Nu ne-am informat înainte dar Albena este o stațiune ce oferă facilități seniorilor Asa ca am fost singura familie tanara cu copii din hotel. Nu a fost deranjant dar ar fi fost placut sa mai vedem si alți tineri.

• Cristina (9/5): Un hotel bun raport calitate/pret - Am avut vedere la mare , la etajul 9. Camera foarte mare si curata, paturi confortabile. Mancarea a fost buna si hotelul este bine îngrijit si usor de ajuns acolo. o varietate mai mare de fructe la micul dejun ar fi apreciată

Има халати за спа-центъра.Гледката от терасата е чудесна. Водата в басейна е топла, сауната, парната баня и колдариума допълват удоволствието от престоя. Бих използвала услугите на хотела винаги, щом имам възможност. Да имахме възможност за по-дълъг престой.

За стаите е ясно- няма какво да се желае повече,снабдени са с всичко необходимо,включително- 2 хладилника,котлони,допълнителна тоалетна и с морският изглед преживяването си струваше цената! Благодарим за всичко, ще посещаваме хотела отново и отново! Няма такова- без забележки!

• Stiliyana (10/5): - Превъзходни закуска и вечеря, отлично местоположение, множество удобства, отзивчив персонал. Няма нищо, което да не ми е харесало.
• Black_Beret (10/5): Прекрасен начин да прекараш релаксиращ зимен СПА-уикенд. - Изключителната чистота, която персоналът поддържа. Стаята беше много добре климатизирана и отоплена. Купата с плодове и кафемашината с капсули в стаята са приятен детайл, който ни накара да се почувстваме като у дома. Храната в ресторанта беше много вкусна, разнообразна и добре приготвена, с наличие на пресни плодове. Наличието на разнообразна музикална програма по време на вечерите в ресторанта допринесе до още по-приятна атмосфера. Целият персонал в ресторанта, бара и рецепция беше усмихнат, любезен и отзивчив. СПА-центърът е чудесен - с прекрасно работещи парна баня и сауна, и чист басейн с джакузи. Масажистът също е много добър - масажите са прекрасни. Включеният достъп до закрития басейн с минерална вода и полуолимпийски размери ни осигури възможност да поплуваме до насита.

• stefan (10/5): O opțiune f.buna chiar si iarna. - Am fost impresionați ca un hotel atat de mare funcționează atât de bine chiar si în extrasezon când turiștii sunt rari. Tot personalul a fost profi, curățenia exemplara, spa-ul a funcționat impecabil. Cei cativa turiști din hotel s-au simțit speciali la cina orientala pentru ca au avut parte de un spectacol și meniu diversificat cu nuanțe libaneze. Micul dejun la farfurie ar fi putut fi mai complet, eventual cu ceva preparate calde, fructe sau dulciuri.

• Petko (9/5): - Even though we visited the hotel off-season, in May, it was a good getaway for a couple of nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful, so I would consider them the greatest asset of the hotel. Rooms are very spacious, enough for a baby to crawl around. The spa area is prertty small for such a large hotel, however, there was only one other person there at the time we went. If the weather was better we would have definetely visited the beautiful beach.

• Ivan (10/5): - Като цяло беше много добре. Сюитът на 9. етаж беше супер, без забележки! Храната беше на бюфет - на обяд нямаше чак толкова голямо разнообразие, но можеше да си хапнеш добре. Вечерята беше супер - разнообразен богат бюфет и вкусно! Закуската на бюфета в рамките на очакваното. СПА -ато, както добре е оказано СПА елементи не прадлага голямо разнообразие, но е голям плюс, че го има. За съжаление сауната не беше според нас с необходимата температура, а парната баня, когато работеше беше - добре, но после оставаше изключена и най-добре е да се обадите на персонала, някой са дойде и да я пусне. имаше още една топла стая, в която от тавана най-вероятно трябваше да излиза пара от многото дюзи в него, но така и не видяхме да се случва нещо. Басейнчето е добро с подводен мадаж в единя край, но малко, по - скоро за семейства с деца, но имаше опция да се ползва басейнът в хотел Добруджа в съседство с топла връзка, от което не сме се възползвали. Ние бяхме на пълен пансион, препоръчвам за цената! Все пак средата на ноември извън сезон!

We tried a few massages - they offer different techniques - Bulgarian, Baleese and Vietnamese. All of them were superb, thank you! They also offer a hot mineral pool facility which was a great relaxation! We will definitely visit again.

• Ana-Maria (10/5): - Camera spațioasă cu doua bai și balcon. In prima zi am găsit pe masa o fructiera plina cu fructe din partea hotelului. In fiecare zi am primit două capsule pentru cafea, am avut cafetiera in camera. Personalul foarte amabil și dispus să ajute oricând aveai nevoie. Am avut acces la spa și la alte doua piscine, una pentru adulți și una pentru copii cu apa calda. Mâncare foarte buna și îți puteai alege ceea ce îți place. Aproape de plaja și mare. Băutură alcoolica nu este inclusa în preț. La micul dejun era disponibila cafeaua și sucul, însă la cina doar apa. Evident se putea comanda. Nu pot spune că este un aspect negativ, dar e bine de știut.

