• George (9/5): Atendeu as expectativas. - Achei bem localizado. Também gostei da praticidade do check-in e do check-out. A menina que cuida da arrumação do hotel é muito atenciosa, educada e prestativa. Gostei do fato de ter frigobar no quarto. O box eu achei um pouco apertado, mas não prejudicava o banho.
• Black-Cat (9/5): - Apartament ma dobrą lokalizację w spokojnej okolicy. Jest całkiem blisko do dworca, metra i autobusów. Mieszkanie było duże i ciche. W razie potrzeby była mała winda do korzystania. Personel bardzo życzliwy. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Cerca de la estación Termini y cerca servicios de transporte públicos para conocer barrios más alejados del centro. En general todo correcto. El baño y el mobiliario quizás necesite una actualización, pero limpio y bien.

Check-in e check-out práticos e rápidos, sem burocracia. Localização excelente, facilitando o deslocamento e acesso a pontos de interesse. Boa acústica no quarto, garantindo mais conforto durante a estadia. Toalhas limpas e organização do quarto realizada diariamente, mantendo o ambiente sempre agradável. Água quente funcionando bem. Ar-condicionado eficiente. Vista da janela livre, sem obstruções, o que valorizou o ambiente. Elevador pequeno, mas muito útil para subir com malas. A água parece ser bombeada, gerando bastante ruído ao usar o sanitário, chuveiro ou torneira. Durante a noite, evitávamos dar descarga para não incomodar, o que pode impactar o conforto. O hotel precisa de algumas melhorias estruturais — o armário, por exemplo, estava instável.

• Polina (9/5): Я бы посоветовала это место всем, кто в первый раз в Риме - 1. Нас заселили сильно раньше, чем время чек ина. Заранее связались с нами по вотсапу, запросили нужные документы. 2. Очень чистый номер, можно было ходить босиком. 3. Мебель в хорошем состоянии, также есть мини диванчик, на него удобно сложить вещи; 4. Близко к вокзалу и колизею, но от этого есть и минусы; 5. Есть лифт! 1. Место находится в самой гуще событий, окна выходят туда же. Хотя они и дают беруши в номере, за это спасибо, это несильно помогает, особенно если вы ложитесь рано в 22:00 как мы.

Close to the train station, wonderful sites around and easy access to other transit. Italians stay up late and a local bar close to the place is loud into the early morning. They put ear plugs on the nightstand next to the bed for a reason!

Large clean room tea making facilities and powerful shower .Well placed for dining and 10 mins easy walk to the Colosseum . Would stay again . • Beatrix (9/5): Összességében elégedett vagyok, ár-érték arányban megfelelő. - Jó elhelyezkedés, közel a legtöbb látnivalóhoz. Mindennel felszerelt, mind a fürdőszobában, mind pedig a “konyhai” részen. Minden nap takarítottak, és pótolták az elfogyasztott kávét, vagy sampont. Külön figyelmesség, hogy füldugót is adtak. :) Fűtés biztosított. A szállásadó kedves, segítőkész. Visszatérnék ide. A mosdó nagyon hangos, ezen szerintem még lehetne picit fejleszteni, a kávéfőző nálam nem működött.

Tiny room but has everything for a short stay: small refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. It’s a little bit noisy. You can hear when ppl from other rooms go in toilet. Also shower change the water from warm to cold very quickly.

• Kia (4/5): Convenient location and comfortable bed but all automated so very impersonal. - Comfortable bed. Easy to find with instructions. I didn’t feel comfortable communicating through WhatsApp and their check-in app, Vikey rather than actually having someone there for check in. We had to upload photos of our passports and also share card details for the city tax through the links they sent us which I’m not sure how secure they were. All felt very impersonal and we didn’t feel totally safe in the room because of this and as there wasn’t any security staff or anything on site.

El baño de nuestra habitación era muy pequeño, especialmente la ducha, que no tenía ni repisa donde dejar gel o el champú, y no podías moverte ni agacharte para coger los botes que tenías que dejar en el suelo.

Mozna bylo pożyczyć parasolkę :) Mieliśmy okna na podwórze, wiec hałasu z ulicy nie bylo słychać. Na miejscu mozna wziąć ze sobą mapkę. Dla nas, na nocleg bylo wszystko ok :) Dla nas to nie byl problem, ale woda w toalecie napełniania sie głośno i słychać wszystko przez ściany z innego pokoju.

No obstante, la relación calidad-precio es mejorable, especialmente considerando la amplia oferta de buenos establecimientos en los alrededores de Termini. Imágenes y descripciones poco fieles a la realidad: El personal está prácticamente ausente. Las instrucciones de check-in se envían por WhatsApp; nunca hay nadie en recepción y el único contacto presencial es con la señora de la limpieza. La consigna de equipajes se anuncia como un servicio del alojamiento, pero en la práctica no lo es. Si necesitas dejar las maletas, por WhatsApp te indican que las coloques junto a una mesa (donde debería estar el recepcionista), sin que nadie se haga responsable de ellas. Resulta difícil considerar esto un servicio. El baño se encuentra muy deteriorado, con moho por humedad tanto en la mampara de la ducha como en la pared.

Non c’entra nulla la struttura, ma all’una di notte c’era una tipa fuori che bussava e suonava il campanello dell’ingresso per mezz’ora. Abbastanza fastidioso.

• Donlevy (7/5): Good location, a great value but it can be noisy. - Hotel is a great location near the Roma Termani Train Station. The rooms are clean and adequate. The rooms are near some loud bars and restaurants which go into the early morning hours. There are ear plugs in the room because you need them.

Banheiro com mau cheiro o tempo todo, se ouvia tudo o que falavam nos quartos ao lado e acima, um verdadeiro horror!! Se querem descanso, fujam desse lugar! Cobertas escuras, desbotadas! Televisão não pegava nenhum sinal.

Кожний день прибирали і доповнювали воду, каву, чай. Наявний кондиціонер в номері. Ремонту і меблювання хотілося би кращого, але це відповідає зірочкам готелю і ціні.
