When we requested for a bit milk, we were billed. Microwaves must also be made available to warm up some leftover foods.

- Exiles (10/5): Excellent hotel - Wasn't sure what to expect however was not disappointed, this is a great hotel. Check in was quick and staff polite. My room was very modern, great amenities, and very comfortable bed. I ate breakfast only however the selection was superb as was the quality. Hotel is in downtown and gives great access to this fantastic city.

Petit hic : au niveau de la communication, il faut bien réviser son mandarin car l'anglais semble ne plus être la langue internationale.

Much better hotel in everyway than the JW marriott ZhengZhou. The only problem i had is too many teddy bear, its a bit scary.
- Anonymous (5/5): Air conditioning needs improvement - clean rooms and opposite a mall with familiar brand names the air conditioning , did not have a very good nights sleep when I was there . the centralised heating was somewhat turned on and we couldn’t adjust it to a cooler temperature . very vexing and disappointing coming from a Marriot brand hotel .
- Balance (8/5): Luxury that lacks clear procedures and management to ensure those procedures are followed. - The massive King Koil bed. I think it was over 2 meters wide - perhaps 2.3, super cool. The staff on arrival were too busy to help. I asked the bellhop for help with our luggage - I'd seen him standing up to that point by the empty bellhop desk with no people anywhere near. When our check lady called him, he walked straight toward us. Then, just decided to go being the counter and check with another check in lady and got busy. Kind of rude honestly.

Respected as Marriott Titanium member, given small bottle of wine and chocolates as welcong gift.studio suite but view of another building. Nice room,nothing special except lovely massive king size bed. Breakfast again nothing special. Executive lounge has improved it's standards and selection of foods was good. Beers were not in a chiller and needed to be asked for all the time so warm.Staff were very polite and most helpful. Teddy bear display was good in lobby.Located right next to a line 4 tube station but not a lot of anything else near by. Recommend hmm, there are better Marriott hotels in Zhengzhou

- pattyluvtravel (10/5): Spacious suite with massage chair - I was upgraded to their Executive Suite as a platinum member. Sheraton has plentiful of staff where there is always one nearby to greet you. The room was spacious and had a city view. It was well maintained with slight signs of ageing. With being named the Grand series of Sheraton, I am sure that this hotel take extra care with their hardware. The hotel helped me getting my luggage back with their connection (my luggage did not arrive the city with me due to a mis connection of a delay flight. The airline was not helpful and claimed that it would take 3 days for me to get my luggage) Sheraton managed to get it back within 24 hrs after I landed. There was a hiccup at checkin. Robin from executive lounge had been extremely responsible and followed up after I have checked out. Overall, the staff in the lounge was attentive and friendly. From observation they know most of the guest very well and addressed them by their names. I would return to both Sheraton and Courtyard if I am in the area. These are the only two Marriott properties I recommended without hesitation. PS I took a room tour video, and just realised that I cannot post it on TripAdvisor 😢

Check in and check out was a breeze the rooms are large and well appointed the staff at the executive lounge are very helpful.
- SendyHermawati (10/5): Signature hotel - The name “Sheraton” carries an utmost level of hotel chain which is guaranteed for their luxurious experience, services and facilities. I stayed there for 8 nights and was luckily given the room that’s just literally a few steps away from the lounge. The hotel facilities are exquisite though the breakfast offer is almost similar for the 8 nights of my stay. One thing they need to improve is their toiletries. For the price of each night I’m paying, which is certainly not cheap at all, I’d prefer to have a higher brands of toiletries products.

Staff were pleasant and room service was great. The hotel restaurant had a good selection of food. Let down slightly by a slightly dubious (and expensive) "garage" charge being added on to the bill with no explanation. Otherwise, would recommend.

- 586lapl (10/5): Great Suite @ Sheraton Grand - I was upgraded to a club suite (Executive Suite) at the corner with stunning view of the city. Very spacious room with comfortable king size bed. Superb interior decor. Very nice swimming pool with starry lighting though it is a bit small. Dining: - The food of room service is up to standard. - Canton cuisine in the Chinese restaurant Yue is of high quality with very nice steamed fish and siumei. - Executive lounge is very cosy and the breakfast served there is superb. I was really stunned by the wide selection of cheese offered in the cheese room.

