• Jorge (7/5): Un séjour abordable en plein centre de Malaga - L’emplacement et le rapport qualité-prix. Les hôtes ont été très agréables et calmes. La terrasse est aussi très sympa. L’arrivée est autonome donc il n’y a pas de problèmes pour faire le Check-in ou out dans des horaires peu conventionnelles La chambre est un peu chaude malgré en printemps, il y a la clime et un ventilateur dans chaque chambre. La journée le service client respond rapidement mais le soir c’est plus difficile de les rejoindre.

• Joanna (1/5): Masakra - bez możliwości wyjścia z budynku - Ładny, czysty pokój. Bardzo przyjemny taras na górze budynku. W nocy drzwi były zamknięte, nie można było wyjść. 4 osoby dzwoniły na nr centralny i alarmowy i nikt nie odbierał. Klucz alarmowy był zamknięty w skrytce i nie mieliśmy kodu. 2 osoby nie zdążyły na samolot. Rano dopiero o 8:00 ktoś przyjechał, nikt nawet nie powiedział przepraszam ani nie powiedział, dlaczego nikt w nocy nie odbierał. Niepoważne. Jakby wybuchł pożar, bylibyśmy wszyscy uwięzieni.

Pagar una habitación privada para estar escuchando hasta la respiración de el del cuarto de al lado, me quedo en un hostel. El personal del bar de encima metiendo material en el piso a las 00:30 de la noche con una delicadeza digna de un orangután. El aire acondicionado que no funcionaba ni la persiana que subía más que a la mitad de la ventana (dos cosas que notificamos y que dijeron que iban a mandar a alguien, y que en dos días que estuvimos no pasó ni cristo)… vaya timo de sitio.

The room was incredibly smelly, the bathrooms and showers were shared with both sexes and the other guests tried to enter our room in the middle of the night. The lift also wasn’t going to the first floor, forcing us to climb up with all our luggage using the stairs.

• filippo (8/5): - Great position and beautiful building. The bed sheet was dirty. I told the staff, they acknowledged it but didn't offer to change it. The glass of the common showers is not completely covered up so while you take the shower you can see people in the bathroom and viceversa.

Avrei messo zero stelle se fosse stato possibile. L’unica nota vagamente positiva di questa struttura è la posizione (che comunque non giustifica i prezzi folli considerato la totale assenza di qualsiasi servizio). È stato davvero il soggiorno più imbarazzante e disgustoso che ci sia mai capitato. A partire dal check-in assurdo, tutto gestito via WhatsApp, senza nessuno che si presenti fisicamente e senza alcun minimo servizio o interazione con del personale di persona. Struttura completamente abbandonata: nessuna reception, nessun personale, nessuna assistenza reale. Spendo ben volentieri per soggiornare nelle strutture ma davvero non mi spiego il prezzo a notte considerando che non esistono servizi. Cioè cosa abbiamo pagato esattamente? Quando abbiamo chiesto i teli doccia al numero fornitoci dalla struttura ci hanno risposto di chiedere ai baristi sul tetto impegnati giustamente a fare il loro lavoro, si vedeva che non era assolutamente di loro competenza reperire gli asciugamani per i residenti, quando poi abbiamo richiesto il cambio delle lenzuola devono essersi spaventati perché hanno semplicemente hanno smesso di rispondere. Da lì in poi nulla, non abbiamo più avuto contatti con i proprietari della struttura. Il check out? Ci ha fermati la donna delle pulizie chiedendoci la chiave e ce ne siamo andati via così. Passiamo al vero e proprio soggiorno. La nota sicuramente peggiore? La totale assenza di pulizia, inesistente e gestione indecente. Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti e abbiamo chiesto esplicitamente il cambio delle lenzuola, cosa che non è mai avvenuta nemmeno una volta, nonostante tra i “comfort” della struttura siano indicati chiaramente sia la biancheria da letto sia gli asciugamani. Stesso discorso per i teli da doccia: nel bagno comune c’è perfino una cesta con scritto di depositarli lì per il lavaggio, ma nessuno ti spiega che il cambio non è automatico e che devi richiederlo esplicitamente ogni volta, altrimenti semplicemente non viene fatto...

• Christian (9/5): - sehr gute Lage mitten im Zentrum. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war groß und sauber. Aber die Duschen sind nicht gut organisiert. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit sich in der Kabine umzuziehen und seine Sachen dort trocken zu lagern. Mehr Privatheit wäre sehr wünschenswert

• Eva (9/5): - Ubicación buenísima. A pesar de ser baño compartido, dio la casualidad de que lo tuvimos para nosotras solas en todo momento. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, no había mucho espacio para colocar la maleta. Se escucha bastante la música de la terraza.

