Every time we tried to relax in our room, it felt like we were living in an echo chamber. You could hear every single guest showering and bathing as if they were right there with us! And don’t even get me started on the awful smell wafting from the washroom. It was like a mix of bad decisions and regret. Seriously, I thought I might need a gas mask! As if that wasn’t enough, the sound from the street was relentless. It was like we were sleeping in the middle of a disco party. And the design of the hotel? Don’t even get me started! It’s like they hired a blindfolded monkey to plan it out. From our room, we could see into the other guests' rooms. I mean, come on! Privacy is clearly not on the menu here. I felt like I was in a live reality show where everyone could see what everyone else was doing. It was awkward, to say the least. In short, this hotel was a complete letdown. unbearable noise, and a design that screams “what were they thinking?” Save your money and find somewhere else to stay. Trust me, you’ll thank me later!

• Yalcin (2/5): Salty water - Room was very small with only one side night stand. It was vey noisy, I imagine they didn’t consider sound isolation. You could almost hear people talking on the street. But the biggest bummer was water being not warm enough and being salty. We couldn’t take shower or use water at all. When we asked why at tge reception at the check out, they said entire Kuşadası has salty water.

En una de las habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y nos indicaron q abriéramos la puerta del balcón para que entrara aire. Fue difícil lograr que se asignara una habitación con un aire acondicionado que funcionara.

Oda temizliği berbattı. Dolabın üstüne valiz koymak istedik toza bulandık. Yatak başındaki ampuller toz bağlamış. Odadaki kahve ve süt tozu kişi sayısına göre dğil üstelik bizden önceki müşterinin yarısını kullandıgı paket vardı. Balkondaki sandalye kırıktı. Otel kurumsallıktan çok uzaktaydı. Sırf konumu için katlanılabilir

• Amber (8/5): Good location on the marina - Good location Hotel is well situated on the marina. Close to lots of restaurants and mini markets and ATMs. 10 mins walk to the main port area. This hotel has definitely seen better days. A bit old and tired. The twin room was very small and was a bit cramped for two singles. But the hotel was reasonably priced and clean. The staff speak english and are lovely but there was a few language communication barriers. However we did get through those issues. Requests for additional sheets (as there was only a blanket provided, no duvet or top sheet) were given with no problems. Shower pressure was good. Bed comfort was ok. no issues. Breakfast was decent. Enough options to cater to most preferences. The hotel has lovely views from the breakfast level area. Unfortunately the pool was just too cold to swim in. Actually it was freezing. This was very disappointing. It could benefit from some heating. It was warmer to swim in the sea across the road. So all in all, I do feel this was reasonably priced for the hotel conditions. Thank you to the staff for helping us with our tours and extending our stay for an extra night.

The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was okay and the facility is a little old, but our stay was quite enjoyable. • Mario (10/5): - We had a very nice sea view from our balcony. Clean room, sheets and towels. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel is right in front of the beach and close to restaurants and stores.
• Rebecca (8/5): Mostly pleasant with some room for improvement - Pros: Great location situated directly over the road from the marina which is plentiful with shops, bars and restaurants; next to which is a small beach. The centre is a short walk away and there are buses that pass outside the hotel. The room was overlooking the pool with a small balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable with nice soft pillows and the shower was so powerful it felt like you were getting a massage! There was a small fridge, safe and free air con. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons: There was a strong smell of smoke in the corridor and a drain smell from the bathroom. Talking of which, the bathroom really needed updating; the silicon in the shower was rotting and the grout was heavily stained with limescale. Whilst there was a fridge the contents stayed lukewarm at best! The whole room could’ve done with a coat of paint. Overall a pleasant stay and we would stay again if we needed somewhere for a night or two.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Average and not 4star as advertised - The hotel was definitely not up to regular 4 star standard as they advertise. My tv didn’t work, the safe was locked and I had to get it unlocked. The internet connection was non existent and I had to go to cafes next door to get any WiFi service, when I asked for assistance they just said it was busy and nothing they could do. The room was very basic and the bed was quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was average, medium selection. I did not use the dinner service. Overall it was a very average stay.

