• Brenda (8/5): Efficiënte service - Het personeel was perfect. Meerdere onder hen spraken Engels wat in de andere hotels vaak niet het geval was. De check-in en check-out verliepen heeft efficiënt en snel. Ze zijn super vriendelijk. Veel keuze bij het ontbijt. Veel restaurants in de directe omgeving van het hotel. Parkeren kon vlot in de gratis ondergrondse parking De kamer was ijskoud toen we binnenkwamen. Het zwembad is klein en het was niet helemaal proper 's avonds. De deur van de badkamer was versleten en ging dus niet dicht.

Tuvimos un problema personal durante nuestra estadía y todos fueron súper empaticos con nosotros y cariñosos. Nada ! Un especial agradecimiento especial para Franklin, Rubén, Berta , Fátima , Aishell, Luis , Brenda, todos los de seguridad, del restaurante. La verdad hemos viajado mucho y esta vez teníamos q estar 13 días en el hotel y jamás nos trataron tan pero tan bien .

• Alejandro (7/5): Le falta una buena administración! - Excelente ubicación, habitación amplia y camas muy cómodas. Personal súper amable! Apenas llegas ves el muro de la recepción sucio y manchado, el área desordenada. Todo el hotel se ve bonito, pero cuando miras al detalle todo se ve en regular estado, como viejo o mal aseado. En la habitación pasa lo mismo, los muebles en maderas rotos, despegados, el cielo raso del baño desacomodado, arreglos muy mal hechos y mal acabados etc. Definitivamente le falta una administración mucho mas estricta y detallista. El hotel no está mal pero esperaba mucho mas. No me alojaría allí de nuevo.

They arranged airport pick up and drop off with a wonderful driver who also became my tour guide. Good communication all round. Highly recommended. Must seafood meals on the menu was never available for dinner, hence limited choice.

At the entry we always was met by Rafael and his big smile and always helpful. A really good hotel and a new favourite for us in Barranquilla. All was just good, but next time we will book a bigger bed...

• John (10/5): - This is a great option if you want to visit the city. I'm a recurrent costumer of this hotel and always come back. In this recent occasion, the breakfast attention wasn't as good as it has always been. Don't know if there are few service people but the usually excellent attention wasn't that day. On my second day, this improved a lot but not as good as I remember. Please check this detail. About the rest, was excellent as usual.

• Vijay (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay here. I really dont have many complaints other than some occasional construction noise that was mid-day and not that bothersome. Staff was amazing property was clean and everyone was very professional.
• Miguel (8/5): - They charged a tax even though we showed our proper documentation to avoid it. They wanted to see a stamp on it, but we used biometrics, so it was not fear. You need to fix that. Also they charged us some stuff that we did not consume, they were able to fix it but it shows lack of organization.
