• Helen (4/5): Nice location but we won’t return. - Good size apartment for weekend stay. Easy check in with machine by building entrance. We had a first floor apartment directly above a fried chicken restaurant. As the restaurant closed reasonably early, the noise was limited and not a problem. There are several issues with the apartment that require attention/repair. The Bathroom door did not shut properly (warped and impossible to close). The Kitchen worktops and cupboards, while clean, were old and damaged. The Bathroom sink unit (the wooden top where the sink is placed) was actually crumbling. The shower head kept falling off the hose. There are No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. There are No bedside lamps and only one light switch for the bedroom by the front door.

• Wiktoria (2/5): Zdecydowanie nie polecam nikomu. - Jedyne co było dobre w obiekcie to tylko i wyłącznie czysta pościel. Pokój był w tragicznym stanie, zdjęcia powstawiane na stronie to na pewno nie żaden pokój oferowany. Brakowało kilku rzeczy z podstawowego wyposażenia z opisu np. czajnik elektryczny, toster, kubki na herbatę, tacki do piekarnika. Gdy próbowaliśmy skontaktować się z recepcją - nie odpisywała, po telefonie czekaliśmy godzinę na jakikolwiek kontakt. Brak tłumacza z strony obiektu. Jedyna jedyna saszetka cukru w pokoju była skostniała (stara). Brudne krzesła w kuchni. A w sylwestra (właściwie nowy rok) drzwi wejściowe na kartę przestały działać przez co nie można było dostać się do budynku oraz do pokoju. Bardzo cienkie ściany, brak ciszy nocnej oraz restauracja przez ścianę (smród spalonego oleju i hałas) również nie były przyjemne.

• Rodney (4/5): Sadly not a great experience, location was okay and rooms spacious, however customer service was poor and building not a - Location was okay, close to public transport. Self checkin system failed and unable to contact hotel by phone or messaging for several hours. Wifi kept dropping out. Rooms were spacious but poorly maintained ( broken exhaust fan in kitchen, bathroom door lock broken, no handle to wardrobe door, broken windows). Beds were uncomfortable and pillows super thin.

It supposed the check out time was at 11 am and I arrived into the apartment at 10:55 am and our luggage was moved out already and there was a guy already cleaning the apartment.

• Carolyn (6/5): Comfortable, but not quiet. - The checkin machine is ok, although a bit slow. Also, it does not take American Express, even though the listing said it did. Opening the front door of the building is not obvious, but usually it was left open. The rooms are large and the apt is nicely laid out. The building smells like fried chicken (it is above a fried chicken restaurant). It is definitely not quiet -- there was a loud party below that went on until 1 am on Friday night, and street noise is audible at all times, even with the shutters closed. Many small things are broken -- the shower head, the coffee maker, one room doesn't have outlets, no beside lights. The property could be vastly improved very easily.

• Maria (4/5): Einmal reicht uns... - Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, in der Nähe gibt es Tram und Bus und man ist schnell im Zentrum. Auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos bei uns. Es wurde uns im Vorfeld der Check-in erklärt, sodass wir damit kein Problem hatten. Leider entsprach die Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht der Realität. Das Apartment ist bereits sehr abgewohnt, überall gab es stark verschmutzte Möbelstücke, Gardinen und Wände. Das wohl fühlen fiel uns da wirklich schwer. Das Badezimmer hatte an der Decke Wasserschäden und am Fenster/Dusche auch einen Schimmelbefall. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr bedürftig, nicht mal ein Brett gab es und auch nicht genug Geschirr für 6 Leute, die hier wohnen könnten. Von 3 möglichen Fernseher war einer weg, der andere funktionierte scheinbar nicht. Unten gegenüber vom Fahrstuhl ist die Küche des Restaurants. Da die Tür eigentlich immer offen stand, roch es oft nach Bratfett und Hähnchen. Auch mehrere Fenster waren in der Wohnung kaputt. Vom schlechten WLan möchten wir gar nicht erst anfangen. Schlussendlich waren wir die meiste Zeit draußen und damit ging es für 2 Tage. Aber für den Preis würden wir definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

