- Katarzyna (4/5): Pobyt byłby wspaniały gdyby nie mało pomocny personel - Obiekt bardzo komfortowy, lokalizacja dogodna w przypadku konferencji. Brak miejsc parkingowych. Niechęć ze strony personelu do pomocy. Dopiero po interwencji u manager obiektu i próbie rezygnacji z noclegu okazało się, że w podziemiach są wolne miejsca parkingowe i można z nich skorzystać. Wcześniej pani z recepcji twierdziła że obok hotelu nie można zaparkować a miejsc parkingowych w podziemnym parkingu nie ma na tą i kolejną dobę - kłamstwo.

- Sandra (9/5): Absolute Empfehlung - Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Städtetrip. Das Auto kann getrost auf dem Parkplatz bleiben. Wir haben das Hotel spontan gebucht, weil das eigentlich gebuchte eine Katastrophe war und wir nach einer Nacht „geflüchtet“ sind. Hier wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Es ist alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. Es war ein Wohlfühlerlebnis und wir kommen gern wieder. Es war alles top!!! Als Bemerkung am Rande…. Das Parkhaus ist recht eng. Wer also da Bedenken hat, stellt sein Auto besser gleich auf dem benachbarten Parkplatz ab. Da ist reichlich Platz.

- Victoria (5/5): Nice hotel but uncomfortably hot - Very friendly staff. Nice communal areas. Room was very smart and clean. Nice toiletries and comfy bed. Good location. Good value for money compared to city centre hotels. Really quiet. Room was very hot. Couldn't get the air con to cool it enough to get it below 25. Early morning (4 or 5amish?) the underfloor heating comes on in the bathroom which heats the room up even more. Hardly slept because of the heat. The mirrors in the bedroom are all tinted so can't be used to do make up, and the bathroom is so hot (due to the heating) that the mirror in there isn't really usable either.

- Patryk (1/5): - Niestety tym razem pobyt w hotelu okazał się ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Byłem tutaj już kilka razy i dlatego zdecydowałem się wrócić, ale poziom obsługi i standard pokoju pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Specjalnie zarezerwowałem pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, ponieważ w ofercie na Booking widniała informacja o widoku na miasto. Po zameldowaniu okazało się jednak, że „widok na miasto” oznacza parking za hotelem. Gdy zgłosiłem to na recepcji, usłyszałem jedynie, że hotel nie gwarantuje pokoju z widokiem. Zero chęci rozwiązania problemu. Po chwili zadzwoniła recepcja z informacją, że znalazł się dla mnie inny pokój. Myślałem, że w końcu dostanę ten zgodny z ofertą, ale dostałem jeszcze gorszy pokój – na samym końcu hotelu, z małym łóżkiem i widokiem dosłownie na nic. Na tym niestety nie koniec. W łazience podczas kąpieli odpadał tynk z sufitu prosto na głowę. To już kompletny brak dbałości o standard i bezpieczeństwo gości. Załączam zdjęcia, bo ciężko w to uwierzyć. Jestem zażenowany całą sytuacją. Po tylu wcześniejszych pobytach nie spodziewałem się takiego traktowania. Więcej do tego hotelu nie wrócę.

Pentru sucurile de frunze și legume sunt câteva opțiuni, nu așa cum sunt in poze. Nu am avut somon in nicio dimineața din cele 3. Nu îmi place sistemul de încălzire/aerisire din cameră care face zgomot toată noaptea.. Nu este atât de aproape de centru, e ceva de mers pe jos. Iar noi suntem pentru mișcare și mers pe jos și ni s-a părut mult.

- K (10/5): - Magnificent breakfast and room. Super clean area. The last night, the reception girl told, we can not park in the garage despite 7 free place at 8pm. Checked at midnight still 7 free, then next morning still 7 free...so had to park outside at open area. First 2 night somehow parked in the garage....but the last, most important day to keep the car at safe place was not available. Sadly It was really disappointing because one of the filters at booking was the parking.
