• Sergio (6/5): Cómodos ambientes , en una zona práctica y agradable , de buena comunicación de transportes . - Ambientes amplios, cómodo . Ubicación agradable en cuanto a la zona y buena en cuanto a la conectividad con medios de transporte . No es Premiun. Es cómodo pero su equipamiento es mediocre . No funcionaba la caja de seguridad y lo hice saber en cuanto llegue . En 3 días nadie se ocupó. No tiene ni un velador . La almohada mala , una sola . Poca iluminación en el Ambiente principal y mucho olor a cigarrillo.

• Patrick (3/5): Schlecht mussten aufgrund des Gestanks eher abreisen - Leider gibt’s hier nichts Die Unterkunft war leider sehr abgenutzt. Es waren Brandflecken auf Möbeln. Die Wände waren schon gelb von wahrscheinlich langen rauchen. Generell wurde anscheinend sehr viel geraucht in der Wohnung da sie komplett stinkt.
• Dieter (5/5): Relativ ruhige Lage mit spartanischer Wohnausstattung und großen Auto-Parkplatzproblemen - Die Lage war relativ zentral. Die Aufenthaltsräume sind relativ groß. Alle Ansprüche an Minimalisten wurden erfüllt. Die Küche war spartarnisch bis gar nicht eingerichtet. Koch und Kühlgeräte waren vorhanden, aber Küchenutensilien wie z.B. ausreichend Gläser oder Koch und Backutensilien wurden vermiesst.

• Eduard (10/5): - I liked the premise overall. Pictures are a bit updated than the actual apartment is. Not as fully in the pictures yet not as different either. Location wise is perfect, available options throughout 24/7 m, not as usual in Zh city. Staff over all kind, and understanding. Havent met many rather than the ladies from cleaning department which are lovely, yet about management..had a bit if dissatisfaction considered behavior and communication and strictness , you need to leave at 12 , is fully bookrd. however I then ended up booking online again. Since was all by text messages, I couldn't tell exactly which was who, but still times on a positive note other times negative so a bit difficult to manage. Yet, he allowed ( or another colleague or so) as checking out, 1.5h later than supposed without stressing me out or so...so I'll give it an 8.5 over all. Worth it.
• Cornelia (5/5): Zweckmäßig - aber nicht wie versprochen - Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer - insgesamt in Ordnung Der reservierte Parkplatz war kein wirklicher Parkplatz sondern eine Durchfahrt in einen Hinterhof. Wir parkten lieber auf der Straße. Es gab keine Mikrowelle, wie angegeben. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns geantwortet, es würde eine gebracht. Sie wurde aber nicht geliefert. Die Batterien der FB des TV waren leer. Wir erhielten ein Zimmer in einem anderen Gebäude - Thema Probleme beim Check-in. Sind hin- und hergelaufen, wo unser Zimmer ist.

TV funktionierte nicht, trotz zweimaligem Hinweis wurde er nicht repariert, am Abfahrtstag wurde nocheinmal darauf hingewiesen, das Personal wusste davon gar nichts. Zimmerdecke verschlossen, nicht benutzbar. Parkplatz: die diesbezügliche Buchung ging anscheinend nicht durch, bei der Bezahlung vor Ort kassierte man die Gebühr von chf 50.- vor Ort in Cash von einem vorbeikommenden Arbeiter oä, die versprochene Quittung per Mail, die sofort geschickt werden sollte, kam NIE an, trotz mehrfachem nachhaken meinerseits. In der 1. Nacht war dann kein Parkplatz frei( von 4), Ansprechpartner auch nicht da , schließlich war es ja 22 Uhr..), wir parkten „ wild“ mit Hinweis im Auto, dementsprechend schlechte Schlafqualität aus Besorgnis vor abschleppen, am nächsten Morgen telefonieren mit Versprechen, das Geld zurück zu bekommen. Blieb nur beim Versprechen. Am nächsten Tag war der Parkplatz wieder besetzt, wurde aber sofort geräumt nach nochmaligem Anruf, war dann in der Nacht auf Bedarf frei: Fazit: Cash in die Täsch geht gar nicht Die Wohnung lebt von der Location, nicht von der Ausstattung oder Service
• Michelle (7/5): Top Preis Leistung an toller Lage - Das Appartment hat einen Balkon in den herzigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Ruhige Lage. Hat alles was man benötigt. Aber für die 3 Tage einfach top Preis Leistung! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Backofen und Mikrowelle & Geschirrspühlmaschine. Alles in allem nicht wirklich was zu beanstanden. Check In ging auch einfach am Automaten. Die Sauberkeit war soweit okey, könnte mal neu gestrichen werden und allenfalls die fleckigen weissen Vorhänge austauschen.

• Marian (7/5): - Ubytovanie bolo vynikajúce. Po príchode a vyzdvihnutí kľúčov od izby som zaplatil parkovné 50 CHF za dve noci. Keď som prišiel na parkovisko, bolo obsadené nakoľko majú iba štyri parkovacie miesta. Volal som na číslo, ktoré bolo na booking, ale nikto mi nedvíhal. Aj na číslo, ktoré bolo na parkovisku bez odozvy. Na druhý deň som písal, ospravedlnili sa mi a že mi zamestnanec vráti peniaze. Nič také sa nestalo. Ubytovanie pekné, ale neodporúčam autom.

• Emma (8/5): Good stay, a few small things would have made it a bit better. - It was a great size and very clean. In a good location. Easy to check in. They allowed us to check in early. Said had a washing machine but was broken. Bed were very very hard.

