• Fabian (9/5): Ruime kamers, schoon, goede welness, goede ligging - Grote kamers, schoon, goede ligging, handig parkeren. Hele mooie welness. Klein detail: zelf eieren koken voor ontbijt, geen andere opties voor eiergerechten. Is natuurlijk prima mee te leven.

Insgesamt alles unter dem Durchschnitt, nur Personal sehr freundlich. Der Preis pro Übernachtung zu hoch. Frühstück, kapputer Stromstecker im Bad, schlechtes Licht, insgesam alles unter dem Durchschnitt mit einem zu hohen Preis pro Übernachtung!
• Leila (7/5): Great location. Beware of the room you pick. Disappointed in staff not fixing t - Nice spa. Good location. My shower was broken for the last 3 days. The hotel did not fix it for me. I had to shower in the spa. The hotel was mostly empty. Nevertheless they still put me in a room with no window/view and oddly slanting ceilings where it was almost impossible not to bash my head on a daily basis. The room did not have individual thermostat control so it was always too hot. Did not allow me to check-out even one hour later claiming the hotel had a huge turnover but of course the hotel could have arranged for cleaners to circle back to my room last. After paying so much money and have my shower not fixed that was very disappointing. Not sure I'd go back there unless I had no other option.

• Matthias (10/5): Immer gerne wieder. - Es gab ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Der Wellnessbereich ist vielfältig und es gibt einen großen Ruhebereich. Das Zimmer war groß, alles gut gepflegt. Im Ruhebereich des Wellness wäre Tee und oder Obst angenehm gewesen.

Schöner Wellnessbereich und die Möglichkeit vor Ort Frühstück dazu zu buchen Leider waren das Frühstück und die Kosten für den Hund recht hoch und haben somit in diesen Punkten für uns das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht erfüllt

• Gerhard (7/5): Tis geen 4 sterren waard, maar wel fijne vakantie gehad - Mooi zicht vanaf balkon Sauna niet open, erg warm bij ontbijt, ontbijt was niks aparts, gastvrouw wel aardig maar vertelde niks van wat er te doen was overal! Moet het zelf maar uitzoeken. Wel jammer, zijn niet allemaal even vriendelijk in Oostenrijk!!

Dass es in einem Hotel mit 4 Sternen kein Rührei zum Frühstück gibt. Und der Preis für die Übernachtung von 2 kleinen Hunden ist viel zu hoch
• George (9/5): Good to visit the beautiful Zillertal. - Large apartment. Well equipped kitchenette. Netflix running on wifi. You need own device to login and watch though. In the centre of Zell. Noisy neighbourhood. Noisy traffic starts from 6 a.m. Modest breakfast.
• Doreen (8/5): Schönes Hotel - mit guter Anbindung - Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt zu einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Und das Personal war sehr nett. Der Ort ist sehr schön und man hat eine sehr gute Anbindung. Die Bahn ist direkt nebenan. Zell liegt sehr zentral im Zillertal. Der Lärm durch die Straße und die Bahn bei offenem Fenster ist unangenehm, was durch die Lage auch klar ist. Wir leben sonst sehr ruhig, daher ist es uns wahrscheinlich extremer aufgefallen. Wenn das Fenster zu war, dann hat man kaum etwas gehört. Sonst war alles gut für uns.

Strah te tusirsti jer se malo speces malo ohlsdis. Osoblje na dorucku bi trebale biti malo ljubaznije i pomoci ako nesto zapne
• Peter (7/5): Szép hely, apró bosszúságok - Szép környezet Nem kaptuk meg a vendégkártyát. A zuhanyfej rozsája vízköves volt, így csak nagyon erős sugárban jött a víz. A zuhanyzás egy kín volt. A ház előtt nem lehet megállni kipakolni, a tulajdonos óriási autója foglalja el a bepakolási egyetlen helyet, igy az ember cipelheti a csomagjait jó messze.

• Martin (8/5): Very good - My second stay. Nice hotel in the center of Zell, perfect staff, rich breakfast. I got room 104. Under room and balcony is bakery and on the roof two big airconditions. That started wiorked and maked noise at 4 am. So from 4 am till 6 am i couldnt sleep. Its really not good idea for customers have in one house hotel and bakery.

• Olga (10/5): Great ski vacation - Situated in the middle of Zell am Ziller, close to the station, restaurants and the shop, near to the bus to the ski lift. We got discount for the ski pass from the reception, very nice! The owners are attentive and helpful, the breakfast good and diverse, the room comfortable and super clean. The greatest was their sauna facility, we went there every day, so relaxing!

The room I had faced a busy street, so it was either noisy or hot in the room. The layout of the hotel can be a bit confusing, but staff showed me to the room.

• Vicki (10/5): Amazing place to stay - Amazing hotel, we were very happy, it’s comfortable and nice to have a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom had a great shower and very fluffy towels. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived, shown into the room and it was great to have parking. There are restaurants and shops all within walking distance and if you want a beer tour we highly recommend Zillertal-Bier / Braukunsthaus it’s about 15 mins to walk but worth it so you can try the beer. No complaints

• Keith (7/5): Nice but had issues - Nice hotel on the inside and out. The location is central in town, close to shuttle to the ski slopes and to the train station. I liked the breakfast a lot and breakfast servers were nice. Liked my view of the mountains and the balcony was nice but a bit cold to stay out very long on in Winter. Stayed in Winter and the single bed wasn’t very comfortable since I’m a big guy. My room was above a bakery and a little noise drifted through at night when it was busy plus the room was too warm but couldn’t crack the windows since it was cold out and smell of the bakery was strong. I had trouble checking in on a Sunday with no one at the front desk and a housemaid got a little surly when I requested assistance.

It is a 3 minute walk to the station for the Zillertal- bahn for the train on to Mayrhofen to ski and back to Jenbach for travelling home. ski buses also go from same stop. .

• Dmitry (8/5): Good except breakfast - Very nice hotel in a great location They assign a table for the breakfast based on your room number. There can be more than 1 room per table. I was alone in the breakfast area, there were many free tables around and an obviously sick woman came in and because she had a certain room number, she was seated at my table. Corona is not over yet! And even if it was, I still don't want to have breakfast with strangers at the same table when all other tables are free