- 518steeli (10/5): Traveling by nice car to the factory - Zhengzhou airport hotel is very near from the airport convenient place to stop on the way to next place. Breakfast was acceptable except coffee was too sweet. Reception not speaking english. It was foggy, looks like air polution.

- Mohiden (8/5): Luxury Hotel - I have visited the hotel in a Business Trip and it was very good Experience at Sheraton Grand. Room Services was excellent without any comments . As a foreigner the continental breakfast was Ok compare another Chinese Restaurant were it is difficult to get Continental food .

- HKPlum_Bum (6/5): L'enfer C'est Les Autres - The staff here are most helpful and polite and the rooms are of a good size, standard and clean. Nothing to complain about there. In addition the breakfast buffet is excellent and just encourages over consumption - not good for the waistline! However I will take this opportunity to mention a few complaints, but this can hardly be levelled at the hotel itself but more it's clients. Whether it is being barged out of the way by grannies half my height, people rushing into lifts before one has exited oneself, mandarin speakers walking around corridors late at night shouting loudly and banging on doors, Chinese men chastising their partners in public in the lounge for hours on end or just shouting loudly down their phones continuously, hell surely is other people. I know hotels can't choose their clientele but surely in an international standard hotel some degree of etiquette and manners should prevail. Apart from the uncivilised clientele my other quibbles were minor, such as running out of bottles of house white wine but only having the more expensive doubly priced options, no hairdryer in the room and repeated early morning calls even after having lifted the phone receiver. This could be a good hotel if they stock the wine cellar and address ill mannered guests.

- jeffj86 (10/5): Back on track for holidays ! - Spent a night during the mid autumn festival. I made reservations at Fest, the 1st floor restaurant this time and everything went very smoothly. Miss Sunny was a giant help at dinner and Miss Nancy Xu was just wonderful to us at the breakfast service
- 128michaelc (10/5): Excellent front staff service - Greeted by Daisy at check-in, and was given a bigger corner room at 11/F. She was very helpful, and wears a great smile on her face. Once she noticed that I'm a SPG member and I had stayed at the hotel in the past, she even gave me a SPG member welcome pack. She also seemed to be providing training to a junior staff at the time, but she was still very efficient without distracting too much while illustrating to her juniors. Well done Daisy! I've had an excellent stay.
- thomasthomas1127 (4/5): Dissapponted - No Toiletries. I ask staff to bring Toiletries everyday. Cannot use English. Almost all the staffs cannot speak English. Expensive restraint. Not good taste and expensive. Very close to subway station. アメニティが無いので、毎日持って来てもらった。 英語が通じないので、苦労した。 レストランがとても高い。
- BritinChina1963 (6/5): Disappointing - Respected as platinum member, upgraded to a larger room. Free bottle of sparkling wine waited in the room for us instead of the usual fruits. Lovely big bed but not comfortable pillows. Small shower cubicle in width. Executive lounge looked dated, the evening drinks and selections of food alcohols were poor, had a feeling of just supplying to get bye. Non of the small little luxuries you might expect with SPG. Breakfast on the 1st floor was basic, nothing that stood out, and many times empty dishes not refilled. Staff were polite. Located in government office area, wth exit C of the underground near by.
- Verified traveler (6/5): need to improve - the room is too hot, the front desk needs to improve the service level. It is the rush time and the waiting time for check-in and out is too long, and hope that they can improve the management level.
- HYUNG JIN (10/5): one of best in ZZ - Great facilities, clean areas, nice interior, good location
- John (10/5): Convient to reach any favorite places to visit. - Staffs are kind and response are fast. Clean facilities. Foods are excellent.
- Chaz_m (6/5): No A/C - Was here for one night. The AC did not work and got moved to another room. It didn't work in that room either and tried to stick us with a room fan! After the temperature crept up to 27.5, I called again and they put us on the top floor facing the east side because it was cooler. The bellhop was very nice as was most of the staff. Note that this is a smoking hotel although they said that 2 floors were non-smoking.
