• Kaiqi (7/5): 入住体验并不好，但因为价格也没办法了 - 位置和卫生都不错 入住流程真的很让人心烦，没有前台接应，保管房卡的机器还坏了。这让我们在阴冷的下午在门口等了足足一个多小时！我真的很反感自助入住却没有备选方案的酒店

• Simona (9/5): Wir kommen wieder. - Zentrale Lage, Parkmöglichkeit nahe der Unterkunft, sehr freundliches Personal, das bei (meinen) anfallenden Problemen mit Rat und Tat (auch persönlich) zur Seite stand. Duschmittel, Handtücher standen bereit, Spülmittel und Lappen zum Spülen des Geschirrs war auch vorhanden. Das war großartig. Haben schon erlebt, dass nichts vom letzterem zur Verfügung stand. In der Küche war ein Glas kaputt, im Badezimmer fehlte ein Zahnputzbecher, alles eher sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, der Dosenöffner benötigte Einfallsreichtum um die Dose zu öffnen, aber für 2 Übernachtungen wäre das Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Haustüre - Karte ranhalten und gleichzeitig den Knauf nach links drehen ... vielleicht klappt es beim nächsten Mal besser. :-)

• Tellzen (10/5): - The apartment was lovely, very clean with kitchen and washing machine which we took full advantage of. I requested parking but didn't receive an answer so we tried to navigate the parking restrictions on our own without knowing German. Hopefully we didn't get a fine.

• Karine (3/5): TE DEJAN TIRADO TODA LA NOCHE HABIENDO PAGADO Y NO SE DISCULPAN NI OFRECEN COMPENSACIÓN - La ubicación Sabiendo que mi vuelo llegaba entre las 11pm y 12am y habiéndome dicho que hacer check in fuera de horario tenía un costó de 50chf , cuando llegué la máquina que tienen para hacer el check in no funcionaba. Nadie me atendía el teléfono y me dejaron en la calle 9 horas sola de noche y con frío. Jamás se disculparon ni me ofrecieron ninguna compensación. Al revés me echaban del apartamento por haberme quejado. Atención pésima, no cuidan la cliente. El apartamento no tenía ni 1 sarten donde poder hacer unos huevos, los tuve que hacer en una olla, en pleno festivo que están todos los supermercados cerrados ni un gel de ducha, no habían platos hondos ni bowls para tomar una simple sopa.

• Lorenzo (6/5): Semplice appartamento in una zona tranquilla di Zurigo - Appartamento carino in una zona tranquilla di Zurigo. Parcheggiare non è facilissimo, ma con un pass online a 15CHF al giorno si può spostare sulle strisce blu di tutta la città. Disponibile in struttura tutto l'essenziale. La procedura di check-in non è semplicissima ed è completamente automatizzata presso un totem nelle vicinanze. Nell'appartamento la lavatrice era malfunzionante (perdeva acqua).

• Moisés (6/5): Apartamento básico para una visita de un par de días a Zürich - Estaba limpio y el barrio aunque no es céntrico, tiene locales y servicios de supermercado y bares cerca. Tienes tranvía a 5min para moverte. Algo despersonalizado y muy básico en utensilios, sin servilletas, champú o incluso pilas del mando que tuvimos que comprar. Informé a propietarios pero no obtuve respuesta. Almohadas bastante incómodas para dormir.

• María Esther (6/5): - El primer apartamento que nos dieron no era el que habíamos reservado. Estaba en pésimas condiciones. Luego de insistir nos ofrecieron otro pero al día siguiente o la cancelación. Cómo el tiempo cuenta, lo vimos y accedimos al cambio porque era el que estaba en las fotos al reservar. El malestar del estrés de llegar y no recibir lo que habíamos reservado. En un viaje de descanso el tiempo es dinero y el estrés no suma.

• David Zisky (9/5): Fantastic for the price. Clean and modern. - Easy self check-in, easy instructions, place itself clean and definitely a bit "luxuorious" if you compare to places in Zurich in similar price range. What I loved is that there was an actual sofa in the living room so after day at work I could just relax a bit. Usually places in that price range are literally just bed and table. Shower was big and modern but the airvent on the ceiling was half open and the shower head had a lot of limescale like it was never cleaned.

• PANAGIOTIS (8/5): - Location quite O.K., close to the center, you need public transportation. Many stores around for anything you need. Public parking quite difficult with limited duration. Zurich is a very expensive city, the cost for our accomodation could be considered reasonable.

• Blanca (6/5): - La puerta se quedo cerrada a las 2 de la mañana, la tarjeta llave no funcionaba y estuvimos esperando 2 horas hasta que nos abrieron, fue muy incomodo y muy angustioso no saber que pasaba. Al resto le paso lo mismo.

• Robert (10/5): Quiet and Peaceful Environment - Despite being close to the city center, the rooms were extremely quiet. I had a peaceful stay, free from any noise disturbances. Even late at night, I didn’t hear a single sound from outside, which shows how well the hotel’s soundproofing works.