Turkish breakfast buffet offered good range of food. Dinner depends on how many guests. When empty no buffet and limited choice offered. Swimming pool good. Three different Dolmus stop right outside entrance. Staff friendly
• Hiroko (4/5): Ok but I won’t come back to this hotel - The town Kuşadası was nice lovely resort area and I wanna come back to Kuşadası but I think I won’t choose this hotel. Location was ok. Close to restaurants and nice beach view was available from my room. It says this hotel is 4 stars but didn’t feel like so. Air conditioning was pretty bad and really cold at night. Stayed there for 2 nights but no room cleaning and changing towels during my stay. And more, when I checked in, I found many hairs (not mine!!) on the floor. The drainage in the shower room was terrible and almost flooded, so I had to be careful when I took showers. About the good, I have no idea cuz the breakfast wasn’t included.

• Susan (8/5): Great location/price hotel - Stayed a night in hotel as on a short trip to kusadasi - hotel room was clean and comfortable - view from balcony was gorgeous - breakfast great choice for a Turkish breakfast and view from restaurant amazing - would recommend for a couple of nights - pool area ok but not brilliant but you don't pay expensive and right beside the beach
• Yazz (6/5): the location has its plusses and minuses - The hotel as it is can merely make the 3* ratings. Staff are great help. The location has lots of plusses except the noise level from the main road. Food were under average, indeed were very poor and basic. The pool is too small and the area of it not really user friendly. Cleanliness of the rooms were acceptable. Cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception was helpful however internet access is very limited and too slow.

• Verified traveler (6/5): great sunset view from balcony - stayed one night with halfboard. dinner-soup was good, salade,main was minced lamb kabob and desert( turkish). should ask the service staff of the available choices, we didn't and the service staff had limited english thus was served with lamb. But they had chicken and others. food was good but typical of the kabop places on the street. pick the table out on the patio closest to the beach and you will get a great view of the sunset while dining. wait staff was friendly. Half board was served with only water, I didn't know this as the other hotels I stayed in always provided either wine or beer, but the owner/manager provided beer after I asked. breakfast buffet standard turkish style. pool was under renovation . room was clean, comfortable bed but with the rough top bed covering, great view of the ocean from room and balcony. decor was classic and in good shape(quite nice) , furniture is older and slightly worn. bed room chair and balcony PVC chair should have been replaced years ago. we would stay here again just for the sunset but will not choose the halfboard option as there are lots of dinner choices on the board walk.
• Immyster (8/5): Nice but sterile hotel, lacking atmosphere - I got a good price for the room during off peak season so this rating is based on this low price. Overall the room was nice and comfortable, if a little dated - still had a portable tube TV. Good heating and hot water in the shower, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is basic though. The staff however could do with some livening up - although the fact most don't speak good, if any, English is a factor - and good luck getting a genuine smile from them. As a solo traveller just here for a couple of nights passing through it was fine.
• Vkap (2/5): Avoid this hotel! - My husband and I vacation in Turkey October 24th through November 7th 2011. This hotel was part of our tour package and we were there for 3 nights.First impressions often reveal some truths. Well, upon entering the hallway to go to our room, we were greeted by the smell of sewage. The hotel is dated - circa 1990's, very dated and in need of a major over haul!. The carpet in the hallways and in our room was as thin as felt. The bathroom also emitted a smell of sewage. The only plus I can say about this hotel was that it was in a good location to shops, restaurants, etc. The buffet breakfast was typical European fare, nothing special, just enough to get you through the morning until lunch. We did notify the travel agency ( Turista Travels) about not sending its clients to this hotel. They were misled and booked its clients in this hotel based on its "four star" rating!! Four stars it is not, A one star hotel, yes!! Room Tip: Do your research and pick a better hotel in the area!
