Επίσης αξίζει να ζήσει την εμπειρία του υποσκαφου, εμπειρία που η σουίτα του Has Konak κάλυψε με το παραπάνω. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου δύο βήματα από το κεντρο, η αίσθηση που δημιουργούσε ο χώρος της υποσκαφης σουίτας σε συνδυασμό με τα καλογουστα μασίφ έπιπλα, τα επιπλα, τα άνετα κρεβατια, τα ωραία χειροποίητα χαλιά, το ευγενεστατο προσωπικό και το πολύ καλό πρωινό έκαναν τη διαμονή μας απολαυστική. • Angela (8/5): A great 4 nights - Sadik was swift in his support to help me fix a problem I was having with my credit card company. Mehmet ensured that the rest of my stay was comfortable by upgrading my room and routinely checking in to confirm that my needs were being met. The cigarette smoke in common areas. At the end of my stay, I was surprised by a 1500TL charge from the restaurant that I had never been to. Mehmet resolved the error and was apologetic.

• A (10/5): - 歴史あるこのホテルに宿泊できたことはとても満足です。スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切でした。困った時、それ以外でもいつも気にかけてくれました。夜遅くに到着しましたが男性スタッフが通りまで出迎えてくれ荷物を運んでくれました。滞在中は女性スタッフがいつもアドバイスをしてくれたのがとても嬉しかったです。それだけでも十分満足でしたがこのホテルの良い点はそれだけてはありません。食事が美味しい。オーダーするとその場で調理してくれました。温かい出来立てのトルコ料理はとてもよい思い出です。周辺は静かで少し歩くとレストランやお土産屋が沢山あります。ギョレメでは味わうことはできません！ またここに帰ってきたいです。 なし
• Ali (10/5): - Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve ilgililer. Gezi rotası konusunda da yardımcı oldular. Güzel bi 2 gün oldu. Manzarası odaları va bayıldık. Ancak kahvaltı kınusunda biraz daha hijyene ihtiyaç var. Tek eksiği bu diyebilirm.

• subramanian (10/5): - A room is like a suite, on entry a sofa couch, a living room with 2 overstuffed chairs and the bedroom has a king size. The place is big, being in turkey, felt like a sultan . Plenty of tea, coffee and bottled water in the room. Breakfast is good. Only problem is you have to drag your luggage, up a flight of 20 stairs to enter the hotel.
• Sema (10/5): - Staff is excellent. Mehmet at reception help us in check in with luggages and balloon ride that our friends were looking for. Fatma at breakfast was cooking everything fresh. Her gözleme was best in Türkiye as far as we are concerned.
• Maura (10/5): - This place is a treasure! My family and I loved staying here. The staff was very kind and friendly and so helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast was just incredible and offered a variety of foods. It’s close to everything on foot. We were sad to leave and couldn’t recommend it more.

• Emrah (9/5): Great location and breakfast in Ürgüp - Breakfast and location were awesome. There was a really nice terrace in hotel. The suit room was very comfortable. There should be a cabin or curtain in the bathroom. The wi-fi password should be in the room. I have requested separate beds but it was not satisfied anyhow the bed was big and comfortable. The payment could be paid in the hotel not beforehand.
• Dilhani (8/5): - As with most hotels in this area - you’ll have steep steps to climb along with your luggage. As a solo traveller, that was a little rough although the drivers were nice enough to help carry mine. Pics on Expedia weren’t quite accurate - rooms are a little old and outdated but I suppose some could consider it to be quaint. The bathroom was not up to par. The shower/tub was leaking an excessive amount of water into the bathroom areas however , no one came out to fix it although I had mentioned early on. I had asked for a different room however , none were available. The staff were nice - so that was a plus. The area is safe - even the room , but as a first time traveler to Türkiye and Cappadocia - it took some time to adjust to this hotel.