We arrived late in the evening so that was stressful. Luckily a lovely guy from the rooftop bar called the owner and he gave us the code. I wrote to the owner to complain but they didn’t get back to us.

Es gab wie ausgeschrieben, einen Aufzug, der fuhr aber nur zur öffentlichen Dachterasse, nicht in das Hostel. Ich hatte mich aufgrund einer Schwerbehinderung auf Aufzug eingestellt. Wenn die Dachbar offen war ab 16 Uhr konnte ich hoch fahren und dann in 2. Stock laufen, ansonsten komplett laufen. Auf meine Reklamation hat niemand reagiert.

Todas las puertas hacen ruido al abrirse o cerrarse lo cual tiene facilidad solución! Y la limpiadora o alguien del hotel a las 8am haciendo ruido tampoco ayuda. Hay cosillas que mejorar… me he estado despertando toda la noche por el ruido de otros huéspedes al ir al baño!

En el baño de la primera planta, encima de una de las duchas hay una mancha de humedad bastante grande y el olor a humedad es horrible. La habitación es pequeña pero el tamaño no me ha parecido mal al ir sola. El colchón está hundido por el centro. El ruido de la terraza es horrible. En fin, muy decepcionante para el precio. Bardzo mały pokój, ale czyściutki. Ręczniki pachnące i wszędzie bliziutko. Na całym korytarzu okropny zapach kanalizacji. Kuchnia to nieporozumienie. Nie ma nawet jednego talerza, kubka, łyżki czy widelca. Stoi lodówka (czysta) i ekpress do robienia kawy, ale dostaje się po kapsułce na osobę na cały wyjazd. Nie zrobisz sobie śniadania, bo nie ma na czym. W łazience koordynacyjnej są dwie kabiny, które mają dość dużą, nieoklejoną przestrzeń.

Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles fussläufig super nah. Problemloses einchecken mit Pre Checkin. Klimaanlage, Ventilator im Zimmer. Kleine Küche im 2.OG im 3.OG eine Rooftop Bar mit Blick auf die Kathedrale. Etagenduschen und WC boten etwas wenig Privatsphäre, in der Nebensaison waren wir aber fast alleine im Stockwerk.

• Daniel (7/5): Great option for a short stay - Excellent location, right by the main square and it was easy to check in and out of. The room was large and everywhere was very clean. Coffee pods in the room and mineral water in the kitchen. My room had a really loud, squeaky door - every time I needed the bathroom, or when I left early in the morning or came back late at night, the door squealed uncomfortably loudly. I was a bit worried for the people in the other rooms on that floor. The mattress on the bed was quite uneven - flatter on one side than the other. But it was comfortable to sleep in. I did message about leaving a bag there as I had an evening flight, but I wasn't responded to. In the end, I found a luggage storage place near the hotel.

• Alina (6/5): Good location and views, not the best facilities and unhelpful staff. - Great location and bar above the hotel. Clean bathroom. Unfortunately our experience wasn't great because the heating in the room didn't work so the room was the same temperature as outside, and the staff did nothing about it. There's nobody from the hotel actually working in the building so if anything goes wrong you're on your own. I would return to the bar for the great views, I wouldn't book the hotel again.

• Angel (1/5): Denunciable - La ubicación Nula atención del personal aún solicitando ayuda. No cojen el teléfono. He pasado una noche literalmente en la calle, llegando a llamar hasta diez ocasiones. Cuando estaba declarado un estado de alerta roja en todo málaga. Mi teléfono se había quedado sin batería por lo que no acceder a mí wassap para marcar el número que me habían dado para pasar. Mi marido intentó tanto por el teléfono fijo como por WhatsApp contactar con ellos, nos quedamos en la calle, y tampoco al medicamento por ser díabetico que estaba en la habitación. En cuanto al servicio escasísimo, una toalla para cada uno. No pudiendo pedir nada que nesitaba. Pienso presentar una reclamación

• Dendilinqa (7/5): great location - Amazing location right in the centre close to everything! cute balcony and street and cathedral view from the rooftop bar. kind staff to let us check in early and leave our backpacks after checkout time. tiny beds, very loud doors, thin walls, tiny room smaller than in the picture.
