- Maria Del Pilar (9/5): Comodo y basico - Muy cerca del centro pude llegar caminando a muchas ubicaciones todo muy limpio es un hotel sencillo pero cumple con lo necesario, no tenia telefono en la habitacion, ni servicio a la habitacion pero para alguien que solo va a dormir y todo el dia esta fuera esta muy bien

Tuvimos un viaje flash y pesado, desconozco si las políticas del hotel lo permiten, pero tanto la chica que nos recibió para la entrada como el chavo que estuvo después, se portaron de lo más amables y accesibles. Ya se volvió nuestro hotel favorito de Oaxaca. Todo excelente.

Staff was kind and helpful, the hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean - we would definitely come back - Staff, garden/pool area, very clean and well maintained rooms and common areas, quiet Poor WiFi connection, bathroom could be improved (not fully closed off from the bedroom, water pressure low, shower not isolated well from the rest of the bathroom so showering wets the whole bathroom)

Plus that this hotel has an elevator. Beautiful balcony with a view. Did not like the smell from the bathroom. During our entire stay it smelled like sewer and the smell did not go away. Even if we closed the door to the bathroom. The smell was unbearable. Seems like there might be a pipe/sewer issue.

- Jorge (7/5): El happy express hotel centro - The location was perfect to walk around everywhere in the central district. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Felt clean, safe. The birds in the courtyard chirping like there’s no tomorrow. Earplugs or noise canceling headphones would be ideal. Also please look into the WiFi it cuts in and out.

Lo que sí está muy bien es la regadera buena presión de agua y el agua está calientita. La decepción el chico del día muy amable, pero la chica de la noche ( Andrea) muy grosera, le pedí información para una noche más y me contestó ( YA LE DIJE QUE SI HAY ) 😡. Ya mejor lo hicimos al día siguiente con el joven.

- Fernando Augusto (10/5): - Al llegar no había estacionamiento, uno de nosotros tuvo que bajarse para hacer check-in en lo que se desocupaba un lugar. Fueron amables al atendernos y nos explicaron cómo servían los controles, lo malo es que la TV sirve por ratitos, tuvimos que poner nuestra cuenta para verla. Cuentan con una fuente que está prendida toda la noche así como luces que están encendidas y no permiten un descanso pleno. Hay ruidos en la madrugada como de construcción, no sé si son de ahí mismo o de alrededor, así que nuestro sueño no fue muy reparador Hay lugar para llevar tu comida, una pequeña cocina pública para los huéspedes que no utilizamos pero es funcional. Es céntrica, está a 2 calles del zócalo y de los mercados lo que le da un plus.
