Also the rooms could use some updating and only had one working elevator and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime

Rust in various places. No toiletries. Room did not smell good.

( lile the hotel i bookex being across the street and what to do if the oarking lot gets full) The check in staff was super nice the rest were still nice just not as friendly. Even though our hotel was across the stress, the beach access was easy to get to. Even though the parking lot fills up fast the second parking lot is very close and easy to get to. I liked that there was a kitchen and a big trash can in the hotel room. I also never once saw any bugs. I did not like how hard it was to turn the shower on, you have to pull very hard and I was so scared I was going to break it. Thankfully I called and they explained.

- hansen (1/5): Ad lied to you - Location was nice Add was very deceiving. Pictures showed the big hotel right on the beach. When you get there the front desk said "did you not look at the ad, youre across the street". Across the street was a very very old and dated motel. Beds were super springy and uncomfortable and felt like you stepped back into the 80s. Bright orange residue on the top of the fridge that was at eye level, window sills were covered and dust and dead bugs, ac didnt work very well at all for Florida, just overall felt very lied to from the booking.com ad. Saw they do the same thing to another guest aswell as they arrive, they also were very disappointed to learn they had been put in a dirty dirty motel not even on the beach. Had to cross a major highway to even get to the beach.

- Jason (9/5): Great spot for a last minute trip. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is right on the beach, and the facility is well kept. This was a great value for our last minute vacation. The only thing that I could possibly complain about is the parking, and it is not that bad. After all, you are at the beach, parking is always at a premium.

- John (3/5): One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in - Convenient parking. We were given key but room was not ready on arrival at 5:30pm. No sheets on bed and 2 well soiled linenless pillows lying on the floor. Totally unacceptable for a hotel that has a 10:00 checkout time and a 16:00 checkin time. Rooms should be fully ready after a six hour vacancy window and especially before handing the keys to guests. Bed sheets that were put on were torn and smelled of mildew as if the were removed from the drier damp. Railings and door frames on walkway to room were brown with rust. Window screens were ripped and torn. Garbage bin on third floor landing by elevator was overflowing onto the landing upon arrival and in the same state upon checkout the next morning, obviously never having been attended to. Two large guest coffee thermoses in the lobby were empty at 7:30 in the morning. I advised the receptionist as she appeared to be the only member of staff on duty. One hour later the coffee thermoses were still empty.

Location is good not super busy area but accessible to everything. The fact that check in was at 4pm and our room wasn't ready until almost 9pm. They never can find enough towel, wash clothes ect. The building could be better upkept but is OK for the $. Parking is across the street which wasn't an issue for me but may be for someone with mobility issues. The do have handicap spots on each side but they stayed full for the few they have. One of the elevators was out of commission during our stay leaving only one elevator for seven floors.

- Ronja (7/5): Für die Örtlichkeit und den Preis ok, aber für ein 4-Sternehotel schlecht - Es gab einen Indoor-, einen Outdoor- und einen Whirlpool. Alle waren beheizt und man konnte sie auch noch am Abend nutzen. Die Unterkunft ist direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand und neben dem McGuire's Irish Pub. Es ist aber nicht so nah an dem Pub, dass es laut wäre. Es gab unter anderem eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierfach. Das Bett war groß und es gab einen zweiten Spiegel außerhalb des Badezimmers. Leider ist das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Von einem 4-Sternehotel hätte ich da deutlich mehr erwartet. Für den Preis und die Lage ist es aber trotzdem noch akzeptabel. Der Vorhang und das Dekokissen sind dreckig und fleckig. Das untere Teil vom Bett sieht sehr unschön aus. Eines der Kissen im Bett besteht nur aus Knoten. Die Decke über der Dusche sieht schlimm aus. Ein Handtuchhalter beim Waschbecken wäre wünschenswert. Wir hatten nur eine halbvolle und eine viertelvolle Klopapierrolle. Es gibt leider nur wenige Steckdosen und nur an eher unpraktischen Örtlichkeiten. Es gibt zwei Gebäude. Das eine ist nicht direkt am Strand, sondern auf der anderen Straßenseite beim Hotelparkplatz.

The heated pools, hot tub, and tiki bar were a plus! It ALL exceeded oir expectations. Nothing we didn't like. But one of the elevators did break down so everyone going up and down had to share the one elevator. Which honestly wasn't a problem. Just made the wait a little long sometimes. But still no biggie.

There were semen stains on the sofa seat in our room. The sheets made us itchy. There were Reese’s cup wrappers on the floor in our room. The decor was very boring. And the walls were paper thin.
