La posizione è strategica, tranquilla e ben servita. La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli aggiunge un punto in più. Check in fatto in anticipo, zero invadenza. Solo punti di forza Mancava il bidet :(

Assenza di saponi in bagno, niente ciabatte monouso o altro, selettore corrente prese staccato per economizzare ma siamo riusciti a riattivare, personale sul Posto assente e disponibile solo virtualmente, non adatto a persone in sedia a rotelle o persone con bambini in passeggino dal momento che l’ascensore é stretto.

En iyi özelliği buydu. Resepsiyondaki beyfendi de güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Self check-in kolaydı. Ses yalıtımı gerçekten çok kötü, yan odamızdaki sesten çok rahatsız olduk ama bunu paylaştığımızda gerekli uyarıları yaptılar. Her gün oda temizliği var ama sanırım sirkeyle temizlik yapıyorlar ekşi bir koku oluyor temiz kokmuyor pek. Su geç ısınıyordu.

• James (5/5): I would not recommend this place to my friends. - Breakfast was awful nothing left either day when we went. Sheets didn’t even fit bed properly. No tissues no pillow case on one pillow. No milk for a cup of tea.

Insonorizzazione degli infissi pregevole. Doccia con getti multipli. Colazione all'Hotel21 indimenticabile. Muri con graffi di valige, rivestimenti danneggiati da stop lasciati a vista. Porta della stanza non a tenuta e con vincoli precari. Letti con materasso molto morbido e cuscini troppo sottili.

Que dire de l'accueil d'Andrea 👍 très sympa, à l'écoute, toujours dans la bienveillance et de bon conseils. Je remercie l'établissement suites hotel Farnese et très fortement Andrea pour cette expérience exceptionnelle. Je recommande les yeux fermés 👍
• Stefanie (6/5): Großes Zimmer mit Schwächen - Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr hoch. Es gab bei der Ankunft kalte kostenlose Getränke. Die Betreuung war nett. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Der kleine Balkon und die großen Türen dahin. Es gab, typisch für Italien, nur eine Bettdecke. Das Zimmer muss an einigen Stellen renoviert werden. Es dauerte ziemlich lange, bis warmes Wasser in der Dusche ankam. Das Zimmer wurde an einigen Tagen nicht gut gereinigt. Der Bettüberwurf war fleckig, Die, in den Innenhof angrenzende Bar, war jede Nacht lautstark bis 2 Uhr zu hören.

Kamer gehorig en de regendouche was bijna onmogelijk (grote regendouche in een kleine cabine. Om het complex in te komen was ook allemaal wat omslachtig (app downloaden).

• Katharina (10/5): Wir würden wieder kommen und empfehlen es weiter. - Schönes Gebäude, schöne Suite. Ruhige Lage. Frühstück war im Nachbarhotel, es war aber sehr lecker und von 7-10:30 Uhr. Das 3te Bett in der Suite war sehr unbequem, haben am 2ten Tag die Matratze auf den Boden gelegt.

Les commodités de la chambre très basiques. Propreté ok sans plus. Les bas de murs et tours de fenêtre poussiéreux. Douche désagréable et pas de serviettes pour le deuxième jour.

• Rossi (8/5): Bene ma non benissimo. - Vicino a castel Sant'Angelo, posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare la città a piedi. Con una passeggiata di 45 minuti ho raggiunto anche lo stadio olimpico per un concerto. Purtroppo alle 2 di notte un altro ospite ha iniziato a suonare il campanello perché era senza chiavi e la proprietà è arrivata solo dopo mezz'ora.

Additionally, walls are paper thin, although they do provide earplugs. Location is great and so is the breakfast at the hotel around the corner.

• Slava (10/5): - We just checked out and really had great time. This was an excellent option to avoid the crowded downtown area. Last time we stayed closed to colleseum and I didn't sleep much even with ear plugs... Constant honking kept us awake. This time it was amazing! No ear plugs required, comfy bed (I like a stiffer mattress) perfect size for us but really the location was key. We walked around multiple nights at 4-5 am and had zero worries... Clean, safe area. I think the staff went above and beyond with communicating details, including videos on simple things like how to operate showers etc. I know it sounds silly, but I rather be overprepared.
• Shek (8/5): Clean, spacious, great breakfast and great location - Really awesome breakfast with great quality and selection (buffet style). Room has realy high ceiling and is spacious for our family of 4. Bathroom is clean. The shower is not enclosed so water splashes out into the bathroom floor to some extent which could be messy. Not a big deal, though.
• Silvia (8/5): - The property was clean and easy to locate. The staff provided clear instructions on how to get there, along with all the necessary access codes for arrival. It is conveniently situated near a metro station, approximately a seven-minute walk away. While the manager and staff were not always present on-site, they responded relatively quickly to texts. The room was spacious and well-maintained, featuring a great air conditioning unit and a nice balcony. Additionally, the property is located about a 20-minute walk from the Vatican. Breakfast was included at a nearby hotel, just five minutes away, which offered a wide variety of food options. The only downside to our stay was that there were loud guests in the adjacent rooms at night. I recommend placing signs or reminders for guests to be mindful of noise, especially since staff were not on-site at night to address any issues. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

• GILLES (8/5): Bien mais manque de contact - Attention ceci n'est pas un hôtel. La chambre est très bien, grande, propre.... Le point négatif c'est qu'il n'y a personne à la réception sauf le matin au moment des départs car il faut bien collecter la taxe. C'est très impersonnel. Juste à disposition un plan de Rome. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas servi sur place mais dans un autre établissement à une centaine de mètres. Il faut donc sortir le matin pour aller se restaurer. En contrepartie, le petit déjeuner est très bon. Les échanges se font sur wathsapp, perso je n'adhère pas. Pas de parking à disposition à l'hôtel. On aprend cela quelques heures avant notre arrivée car nous avions posé la question. Hôtel.com annonce que l'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé ce qui totalement faux. Donc on se gare soit dans la rue mais jamais de place disponible donc c'est parking privé à 25 euros la nuit. L'hôtel est proche d'une sortie de métro, mais la vile est très mal desservi donc on marche beaucoup. Pas mal d'options de restauration autour.