• Navarro (10/5): Exceptional - It feels antique, which I enjoyed, and it is spacious, cozy and comfy. There are plenty of tables to hang round the hotel, including a terrace. Breakfast is plentiful. My room had a big bathtub. Candles were distributed around the room for ambiance. The staff was friendly.
• Csaba (10/5): Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Urgup! - What a memorable stay it was for us! The room/suite was carved into the stone hillside, a true cave room, looked exactly as on the photos on their website. The hotel was fantastic, with 2 rooftop terraces where we could admire the sunset and sunrise. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming, just very nice people throughout. The breakfast was amazing, I couldn't even list everything they served – all kinds of sweet fruits, salads, meats, cheese, traditional Turkish breakfast items, many things freshly made/cooked in front of us. Truly an amazing variety of very tasty foods. Excellent restaurants were just opposite of the hotel. Parking was street parking, but fortunately we managed to find parking space every night. Highly recommend this hotel. The wi-fi did not work in the room (suite), we had to go to the room next to the balcony to get good wi-fi signal.

Biz birkaç arkadaş gittik, standart ve deluxe odalar kiraladık. Deluxe oda 1+1 ev şeklinde diyebiliriz, standart oda da sadece salon yoktu, aynı kalitede ve güzellikteydi. Temizlik, ses ve hizmet yönünden hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Hatta kahvaltı bugüne kadar aldığım en iyi hizmetti. Yaklaşık 9 ülke ve 40 küsür şehir gezdim, en memnun kaldığım otel deneyimini Ürgüp'te yaşadım. Civar konusunda şöyle bir dipnot düşeyim, gezilecek yerler birbirinden baya uzak dolayısıyla ya tura katılmanız gerekiyor yada taksiyle ulaşım sağlamanız gerekiyor çoğu zaman. Eğer şahsi arabanız varsa uçakla gitmek gafletine düşmeyin yada araba kiralayın derim. Çünkü gezi tahmin ettiğinizden daha pahalıya patlayabilir bu sebepten. Bir de hava durumunu mutlaka kontrol edin, balon görmek için gidip anahtarlığını alarak dönebilirsiniz. :) Balon göremedik biz ama otel açığı kapattı, tekrar teşekkür ederiz.
• Fatma Seher (10/5): Muazzam! - Deluxe oda için rezervasyon yapmıştım. Otel tek kelimeyle muazzam. Kasımda gidince havalar haliyle soğuk oluyordu ama benim odam hep sıcacıktı. Taş yapısı ve tarihi dokusu bir yana, temizlik ve hizmet de harikaydı. Özellikle kahvaltı ikramı son derece bonkör. Ali bey'de son derece ilgiliydi bizlerle her ihtiyacımıza hemen çözüm üretiyordu. Ürgüp'e tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle burda kalırım. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

• UMIT (10/5): Süper - Haftasonu tatili için süper bir yerdi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok ilgili. Bölgede ki en iyi konaklama noktalarından biri.
• Yalcin (10/5): - Eşim ve ben otelden çok memnun olarak ayrıldık. Pandemiden yeni çıkıldığı için tabii ki biraz eksikleri var. Örneğin terasta yer alan masalar çok tozluydu ve bazı sandalyeler kırıktı. Kendilerine bu durumu söylediğimizde hemen özür dileyip kısa süre içinde halledileceğini söylediler. Ama otelin konumu ve personelin Güler yüzlülüğü, kahvaltının mükemmelliği, terasının harika manzarası bize yetti. Yine gitmeyi ve bu sefer de ailelerimizi götürmeyi düşünüyoruz. Biz oteli ve personelleri çok sevdik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz 😌😌

Over the course of the first evening , we discovered the cement parging falling on our bed into our luggage and in my CPAP machine and oxygen concentrator machine total value of about $7,000. We covered it with a towel but we're wondering why our breathing became worse then discovered black mold about the room and bathroom. We told the owner that we needed to check out. Due to the increased difficulty to the room. I asked if they re refunds for the second night since due to health reasons we would not be staying. They said they would have no problem with this. At which time we completed our check then. We're in for instructed by them to contact hotels.com I wish we did and they contacted the property and the owner refused to refund the second night that we did not stay. So black mold, and the owner or staff member that makes false promises and keeps money for services not provided.