• Valentin (7/5): Spacious room and good food, but overall the hotel feels poorly maintained and far from 5-star stand - - Spacious room with plenty of facilities - Good food This hotel was probably a 5-star property once, but now it feels degraded and only maintained at a basic level. Based on the price, I didn’t expect true 5-star luxury, but what bothers me is that it is still advertised as 5 stars when in reality it no longer meets that standard. - Very poor cleanliness in the room and throughout the complex. I had some ants in the room, small spiders, and a pile of sand that cleaning staff ignored it for two days - Lack of maintenance: missing materials in some areas (e.g. pool edges), pool bathrooms in terrible condition (broken handles, overall feel like a public toilet) - Sunbeds by the pool extremely cramped, no space between them – it felt like sitting in a crowded bus. Luckily the pool was never full. - Burnt or flickering lightbulbs everywhere (in our bathroom only 2 of 4 spots worked; by the pool, decorative lights were either off or flashing) - In the bathroom, water leaked onto the floor whenever the bathtub was used (thankfully there was a separate shower) - In the room, blinds were detached from their rails and lamps were tilted - Food quality was good, but variety was very limited; not what you would expect from a 5-star buffet

• PETRICA-GABRIEL (9/5): Am venit si in acest an la Flamengo Grand.Mai venim cel mai probabil si la anul. - Locatia hotelului,WI-fi in hotel,mincare foarte buna si mai ales proaspata,camera maaare,indeajuns pentru 5-6 suflete,noi am fost 3 adulti.Camera are 2 bai,lucru ff important cind sunt multi in camera.Personal la receptie cooperant si cu bun simt.Primesti si o cafeluta Tchibo Cafissimo per ocupant adult in camera la DIY.Frigider destul de bun si incapator.Spatiu suficient in mobilier.Am fost in multe alte locuri dar cu sinceritate pot sa va spun ca la raport calitate/pret Flamengo e printre cele mai bune optiuni ever...Bineinteles cei care stau numai in Dubai vor comenta,eu ca roman fraier si platitor de taxe statului mafiot roman aici imi pot permite sa platesc si sa ma simt bine cu ce-mi ramine dupa ce-mi rupe onor statul mafiot pielea de pe mine. Marea problema in sezon e PARCAREA!Nu numai ca te costa minimum 5 euro pe zi,trebuie sa si ai noroc sa gasesti.Noi am platit pentru zona de 10 euro pe zi si de abia am gasit un loc linga hotel.Peste resort au trecut niste ani si se cunoaste.Personalul bulgaresc de la restaurant nesimtiti si plictisiti,indonezienii zimbitori si ok!!!

• Ella (7/5): 5* "à la bulgaire" - Personnel serviable, l'hôtel est très bien placé et s'est pratique de ne pas devoir payer les chaises longues à la plage, le territoire est très bien entretenu, c'est un des hôtels le plus modernes à Albena. Le matelas était incliné des deux côtés et trop mou, le sommeil était difficile. Certaines prises dans la chambre étaient fermées avec du scotch (on suppose qu’elles ne fonctionnaient pas), et la prise derrière la télévision se détachait du mur. Ils ont également un problème de tuyauterie : la chasse d’eau des toilettes était trop faible, et un jour, les toilettes près des piscines ont été inondées. Attention aussi au kids club : ils ne demandent pas les coordonnées des parents, et il arrive que les animateurs discutent entre eux sans surveiller les enfants.

• Ventsislav (10/5): - The hotel is amaizing. Big and cleanest rooms,food was very delishous and different.Staff very frendly. The view from balcon is nice. I will back again to this hotel.
• Ilinca (5/5): A fost un sejur fain pentru ca am fost cu familia, dar hotelul nu se ridica la nivelul celor 5 stele si ar trebui ca cei - Hotelul este foarte aproape de plaja si ai sezlonguri gratuite. Micul dejun este inclus in pret. Camera este spatioasa. Exista piscine destul de faine. In mod clar nu este un hotel de 5 stele. Personalul se misca greoi si nu a fost la inaltimea unui hotel de 5 stele. Camerele au un apsect demodat (deloc moderne) si nu se facea curatenie in fiecare zi. Micul dejun era la fel in fiecare zi. Iar referitor la plaja, aveau un salvamar ce se comporta foarte urat, nu lasa pe nimeni in apa cu nimic gonflabil. Cred ca ar trebui discutat cu el in mod serios, atitudinea lui nu este deloc in regula si da o nota negativa intregului sejur.

• Kristina (6/5): Not worth it! - Friendly stuff and spacious rooms. The best Piano bar with great stuff and cocktails. The worst bed I’ve ever slept in my life. It screwed my lower back so bad, I’m still recovering 1 month later. The house keeping is between 10:00-17:30! There’s only one cleaning lady per floor per 37 rooms. If you want to sleep in the afternoon they will come to clean your room or will leave it dirty because of that. They didn’t clean our room for 3 days coz they come at 15:00 when the kid is sleeping. The main restaurant is average. Super weird recipes. I didn’t like most of the food. The swimming pools look clean, but you can hardly find sun beds after 11:00 am. The kid’s pool is not heated and extremely cold. The pools close at 17:00. This is really stupid. You can only return the beach towels twice a day at certain hours. The free sun-beds at the beach are free after the 3rd row. 1 and 2nd are paid haha If you miss the breakfast you can’t find anything to eat in the entire resort before 12:00 am. The mini markets are super pricy. Basically the whole resort is ripping you off. If you go out with the kids in the evening prepare around 60-70euro per kid per night for attractions. It gets super noisy in the afternoon, some outside music and singers are torturing the hotel area outside, you can hear it in your room. Everything in this hotel feels like it’s under a Communistic regime that tried to be modern but it lacks a lot to be 5 stars. 3,5 starts at best. Totally not worth the money.
