• Elena (10/5): Top Unterkunft auf dem Weg von der GOR zum Flughafen. - Wir haben hier eine Nacht (kommend von der Great Ocean Road) übernachtet bevor wir weitergeflogen sind. Top Unterkunft. Hier hat für uns alles gepasst. Sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist, saubere und moderne Zimmer. Klimaanlage war etwas zu laut.

• simone_a13 (10/5): liked it enough to stay twice in one week - We recently moved to regional Victoria and occasionally we visit Melbourne overnight. We need a place to stay that's close to the city, but not in a busy area. The Quest at Moonee Ponds ticks all the necessary boxes for a good stay - good value, quiet location, comfortable bed, good sized room, helpful staff and good shower. It's a short walk to restaurants, cafes and public transport. An added bonus is off street parking, as there aren't many street places available in this location due to residential permits and paid parking spots. We will be back when we visit Melbourne again in the future.

• pinspinata (10/5): Visiting partners daughter and first time to Mrlbourne - Visiting Melbourne for the first time and seeing her daughter. As her daughter lived in the next street over from the Quest it was perfect! All in all we had a great stay would recommend it to anyone traveling here. The only problem was the TV channels which worked on the start them played up but that is really something out of the control of the hotel and they were very helpful and got it sorted!!

• Rashelle (8/5): Comfortable, all we needed to attend an event close by. - Central location. That multiple cars per room could use the car park, leaving no guarantee there’d be other spaces for other guests. Plenty of street parking so we chose not to pay the parking fee for a spot that couldn’t be guaranteed, but it would alleviate this problem for other guests if only one car per room would be allowed.
• Jody (10/5): Excellent stay - Booking was easy a day before we arrived we had a phone call to confirm our booking and to confirm bed configurations and to confirm arrival time and any questions we may have. We told staff we were coming down from rural vic for a 21st they asked was the person staying with us turning 21. We confirmed they were they ensured the 21 year old received a box of chocolates on arrival and gave us complimentary parking. The staff were so lovely. The place was very clean, quiet and comfortable we enjoyed our stay. The position was wonderful it was in walking distance to the mt Alexander hotel where our party was. We were also very close to puckle street where we did lunches and Brekky and a bit of shopping. Would thoroughly recommend this place to stay No lift to second story it didn’t affect us but if you had mobility issues or really heavy luggage this may be a consideration for you. We were fore warned by staff so it wasn’t a problem for us

If you are paying 419$ for a 2 bedroom apartment this issue should be addressed. I also noticed the towel rack fittings are starting to come loose which shows cheap materials being used.

• emily (5/5): - Booked a one-bedroom room six months in advance. When I called to check in, I was told it was a two bedroom ,I corrected them and said one bedroom. On arrival at reception, they again said two-bedroom and again I corrected them. Nothing was explained either time. No one mentioned an upgrade or extra charges. After checkout, they charged $160, later blaming “availability” despite the booking being made six months ahead. This felt misleading and honestly like a setup. Makes you wonder how often this happens to other guests. The pillows and sheets also had yellow stains, which is unacceptable. After complaining, the hotel has now agreed to refund the charge, but this should never have happened. Poor communication, cleanliness issues, and very questionable practices.
• Stephen (9/5): Light and airy apartment in a good location. - Modern and clean. Close to restaurants. Not much. People need to be aware you have to pay $10 a night to park on site. But that is quite reasonable.

For race goers couldn’t get any closer to Moonee Valley race course if you tried. Very good air conditioning especially on a 40degree day and fully booked worked extremely well. Very clean and tidy and everything you need in the room. Wifi was very good. Car parking a little tight, I’m guessing that it is first in best dressed for a spot. Also has a pool but we didn’t use it. Staff on checkin and checkout were very polite and friendly. Nothing

Comfortable beds, first rate service by staff. Hotel has small pool and BBQ. Only downside no lift and I am not young and stayed on the 3rd floor so was difficult carrying luggage up and down.
