Très compréhensive, la personne de l'accueil nous a attribué un nouveau studio sans problème au 5eme , propre, très lumineux et à priori 'up gradé' car plus grand. Légèrement décalé du rond point, c'était déjà moins bruyant. La nuit a été très agréable. Bien situé aux abords de la cité médiévale. Parking public gratuit à proximité (parking palais des congrès ou des impôts. ). Expérience positive Le ratage de la 1ere attribution.

Selin (3/5): Overrated prices for the poor quality of everything - Nothing except the friendly lady at the reception. The room smelled cigarettes, cigarette burns in the bathroom sink, the windows are not well isolated so all the noise of the cars and the people are in the room, we couldn’t sleep with the windows open due to noise but we couldn’t turn on the AC for long wither cause it smelled bad after a while, the curtains and the windows were extra dirty, 1 small and two medium towels for 2 people… our first time in Valence for an ice hockey tournament & we took it due to its close location to the ice rink … it was a mistake. Oh and I’d say think twice before you use their underground parking lot if you have a big car/jeep cause it is a challenge to get out of it!!!

Je recommande ! - Proximité commerces Manque un volet à la fenêtre qui donne sur le rond point, bruyant et lumineux. Parking : il n’est précisé que véhicules 1m90 mais il faudrait également indiquer que c’est très étroit et difficile de manœuvrer. Nous avons un Vito et la sortie a été assez périlleuse.