• Senol (10/5): Guzel bir konaklamaydi - Otelin konumu cok guzel, Odalar otantik ve genis. Otel den ziyade butik bir konuk evi. Aile ile gelecek olanlar cok rahat edeceklerdir. 2 yasindaki oglum hem odada hem odanin onundeki avluda sikilmeden vakit gecirdi. Otel sahipleri size gezilecek yerler konusunda cok faydali tavsiye veriyor.

Ho prenotato per una stanza per la notte stessa e, subito dopo la prenotazione, mi iniziano ad arrivare messaggi Whatsapp dove mi si diceva che, nonostante la prenotazione fosse andata bene (e il pagamento anticipato non rimborsabile) non c'erano stanze libere per me.... Non demordo e arrivo in Hotel dove, invece la camera era disponibile. Solo che non era quella richiesta: in prenotazione l'unica camera libera era la suite (e ho pagato il relativo prezzo), mentre mi danno una camera deluxe. Inoltre, per problemi elettrici, appena accendeveo la luce del bagno, saltava la corrente; si è proposto di risolvere il problema fornendomi una lampada o una candela (non si è mica capito) che avrei dovuto usare a necessità. Ovviamente sono andato via anche a costo di averci perso i soldi della notte. Mai capitata un'esperienza di viaggio così scadente. Peccato, perchè l'hotel era carino
• Recep (6/5): - Ürgüp güzel bir yer. Şarapları umduğumdan pahalı idi. Oda da jakuzi var ama kullanışlı değil. Resimdeki gibi değil. Tavan da ağaç kalaslar ve hasır var. Cave oda sandık ama değildi. Mini buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Odada klima yok. 337 TL ye değmezdi.
• Ibrahim (10/5): Tavsiye ederim - Fiyat/performans olarak oldukça başarılı. Gayet temiz, personel cana yakın, kahvaltı güzel. Temenni tepesine oldukça yakın, otelin üst terası da hemen hemen temenni tepesi ile aynı yükseklikte, manzara güzel. Otelde ayrıca bölge turları ve balon uçuşu için de bilgi alıp rezervasyon yaptırabilirsiniz.
• Konstantin (10/5): Сказка для двоих - Хотель и место просто супер ! Мы отдыхали в комнате Deluxe. Очень большая, с красивым видом, с отдельным выходом на Терассы
• Verified traveler (10/5): Mükemmel! - Has Cave Konaklarında harika bir tatil geçirdik! Mağara odalarında kalmak çok özel bir deneyimdi. Her şey özenle düşünülmüştü. Bu konaklardan ayrılmakta zorlandık! Herzaman güleryüzlü ve tatilimizin güzel geçmesi için her konuda yardımcı olan değerli Has Cave çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederiz. Özellikle Hakkı beye ve Ön büro gece ve haftasonu sorumlusu beyefendiye çok teşekkür ederiz! Onlar sayesinde harika bir tatil geçirdik.
• Zümrüt Murat (10/5): Has Cave Konak - Kapadokyanın iklimine uygun bir ortamda konaklamak ve gösterilen misafirperverlik mükemmeldi.Bülent Bey'e teşekkür ederiz.
• Jonas (10/5): - ich wohne privat und beruflich viel in Hotels. Dieser Aufenthalt war ein besonderer und so schön persönlich!
• Fatih (10/5): Otantik bir konaklama - Gerçek bir mağara oda deneyimi oldu. Kaldıgımız oda çok genişti. Bu tarz odaların bal dök yala tarzı olmasını beklememek lazım. Doğal olarak tavanlardan küçük küçük parçalar dökülüyor. Gerceklik ve doğallık seven için süper ama cok temiz bir odada kalmalıyım diyenler için zor olabilir. Konağın sahibi Bülent Bey çok misavirperver. Kendinizi gercekten evinizde gibi hissetirmek için elinden geleni yapıyor. Gezilecek yerlerle ilgili harita üzerinde bize bir plan çıkarttı. Restoranlar, şarap nereden alınır va konularda da her türlü yardımcı oldu. Kendisine de çok teşekkür ederiz.
