Constance (7/5): Adequate accommodation - The hot breakfast was very good. Parking was convenient. There was some accommodation for wheelchair. No handicap accessible room with a king sized bed. The access to the hotel itself was weird, because it was above the street level.

Cerca del hotel se encuentran lugares de interés y de atractivo turístico a los que se puede llegar caminando. El acceso a la recepción es un poco incómodo. Probablemente se resolvería con una mejor señalización.

RJB (7/5): Great location; cold rooms. - The room was spacious, quiet from street noise and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable; location was great. While it appeared that there was heat available in the building, it was never turned on. Our room was very cold, and there were no space heaters available. The only thing they could offer us were extra blankets. Additionally, there were problems with the wifi, as well as thin walls between rooms.

CECIL (9/5): - The location is excellent the staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast is delicious. The bed was comfortable and everything is very clean. The Wi-Fi was strong and the television actually pulls in many stations in English. I would give this hotel a 10 all across the board except that there is absolutely no heat in this building. I understand the climate makes it to where you can get by without it. Yeah you can get by but you will be cold in January when I was there. I picked this hotel because I thought a high quality chain like this would at least have heating. They advertise climate control. Silly me I thought that would include heating. No small individual heaters were available. When you sit downstairs and eat the delicious breakfast you have to wear winter clothes. If you don't eat fast your food will get cold. You would think they would at least heat that room. They moved me to a southern facing window which allowed the room to be heated by the Sun. By shutting the blinds tightly once the sun started to go down I could retain enough heat to be very comfortable throughout the night. Again, I love this hotel I stayed seven nights. Most of the time air conditioning is needed and that really works. My only issue with this hotel was the lack of heat!
IxChel3300 (8/5): Solid voice, great location - There isn’t much to criticize. The rooms are nice and spacious, the staff are very personable and helpful. The amenities are adequate for a business-type hotel in the city center. The only two issues I had were the breakfast… it was awful. Even the orange juice was watered down and the coffee tased like it was leftover from the day before. The other issue was the lack of water pressure in the shower. I’m not sure they can do much about the latter, but please work on the former. I do recommend this hotel. I would just plan on skipping the breakfast. There are numerous options within just a couple of blocks.

Que se paga por el estacionamiento, poco pero debería estar incluido ya en la tarifa. Los elevadores del estacionamiento en muy mal estado, se quedó atorado con mi familia adentro. El horario del desayuno debería ser más flexible sobre todo en época vacacional.

Yo en la mañana cuando salí comenté si podría hacer el check out tarde, si había disponibilidad y me comentaron que si que no había problema a la hora que regresara. Y pues no podíamos regresar ya que nos agarró el agua y mi esposo se lastimó. Está señorita me persiguió para cobrarme en el cuarto y luego al estácionamiento, cuando solo estaba subiendo mis cosas para hacer el check out, jamás le dije que no pagaría para que me persiga, aunque se me hizo injusto que me cobraran cuando me autorizaron hacer el check out más tarde y yo pregunté. Pero pésimo servicio

La señorita allyson persiguiéndome que no le iba a pagar dice, me persiguió a la habitación, luego al estacionamiento cuando iba a subir todo, de muy mal gusto. Porque me estaba cobrando medio día, cuando la chica de recepción de la mañana me autorizó hacer el Check out más tarde. Al final lo pagué, no me opuse. Pero si me dicen que si puedo y luego te lo cobran que horror y luego que te persigan terrible.

I made a few requests and they were accomodated quickly & efficiently. We skipped the buffet breakfast for Hosteria de Candela which is affiliated with the hotel. We could charge our meal to the room. Pleasant stay.