• YOUNGJU (6/5): 출입시스템만 개선하면 만족한다 - 조용한 지역이었고 근처에 마트두 있고 트램정류장도 나름 가까움. 집안 온도조절 가능해서 좋았다. 화장실 수압도 좋도 온수도 잘나옴. 이곳은 체크인 할때부터 기계에서 비대면으로 하는데, 기계가 오류가 나서 번거롭게 직원을 기다렸다가 카드키를 받았어야 했고, 하루는 잘쓰던 카드키가 갑자기 오류가나서 문이 열리지않아서 또 기계를 통해 받았어야 했다. 이곳은 다 좋은데 비대면으로 하려면 이런 오류부터 좀 고쳐야 할것같다. 왜냐면 기계가 아파트에 있는게 아니라 한블럭떨어진 곳에 있어서 매번 왔다갔다 하기도 귀칞았다. 그리고 우리가 묵었던 하나의 방의 화장실은 타일바닥도 다 깨져있었고(아이들이 많았어서 위험) 수건걸이가 다른후기에서 봤던것처럼 고장나있었다. 불편했다.

• Haoyue (5/5): Not worth the value but the location is good. - The space, the location I was quite disappointed with this stay. The apartment was missing basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel, I had to call multiple times just to get these provided, which reflects poorly on the level of customer service. The space itself is very minimal and lacks comfort, definitely not what I would consider “luxury.” Most of the furnishings and items in the home felt cheap, and there was a serious issue with water leaking from the bathroom into the bedroom. On top of that, the smell of fresh paint was overwhelming throughout our stay. If you’re traveling with young children, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Ci hanno lasciato la sera del 31 dicembre fuori al freddo a -5 gradi per un’ora e mezza senza rispondere al telefono, senza assistenza e non potevamo fare il check in. Non riuscivamo ad entrare e non rispondevano neanche a Booking, stavamo per prenotare un’altra struttura. La macchinetta per il check in che era all’esterno non funzionava e loro non rispondevano al telefono. Non si sono neanche scusati!!

• Ali Elgayar (5/5): do not like it much uncomfortable in general - We ask for a guest card, but they ignore our request. The main door has a problem opening at times. Sometimes, you have to wait 30 minutes to try to open the door. The door needs maintenance. The check is in another apartment nearby.

• Chris (10/5): - Super Ausstattung super schönes Gebäude grosse geschnittene Apartment. Also ich war rundrum unzufrieden mit Templer und Waschmaschine Es gibt nichts zu berichten. Jedenfalls etwas schwierig mit dem einchecken an einem LOL Haus, was man nicht sichtlich erkennbar ist.

• Sonialea (9/5): Fantastic stay - The apartment was in a great location. It was an easy walk to the tram station at Kalkbreite/bhf Wiedikon where you could take the number 2 tram to Bűrklipatz plaza or number 3 to the Zurich train station. The apartment was 300 mtres walking distance to a Coop supermarket which was well stocked. There was a number of different restuarants and bars closeby. The apartment itself was clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. While there were no face to face interactions with staff, they were prompt and helpful when responding to messages and requests. The online checkin requires you to register and collect keycard from a machine at a different address, located a short walk from the apartment. The beds doona cover could be bigger to allow two people to sleep with out struggling for cover. Some minor suggestions, I would offer is to provide a baking dish to use in oven and a cutting board to help guests with food preparation.
• Maya (4/5): I wouldn't stay here again - The facilities were average for Zurich - you can definitely find better It was impossible to figure out how to gain access on arrival and there was no out-of-hours assistance for a lone female travelling late at night. I had to pay for an expensive hotel elsewhere the first night because I couldn't get it. I have since seen other guests had the same problem with unclear access instructions. There is nothing about how to open the door in the welcome information. This needs to be fixed.

• Guest (10/5): Rilassante, Confortevole - Struttura accogliente. Staff disponibile.Abbiamo tranquillamente parlato tramite Watsapp. Molto disponibili. Appartamento spazioso confortevole e pulito. Ottima posizione , centro facilmente raggiungibile in tram . Quartiere tranquillo anche in tarda serata. L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta e’ che nel bagno non c’erano prodotti monouso ma comunque a disposizione doccia schiuma e sapone per le mani . E non c’erano mono dosi per lavatrice ma solo per lavastoviglie . Per il resto tutto perfetto .

There were small but meaningful touches: high-quality shampoo and soaps in the bathroom, a coffee machine and a variety of teas in the kitchen, and cozy blankets in the living area. Additionally, having various public transport options nearby made getting around the city incredibly convenient. I could easily visit Zurich’s most popular attractions, and it was reassuring to return safely on foot in the evening

It had a coffee machine, stove, oven, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Since I enjoy preparing my own breakfast, this was a huge advantage for me. Plus, grocery stores were within walking distance, making it easy to get everything I needed

• Helen (7/5): Basic appartment a short walk from city centre - The apartment was clean and reasonably modern and well-equipped, although furnishing is fairly basic. The bedrooms were both a decent size and beds were comfortable. There are restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk and the city centre and railway station are walkable. We had only one issue with wifi which the host sorted out for us fairly promptly. Given the price of other places we stayed in Switzerland, this seemed value for money. This accommodation is certainly not luxurious!

Everything was clearly explained in advance, so I encountered no issues when receiving the keys. Checking out was just as quick and hassle-free. This level of organization made my stay stress-free and comfortable.
