aber gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr gross mit schöner Aussicht auf den See und Garten oder auf Mt Fuji. Hotel Frühstück ist sehr gut mit viel Auswahl auch ein traditionellem japanischen Frühstück. Sehr gute Anbindung zu Kawaguchiko Station durch kostenlosem Hotel Shuttle Bus.

El onsen gratuito es excepcional, tiene un extenso horario y admiten tatuajes. El desayuno, diverso y buenísimo. Poco que hacer llegada la noche. No hay oferta de restauración alternativa en el hotel si no contratas la cena con MUCHOS meses de antelación. Apenas hay restaurantes en los alrededores ni tiendas. Tuvimos suerte de encontrar por casualidad, tras 15 minutos de caminata en la más absoluta soledad por las calles residenciales aledañas, el que creo debe ser el mejor restaurante del lago, Suzukiya, un lugar impresionante que ofrece una calidad excepcional a precios muy razonables.

- Muhammad (10/5): - The hotel has a very scenic view of both Mt. FUJI as well the Garden. It's a breathtaking view and experience. We love our stay here. I suggest to book Mt. FUJI view from the room. The one that need improvement is the onsen, it overlook nothing... we wish it could have been looking at Mt. FUJI. Other than that the facilities feel a bit outdated, like an old hotel that was maintained very well. It will be best if improvement or upgrade can be made.