• Camelia Rizea (10/5): Good stay - Excellent location, close to the city centre, big rooms, cleaning was good. The lack of communication with the owner regarding the possibility of car parking. We had to find an underground parking in the city and we paid 54 francs for one night.

• Elias (6/5): Gute Lage und einfacher check-in, Wohnung hat zu wünschen. - Die Unterkunft lag in einer guten und ruhigen Gegend, die Fuß und bahnläufig nicht weit vom Flughafen und der Stadt liegen. Es gab keine lauten Nächte und man wurde nicht geweckt. Etwa 3 Minuten Fußweg war auch ein Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft hat einen kleinen Balkon und eine Küche wo man gut kochen kann. Der eigenständige Check in war auch sehr leicht gestaltet. Als wir ankamen gab es einen fäkalien Geruch in der Wohnung und wir wussten nicht woher er kam, und mussten etwa 1 Stunde durch lüften damit er halbwegs verschwand. Das wlan Passwort kam erst am Abend vom 2. Tag, welches außerdem nicht das beste war. Die Dusche war eine Badewanne mit einem kleinen Glasschutz, und deshalb ist das Wasser andauern auf den Boden gelaufen, Shampoo gab es leider auch nicht. Die Betten waren etwas ungemütlich, und die Wohnung allgemein in einen etwas kritischen Zustand (Flecken an der wand und Tischen, und das Eisfach im Kühlschrank komplett vereist).

• Simone (7/5): - Mit der S-Bahn ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit am Hauptbahnhof gewesen. Im ganzen Apartment war es sehr warm. Man konnte die Heizung nicht regulieren. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend. Gefehlt hat lediglich eine Pfanne, da wir uns zum Frühstück ein paar Rühreier machen wollten und ein Toaster sowie etwas Küchenrolle.

The hosting agency was very responsive and accommodating - they changed my apartment on Day 2 because I had issues with the apartment I had checked into on Day 1; as well, they provided me with a microwave when I requested one because the stove in the apartment was not working. The washer-and-dryer units in the apartment was a blessing - Zurich is not the easiest place to get one's laundry done outside. Would have appreciated checks on full functioning of the apartments before I checked in and avoiding problems altogether, rather than having to reach out to the agency with requests - it was inconvenient, and made the first couple of days of my stay stressful.

• YuCong (8/5): 20点后入住请慎重考虑 - 公寓的设施，环境，干净程度都很不错 我已于入住前告知我的航班会在深夜抵达，答复是只要我们提前半个小时告知check in时间，也可安排入住，随后在22点35落地后，无论是bookings留言还是2个预留电话打了很多遍都无法接通，无人回应，带着巨大的焦虑前往公寓所在地，庆幸自动入住机器依然工作，才让我们不至于露宿街头 本来既然已经入住，我也无意追究，甚至房屋的设置和空间我都很满意，但事后交流员工留言称机器在20点之后不工作，也不对20点后的行为负责，员工这种不负责任的态度相当荒诞

• Lucas (1/5): Leider eine Katastrophe! - Gute Lage, ausreichend Platz für Personenanzahl. Achtung, die Bilder auf Booking entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Zustand der Apartments! Bei unserem Aufenthalt im August 2025 war das Mobiliar sehr abgenutzt, sehr verbraucht und zu Teilen defekt. Die Wände sind überall verschmutzt, mit Schrammen und mehrfachen Reparaturversuchen durch Spachtelmassen versehen. Die Küche ist kaum mit dem Notwendigsten, dafür aber mit einem verschmutzten Küchentuch ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer befindet sich Schwarzschimmel. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war mangelhaft, insbesondere die Flecken und Haare auf den Betten waren sehr unangenehm. Die Steckdosen sind so schmutzig, dass man seine Elektrogeräte ungern anschließen möchte. Für 4 Personen gab es nur 3 Stühle. Die Markise war komplett zerflettert und nicht zu öffnen. Zudem gibt es keinen Zugang zur beworbenen Dachterrasse. Wir haben den Anbieter noch an dem Anreisetag über Booking kontaktiert und zusätzlich eine ausführliche Beschwerdemail mit Fotos gesendet - seit 2 Wochen haben wir keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Das war ein echter Reinfall und ist dementsprechend keine Weiterempfehlung.
• Craig (7/5): Location great, weather brilliant, apartment was good but would not say "premium" as advertised - Whilst a 30mins walk into old town, the apartment was a really cool neighborhood in its own right and was very peaceful. Neither washer or dryer worked and the "high speed internet" was anything but. Whist the hosts found a solution to the washer/dryer situation (fortunately another apartment in building wasn't rented so we were given a key to use their washer/dryer) the expectation of "Premium Apartment" would be to have all major appliances fully functional. Likewise on the advertised high-speed internet. Perhaps because it was unsecured (no password), it was being used by unintended users - who consumed all available bandwidth (or it just needs an upgrade).

Vi måtte låne lokal telefon for at få kontakt og få nøgler. Mail kunne ikke besvares !!! Kunne ikke få komfuret til at virke. Stikkontakt til TV var et hul i væggen !!

• Sam (7/5): Beautiful apartments - Free Upgrade on arrival to a brand new massive 2-bedroom apartment. Stunning. Immaculately clean with every possible utility (could do with oven gloves). Location was excellent for trams to the centre (5 min walk + 10 min tram) very simple to navigate on SBB app Bit of a mix up with the rooms when we arrived so that wasted a lot of our time. Free upgraded to a 2 bedroom massive apartment but it had a bathtub and I specifically needed a walk in shower due to a knee injury. Balcony backed onto a bit of wasteland backyard but did the job for a cigarette. Work was still going on in the building so there was some noise at times. Area was a little rough late at night walking home from tram stop
