- Tamara (5/5): My partner chose this place and I was stuck with it. - The room itself was nice. I was upgraded to an apartment for the whole 14hrs I stayed there in between flights and asked to give them 5 stars for it. There was no shuttle available when i arrived on Sunday at 4:30pm. We only picked it because it was one that had airport shuttle. The rip off taxis charged me $45 to drive me 3km up the road, and took me some nonsense way. The first shuttle the next morning on a weekday was 7:30am, which is ridiculous.

That was a lovely surprise! Thank you. Very spacious, just lovely. The parking. Ok, so, it's $17 a night for parking, but seemingly only if you ask about it?! If you don't ask, you don't pay? So I'm kinda cheesed at having paid $34.58 that I really didn't need to pay. There is an EXTREMELY strong fragrance in the lobby and lift. SO strong that my clothing and belongings smell of it!!!! AWFUL. Please consider getting rid of this. Would be a 10/10 if not for these

- Meleane Jane (10/5): - Staff were kind and accomodating when I couldn’t be there to accept some orders. Then took the orders to the room, understanding that my elderly grandpa wouldn’t be able to find his way back after. The location was a bit far from everything like shops or restaurants.

- Jason (8/5): Good place to stay - It’s conveniently located near the airport, is good quality and well appointed Parking fees that weren’t made clear and obvious during booking or price comparison with other hotels. Charging to park a car on land that’s already owned by the establishment is just taking the piss considering that you are paying to stay at the property.

- FelicityAndre (10/5): Close to airport - We loved our time at Quest Melbourne Airport. Whilst we experienced a couple of 'hiccups' during our stay, they were quickly rectified by staff. We saw them making improvements during our stay, updating things, and actively working with the staff to ensure the rooms and property are presented well. They offer a 'pantry' at reception which offers limited things for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as having a vending machine.

- Mandy (9/5): Overnighter before our flight home - The property was convenient for us because it was close to our hire car after hours drop off, a 1min walk. The room was large had a kitchen and a big bed was clean and comfortable . There is no attached Restaurant. They offered a good range of snacks and quick meal options to cook in your room. The Receptionist gave us a flyer for a delivery pizza place which was quick and very nice, as we arrived late to the accommodation and had no vehicle to go out for food. It was a bit far from the Airport and their shuttle service is not 24hours and only starts from 7am. Parking is not free.

The position of where the quest is located is not good for eating out if you dont have a vehicle, It is in an industrial area forcingcus to get Uber eats which is not always great as it is cooled by the time its arrived

- Lange (3/5): Room and reservation # 5234838720 were fine, but my difficulty getting a refund is DEFINITELY NOT. - The room I occupied was fine - clean, quiet, comfortable bed. I slipped in the shower, whose gloss floor is quite dangerous. On Friday, February 27th I was on a Jetstar flight Melbourne to Adelaide which was cancelled immediately before takeoff at around 2200. Along with all the other passengers I disembarked and started looking for overnight accommodation. Quest Melbourne Airport had a room which I booked and paid for through Booking.com. However, before the transaction was finalised, I received an urgent message from either the hotel or from Booking.com, saying that the room I'd booked had been given to someone else during my booking process, and I could try and book another room. Which I did - and this too was paid for. Arriving at the hotel at about 2330, I found that both bookings has been received. When I asked for one to be cancelled and my payment refunded, the hotel staff told me they couldn't do this because the booking #6670042260 had been made through Booking.com. I was advised to contact Booking.com for a refund of one of my bookings - which I have done. I AM NOW WAITING FOR THE REFUND OF #6670042260 FROM EITHER THE HOTEL OR FROM BOOKING.COM.
- Peter (7/5): Convenient stay. - Quiet, clean and convenient. Bed was comfortable and full kitchen facilities were useful. Room description stated coffee machine, however there is no coffee machine in the room. There is a coffee machine at reception which costs $8 for a 30ml shot of espresso. A bit of a shock! Could smell cigarette smoke wafting in through our balcony door at times. Room servicing was disrupted due to Easter, but staff assisted by providing clean towels.

- Jessica (10/5): Good place to stay, close to the airport and good value for money. - The coffee van outside is great! We used uber eats/door dash for food options overnight and the uber ride to the airport is fast and easy on the hip pocket. A good hotel for stopovers and close to the airport.
- Jessica (10/5): Convenient and easy for short stay accommodation that's close to the airport - A great hotel if you need to stay close to the airport. Check-in was a breeze and they had options for early or late check-in/check-outs. Our flight landed early at 9.30 and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel for the day before check-in so that we coukd explore the city for a while before returning later in the day. Paige was very helpful and able to answer all of our questions, an overall great experience. Thankyou!