• Lovrenovic (2/5): Lage Top rest eher Flop - Gebucht aufgrund von der Zentralen Lage in der Stadt und das einzige was positiv war ist das Mobiliar es scheint neu zu sein. Es ist Renovierungsbedürftig!!Sauberkeit im Bad läßt zu wünschen übrig. Zuwenige Steckdosen in den Zimmern.In einem Zimmerfenster ging der Rollladen nicht hoch,hatten aber Glück das im Zimmer ein zweites vorhanden war aber trotzdem ärgerlich.Aber das schlimmste der Boden(Laminat) in den 3 Zimmern ist aufgegangen da sehe ich sogar eine große Verletzungsgefahr.
• Richard (5/5): Expensive for an almost adequate room. - Spacious apartment style with single bedroom. Nearby tram and train stops. Walking distance of a gas station store. Good sized fridge. Good sized bathroom with hot shower. Unfortunately we had a room on first floor nextdoor to where they started building work a 7am! The washing machine leaked water on first use but was fixed by the cleaning staff. No microwave in the kitchen area. Minute cups and glasses! No privacy curtains in the lounge area so room was overlooked by nearby buildings. Only one dining chair for two people! Dine in shifts, I guess! Broken fan. A curtain missing in the bedroom leaving the room exposed to being overlooked by nearby buildings. Unnecessarily tiny bed. Plenty of room for a wider bed. Trash left above the oven unit. Under cabinet lights not working. No instructions on how to open the main door or operate the oven unit. Made contact to leave bags before check in. Had to wait at the door for more than 30 mins before someone turned up. They checked us in as the room was ready but we had to wait another 20 minutes or so to get a key! Overall, we were left with the impression that this was a room which was raided when other rooms had problems and as is often the case, these rooms are used for booking.com users!

• Linda (8/5): Für einen ähnlichen Ausflug mit meinen Mitarbeitern gerne wieder. - Lage wie erwartet und gewählt. Zimmer in Ordnung. Im Flur fehlt eine Garderobe zum Aufhängen von Mäntel und Jacken. Beim Check-In Automat zeigte es einen anderen noch geschuldeten Betrag für die Uebernachtung an, obwohl alles zum Voraus bezahlt wurde. Mussten dann anrufen. Es kam aber sehr schnell jemand vorbei. Wir verlangten dann zwei Karten für die Wohnung, da wir 6 Personen waren, erhielten aber nur eine Karte für die Wohnungstüre. Aber es war ok für die zwei Nächte. Bügeleisen hatte nur deutschen Stecker und keinen Adapter für die Schweizer Steckdosen.

• uzma (7/5): - Location is very good, five minutes walk from wiediken train station and tram station. Grocery shops are nearby including halal grocery. Restaurant located on ground floor. Despite advance notice of our late arrival, 50 Frank was charged to hand over the keys, not mentioned to us before. Kitchen has no frying pans. Place is noisy and one night a man shouted for almost an hour as no one was opening door for him, he was ringing bell of every apartment. Also house keeping started banging on the door 15 minutes before checking out time for cleaning the apartment.

Ya habíamos pagado la reserva del parking y nos la tuvieron que cancelar y obligar a quitar el coche de allí. El chico que nos atendió no sabía aconsejarnos donde aparcarlo y debimos perder más de 1 hora y media de nuestra visita hasta encontrar un parking en el que dejar nuestro coche. Muy decepcionado en cuanto a ello. De igual modo, las camas eran bastante incómodas y la limpieza del baño era bastante pésima.

We arrived early abs host allowed to check in a few hours ahead No AC or fans. Hot, uncomfortable bedrooms for overnight sleep . • Artemis (2/5): A deeply unpleasant and unsanitary stay ruined by a cockroach infestation and zero support from the - I strongly advise against booking this property. Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to express serious concerns about cleanliness, especially after reading reviews about cockroach problems. I asked them to make sure the apartment would be clean and pest-free, as two people in our group have skin conditions that make hygiene essential. Unfortunately, our experience was worse than expected. The apartment was infested with cockroaches – especially in the kitchen and bathroom – to the point that we couldn’t even enter those rooms. It was both disgusting and distressing. We reported the issue right away and asked for the apartment to be cleaned or for another solution, but no one came to help us during our entire stay. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of hygiene and complete disregard for guest safety and comfort is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.
• Elaine (2/5): Do not book this property before reading this review. - Nothing positive to say. Decent transport links via tram to Zurich HB. However the apartment is on a busy road and above a restaurant so is extremely noisy, day and night. On arrival the self-check in did not work. The entrance is dirty and shared with the kitchen porters of the restaurant who use it to remove rubbish. Next to the front door is the collection point for food delivery drivers. The restaurant kitchen is opposite the lift to the upper floors and unless you love the smell of fried chicken is unpleasant. Restaurant staff are friendly but everyone is tripping over each other at this main entrance. The apartment was very hot. No air conditioning, two fans were provided for three bedrooms. We had to leave windows open at night due to hot weather and the noise from the street made it impossible to rest. The floors were in very bad repair with dangerous door sills into two rooms. As my father is 83, I was constantly worried he would trip and fall. Main bedroom door does not close properly. There is a pest problem with cockroaches, most likely due to open drains in the bathroom sink and shower. The bathroom was a disgrace - the shower head leaked and broke after 1 day (it took 36 hours and numerous calls to get a repair). Toilet seat was loose/broken. Sink area was dirty and no plug. Shower was dirty, no drain cover and far too small. Walls filthy especially in the bathroom. The doors and walls throughout are marked, dirty and in need of painting. TV not working and no WiFi or instructions on how to connect. Kitchen tap was loose and about to snap off, which would have flooded the apartment. Noise from upstairs neighbours at night. Balcony floor is at an alarming angle, not flat but sloping away from the doors. It's not obvious from the photos but the main bedroom must also serve as the living room with a dining table and chairs. The small bedroom is tiny and stuffy. Two of the window shutters did not work. Bedding was not good. Pillows were terrible in particular. When we contacted the company about the shower and general issues, we did not receive satisfactory responses.

• Kramer (1/5): Worst Place Ever - Roaches Everywhere... My Kids Screamed to Leave - NOTHING - My whole family asked to stay somewhere else. Lockbox was out of order and had to call a number so someone could come and give us keys. It was raining and were stuck outside while we waited. After they gave us the keys we left for dinner and then they did not work to let us back in - we had to call again while being locked out in the rain. Roaches everywhere, concert restaurant below that blasted music until midnight. NO INTERNET Roaches everywhere - my kids would scream as they were in the shower - roaches ran across the floor. There was not one or two - it's infested. Turn on the kitchen light and 30 would scatter all over the counters and clean dishes. The apartment is above a fried chicken place that plays techno music until midnight- so loud it shook our room and door. It was awful and no Internet at all - I bugged the person so much they finally put a new modem out for us and that did not work either. The ignored me the rest of the time I was there. I wish I could get all my money back... It's basically a hostel party place that should be $20 a night - if you dont mind the roaches crawling all over you at night. I cant believe I paid 700USD for two nights in this place. Booking.com should have to answer for this.
• Choon (1/5): Worst stay in Switzerland ever - None -Unresponsive host -Lamp was broken and no one came to fix after multiple complaints, the other lamp is very dim in the room where we had to turn on our phone torch light to do packing in the night -Space is not clean and bed sheet felt very dusty -Wifi not accessible at all -No proper check out instructions, requested for late check out but only response after we checked out.

I also appreciate that the host provided enough cleaning supplies and toiletries for our family during our stay. I don't appreciate that it was advertised as high speed internet when I didnt get any wifi. In the first few days, I was able to log in to Living apartment wifi but was blocked ina few days. I meesaged the host about the wifi password but it never worked. So left with no wifi which is frustrating.

Also, apartment is next to the road so it is very loud if you decide to leave your windows open during the night (it was quite hot). WiFi is not working very well and out of 6 people, only one was able to connect.

The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Communication about getting access to the apartment was very confusing and stressful with different conflicting instructions. However, we got in ok, but clear communication could have prevented this stress.
• Susan (10/5): Spacious apartment in a great location - The location is great. Right around the corner from the Wawel Castle. There are restaurants and local stores nearby. The apartment is spacious with 2 bathrooms which is great when traveling with a group. The communication with the host was great- very responsive and accommodating. The host was super helpful with arranging transfers to Auschwitz’s and to the airport.

• Parag (5/5): Passable - All the facilities mentioned were not there For eg;:electric kettle. Few Lights were not functional. Key was not functional at the building entrance.

• Frankie (1/5): DO NOT TRUST THIS HOST - Nothing, in a matter of fact we left and did not return after about 10 minutes of being in the property because it was not the same as the images shown and filthy. The fact it was completely different to the one advertised and it was filthy

• Roozbeh (5/5): Passable - 1. There was an electrical outlet with an exposed metal interior because the lid was missing. This was extremely dangerous, especially for my child. 2. The neighbor above us was very noisy and walked around throughout the entire night, making it impossible for us to sleep. 3. The internet connection was unreliable. We couldn’t connect until the owner arrived to collect the money, at which point we complained, and he switched it on. However, after he left, the internet went off again, and I had to manually restart the router, which was located outside the apartment. 4. The bathroom door had an issue and wouldn’t close completely. 5. There was no shampoo provided—only a small amount of hand-washing liquid soap. 6. The rooms were not very clean.

• Sophia (8/5): Very good - Comfortable accommodation with everything you need. No communication with the host after payment, I ask for help with entrance, no replay. I enquire about Airport shutte as advertised on what's up, email and try to phone, no reply.
• Syamak (5/5): It's clean but bathroom is so small ;design of the bedroom is not as expected - N/A Below level was bunch of the kids they were loud all day all night at 4:AM they were making so much noise I'm glad I didn't come with my family . Owner or management needs to do something about these types of issues'

• Marc (1/5): Do not stay here!! - Do not book this property. Many things not working: - no wifi - dishwasher as "defekt" - poor sound isolation - just above a restaurant with all the smells, noise and having the door window open during the day - very reduced cuttlery. Just a pot and a pan - knobs are not fixed, and some wood on the doors is broken. We were locked in a room accidentally - deal to park seemed very sketchy - absolute silence from the property. It took more than 72h for them to fix the wifi, and considered all the previously mentioned issues as normal
• Rajat (7/5): It’s a nice place for a short stay. - It was close to Zurich HB Wi-Fi instructions were missing. There was no information about how to connect to WiFi when we reached hotel.
